I'm rating today's breakfast a 3: one star since I like their iced coffee a lot. Always have. I gave hubs a choice of 5 places to pick up our Sunday breakfas(I've been up since 2 a.m. doing laundry in our new appliances.) Out of Koa, Mc Donald's, Zippy's, and Times he chose here. Fur Bebe was not pleased cuz if there is spam in a breakfast platter I cut up 1/2 a piece to share cuz she loves it. She even walked away from the little rice and eggs on her dish. This platter consisted mostly of rice- that was generous so 2 nd star given but it was cold. I like their tiny pancakes breakfast more. I looked at the Portuguese sausage and there was a yellowish film- evidently paper was fried on the sausage as I had to peel it off. That made me lose my appetite fast. Not sure why but the eggs were cold and bland too. Is it cuz the weather is cold today? Different cook? Even with ketchup, it was inedible. I offered it to hubs, he refused saying throw it away. I give the third star because at least they were open and their employees had to wake up early and show up on a Sunday. Brooooooos, what is happening at this location??? First of all it took us 40 minutes through get the line and we were third from the ordering voice box. We used some of the coupons you get in the Midweek. It went well but one coupon I don't understand. BUY ONE GET ONE FREE JACK WRAP. But I guess it's BUY TWO GET TWO FREE?? Confused but if true, order was correct. I had also ordered online to use some of my rewards but I guess this location didn't have popcorn chicken so canceled that order. Overall, I guess maybe I held high expectations and got disappointed. I just have to go in and not have expectations. I'm rating last night's experience, around 11:00pm at Mililani drive thru. The person (woman) who took our order was very rude asking for coupon number yelling very loud. She sounded frustrated and irritated (maybe stressed). I responded "hold on" loud for her to hear me as there was long line of cars making it hard to hear. The woman yelled offensively back saying "you don't have to yell" that there's just two of them working, taking orders and prepping food". That is no excuse to yell redely to customers. I believe her name is Pinkie, as I had stopped today to ask to speak to the manager to discuss what had taken place. I was told there's no manager available and that the only one manager works at night, that her name is Pinkie. I had ask if Pinkie is the manager who worked last night, the front counter cashier confirmed Pinkie is the manager who works at night and wrote her name down. With such disgusting experience , I can't help but wonder if the food being ordered is even safe to eat. As a result, I won't be ordering from that branch, as long as the same "manager" works there. read more

Don't ever order Jack in a box at night in waipio. It's either the workers will be complete b**ch's to you and make your food half assed or the workers won't even BE on the floor to take your order. April 10th at 12:03 in the morning, I order an iced coffee on mobile to make it easier for them. Was left on the speaker for 10 minutes so I drove forward, all of a sudden a random man not in uniform said the manager walked out and that he and the other guy don't know how to make anything and to get a refund on the app. Jacks really needs to fix EVERYTHING they have going on there. The food is terrible and expensive. I haven't eaten at Jack in the Box for years, but my niece wanted a Jibbi that was included with the Double Chicken Supreme Munchie Meal. After ordering it on the app, we picked it up at the drive through window. The meal came in a large shopping-like bag that was taped closed. When we got home, the crappy food was intact, but no Jibbi. My niece was sad and disappointed. I called the restaurant and they said that they were out of the Jibbi and wouldn't take back the meal or refund the order. This is absolutely unacceptable since the item is listed as part of the meal on the app and the restaurant did not advise us of it not being available when the meal was picked up. Are they really out of the item or are the employees keeping the item for their own personal use? I will never, never, never dine at this zero star establishment again. read more

If so, maybe you should put a sign on both doors stating that the dining room is closed. There's a huge line of cars at the drive-thru because of this. The service is usually not friendly, but is always so slow, and almost every time our order is wrong. It's frustrating to wait over 20 minutes for your order, no thank you or apology, and then have to go back because you're missing what you paid for. read more

