Went there for lunch today but it was like kinda sketchy and had flies inside. The soda machine doesn't work also. The employees were kinda nice but it took 10 minutes to get my food. WE ordered 2 strawberries, 1 Oreo , 1 pineapple and 1 vanilla Bobba. and paid a total of $26.80 I Found out after my husband returned from picking up the order. He was given 2 strawberries, 1 pineapple and 1 vanilla boba. Missing the Oreo milkshake. I am wondering how often this issue is occuring at this location. Service here is super inconsistent. Sometimes you get a good friendly employee, sometimes you get someone who obviously hates their job. Food is meh. Been here twice. First time got a breakfast platter. Hash brown was like a grease sponge and bacon was sitting in a pile of butter... not sure why but my guess is making something else butter fell in and it wasn't noticed or no one cared. Second time was for lunch. Ordered a burger and a fry. Fries were cold and old even though it was prime lunch time (12:30) and food took forever because the front cashier person couldn't be bothered to put it on a tray. Thankfully the young man working the drive thru was with it enough to realize I'd been waiting for some time. Today, July 28th, my mom and I went through the drive-thru. We ordered a few different breakfast sandwiches, mine was specifically a supreme croissant. When she arrived home it was a sausage croissant. She drove all the way back to replace the mess up. When she returned, she came back with an ultimate breakfast sandwich. I ate it because I was really appreciated her going back, but how hard is it for them to get one sandwich right! Not only that, but about a month ago when my girlfriend and I went through the drive-thru there was a teenage boy taking our order. The server's name was Even. He was being extremely sarcastic and rude through the drive up speaker. Making crude jokes to my girlfriend of what he thought was flirting and funny, but my girlfriend and I both thought it was very disrespectful and annoying. We couldn't even get him to listen to what we were actually trying to order that's how much he was trying to flirt with her. It was a joke. My girlfriend was ordering a milkshake and he pretends to misunderstand her and questions, "What'd you say? Sex me?" She responded, "Excuse me?" It was borderline harrassment and we were totally caught off guard. We were so surprised that especially an EMPLOYEE would think it's okay to talk that way. Once we arrived to the window, I was very heated and called him out for disrespecting her and I. I told him even if the girl was obviously by herself/single, that's not the way to talk to a female. He still went on further to question me, argue, act like he didn't say anything/do anything wrong, and go against what I said. I had to TELL him to apologize to her. He could barely do that and still acted like he was apologizing for nothing. It was very disrespectful and still he thought it was a funny joke and laughed it off. If I was his manager I would have definitely written him up or fired him. To top it off we only got 1 straw for our 2 shakes. Not sure if it was intentional or not, maybe he was mad that I called him out and the fact he couldn't get away with disrespecting us both like that. Kind of makes it hard to a drink a milkshake without a straw. I've worked customer service for years and would never argue with a customer or disrespect someone like that. I know I would've gotten fired in a second. There are other occasions, besides these two times that I've had horrible customer service from this location. Was treated so disrespectfuly asked for french fries with no salt and they kept repeating you want sprite with no salt and was laughing. I do likeJack In the Box. Where else can you get a steak and egg burrito, egg roll, chicken pita, and two tacos for 99 cents at 3am? (Not that I'd recommend all of that at one time...) Food is not nearly as good as Carl's Jr but Jacks is closer to my work. Seriously, it's a place that's fast, quick, affordable, and has a wide variety of menu items. It's definitely a step up from McDonald's and the like, and is definitely better quality fast food. The Oak Grove location is nothing special, but the staff has always been friendly which is always nice. The food will fill you up when your hungry. read more
