This is never the greatest Jack in the Box. They frequently mess up your order, but I haven't written a review until now. The woman working the drive-thru window is coughing excessively, and wearing her mask below her chin. I understand having fast food is a luxury during this time, but wearing your mask properly, and protecting customers and other staff is what allows businesses to stay open. This is not the first time that I've received bad product at this location. I reported it to them and was told they couldn't do anything. I contacted corporate who said that someone would call me. No one did. I ordered 4 large sodas on the way home from work. I was in a hurry and did not expect to have to check them. Should have been 2 large Cokes, 1 large Coke with Vanilla and 1 large Dr Pepper. What I received were 4 large slightly tinted carbonated waters with a very chemical taste... no hint of the soda flavors at all. I live 2 towns away and wasn't about to go back during the heavy traffic period. I refuse to go there again after this incident. Stopped by Jack in the Box for a breakfast sandwich, ordered the loaded breakfast sandwich and pulled up to the window to pay. As I leaned over to hand the cashier my card I noticed that she had something in her right hand that was dripping as she attempted to reach for my card with that hand I noticed it was a wet latex glove, she said oops. OOPS, why did she not realize that excuse herself and wash her hands. No she ran my card with her other hand never discarded the nasty wet glove. She then went over to another co-worker grabbed my sandwich bagged it and using the hand still with the wet nasty glove she placed napkins in the bag and handed me the food. I was not only pissed off by this action, or grossed out but, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and safe work method training that this location used. This employee and or manager should be fired. As for the sandwich it went straight into the trash I am not going to eat a sandwich prepared by employees of a restaurant whom have zero regard for customer service or public health. Horrible customer service. I went with my husband one night who is african american. The man at the window got my order wrong when we came back to get the burger corrected he insisted that our burger was correct, after picking the burger apart with his bare hands he refused to correct our order and called my husband some very racist derogatory names, which I will refrain from this post. After picking through our food and insulting my husband he proceeded to call the police on us saying we are disturbing the business.. We got no food no money back and called the n-word all for wanting out food corrected..