Do not go through the drive-through when the app isn't working on your phone. Because I did and the worker who says she's the manager says that their app has nothing to do with Jack-in-the-Box and that the problem is my phone, not jack in the box problem.. ??? go figure. This leads to me to believe that the owner and or Management of Jack in the box, Mililani allows its staff to treat their customers anyway they want to and to tell the customers that the customer is wrong and they are always right because apparently and this is not the first time. I informed the manager that evening that a particular manager was able to working the same shift was able to resolve my issue, but she basically told me it was not her problem. It was not Jack-in-the-Box problem. It was my problem.! I guess that's a representation of Jack-in-the-Box's Management style that they encourage! Lady worker told me to let them know I'm waiting for my order next time because they can't put it in the pick up area due to other customers saying their food is warm. Customer service sucks, they take a long time to make orders their not efficient, they care more about drive through orders than dine in customers, the word fast food is not the case here. Would like a meeting with the district manager cause this is not the only Jack in the box like this, but it's hard because the district manager never answers his phone. He should get fired too. I had a loooong day at work and I wanted something fast because we were already in the location + the heavy rain was a buzz kill. I didn't wanna walk to the shopping center all wet. BUT BESIDES THE POINT, I ordered the sriracha burger meal and I come home to half a** food. Stale cold fries... who know how long those fries were sitting. The bun of my burger was so chewy, not enough sauce ( considering that it is a "sriracha" burger after all ), in conclusion the food was not fresh whatsoever. EVERYTHING I HAD WAS DRY AND COLD. I have read the reviews since JitB moved to this location, and have wondered why so many at the start a few years ago were so bad. In the past, at the location by Mililani Shopping Center (across from Foodland), I've always had good service and the order was never botched or mistaken. When I read the early reviews of the relocated spot at Town Center of Mililani, it made me wonder if I should ever have anything at the closest location again. In March 2021, I had a strong craving for their Spicy Chicken Sandwich (which is the original to me... it was the first I remember where I grew up, and I was hooked on it for so long... along with their curly fries), so I took a chance and went. Everything went just as I ordered, and I started using their receipt surveys for the BOGOF offer with Jumbo Jacks and ordering a large curly fries each time (I wait to do the survey 3 days after the purchase, and then I use the offer before it expires so I have this about twice a month... wish it was like McDonalds and the offer was good for one month after you did the survey). So far, every order has been exactly what I expected. I'm not expecting much from the burger patty, and the lettuce, tomato, and onions have always been crisp and fresh. A bit of ketchup and mayonnaise has always been nice. The curly fries are sometimes slightly browned, but they are crispy and tasty to the very last one and I would rather have that than undercooked ones. I don't remember the name of the people at the drive thru except for the past two... which were Lovely and Gabriel. Both were clear with what was required of me (I verified the receipts with both), and friendly as well as helpful in offering options for ketchup with the curly fries. I stand in line almost 10 min snd get my order in at exactly noon. Fast food! Not even close almost 30 minutes later, after watching my drinks sit for 20 minutes. Food sit for a hood 20 minutes , I get my order filled and called to the counter at 12:27 . Incredibly slowwww service for fast food! Under staffed? Possibly? But that's poor planning on their part! This Jack in the Box has really bad service - depending who the manager is. Some times there will be a 30+ min wait and other times it will be 8 minutes. The staff is nice, but the service is just so slow sometimes. The food itself is decent, and it's one of the only places to get curly fries in Mililani. I get either the tiny tacos or ultimate breakfast burger, and a side of curly fries. The restaurant inside is nice, but If you are in the main part of Town Center it is hard to access. You need to walk across the entire parking lot if you don't have a car - inconvenient for me. Overall this Jack in the Box gets a tow stars from me. read more

This location is a joke do not come here. If you think waiting in their drive thru line was long and painful the wait in the dining room/ cashier is by far the best circus show I have seen. There were no cashier available to take your order. The dining room area is taped off with yellow tape. The workers there are so lazy. The Grubhub driver waited 30 mins for his order, I waited about 10 mins and gave up. There is an adequate amount of workers running the front and the manager didn't even give a crap with what was going on. I have submitted my concern to the corporate office in Oklahoma. She seemed very apologetic and wanted to send free combo coupons to make up for bad service. Customer service has really declined over the years prior to Covid and yesterday experience was not good. Everytime I visit this location, they seem to ALWAYS take forever to place orders and keep the drive thru line moving. It'll take about 20+ minutes in the drive thru line. Kind of defeats the purpose of "fast food." I was craving for their croissant and macadamia nut iced coffee . Arrived there at 8:30am, the drive thru line is super long and doesn't seem to be moving. I ended up going to the Waipio location, at least they were quicker than this location. If you're craving Jack in the box but don't wanna stay in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes, you're better off doing the extra drive to Wahiawā or Waipio. read more

My latest visit to my neighborhood "Jack In The Box" was a nightmare!! The employee at the front register was obviously in a bad mood! She was snappy, dismissive, and argumentative! She also raised her voice unnecessarily in an expression of anger! She literally treated me like I was wrong by coming inside instead of the drive thru. I stood at the register in her line of site for minutes before she even attempted to take my order. She made it clear that her priority was the drive thru even though I was the only person inside the restaurant!! This is totally unacceptable, so I kindly asked for my money back which upset her even more!! She really should not be at the front register with obvious anger issues!! She declined to refund my money, so I asked for a manager. At this time another employee stated that no manager was in the store to process my refund. She was literally lying!! Because of my persistence to get a refund, the 2nd employee, who was obviously the manager, opened the register and returned my money!! I tried to upload a copy of my receipt... but unsuccessfully. Jack in the box in Mililani town Center use to be my favorite spot for a cheeseburger & because one of girls asked me if I was a Veteran & gave me a discount. They took care of the Veterans. But things have changed where they no longer honor military veterans discount. Which is a shame for all the veterans that eat there like me. I guess I will have to find somewhere else to eat. Teach You The Tomato Slide Some of you are prolly snickering that I came here but I came to try the burger. Jumbo Jack with Cheese. Im still stuck in a time capsule that has me assuming these burgers are 99 cents! Snapback to reality and its nearly 5 bucks that im paying for the same thing! (see menu pic) This location is the newish JIB on the island sporting the new logo and building design. Didnt go in though, just drive thru, but is there like a 2nd floor with additional seating and wifi up there? It looks spacious, otherwise a waste of space! Okay so Now I know this isnt a burger thing or a location thing. It is a Jack in the Box thing. That tomato slide yo. The moment you sink your teeth into this burger and happen to clutch the tomato, you pull away, and the tomato pulls out. Its happen 3 times already and all from different JIB locations. The tomato slide has ended up on my pants, between the car seats, and this last time over my shirt leaving a messy trail of mayo and seeds. Whats up with that @Jack? The problem with JIB and me has always been the lackluster in taste. Though I do like their tacos once in a while, glancing at the rest of the menu has me constricted to thoughts of overly greasy food, thats not handled with care consistently enough, and over the top burgers that will probably shave a year off your longevity (buttery bacon jacks) I dont blame the cook or workers, theyve been friendly (most locs and times) its really the food selection and any other discrepancies are towards the managment.
