This Jack in the box experience reminded me of how the brand used to be 10 to 15 years ago. I ordered a head in the app and the food was ready with in 2 minutes of the promised time. I made a couple special requests and the order was 100% accurate. The store was out of an ingredient but recommended a substitution that was just as good. It's busy but they keep the line moving. It seems there's some correlation between food costs and menu prices, which is not the case for any Western Washington locations I'm familiar with. Employees communicated clearly and promptly. They greeted me with a smile when I arrived. I can't remember the last time a Jack in The Box visit met all of these ridiculously basic expectations. It wasn't perfect in every way, but I leave wishing that I could expect anything close to this sort of satisfaction at Western Washington locations, but that ship has most definitely sailed. read more

The shakes here are what keeps bring us back. Extra thick and they have Oreo. The guy working the drive through was super friendly and we could tell he was trying to give us a good experience. I've been coming to this Jack in the Box for a long time, but it's supremely dissapointing when i ask for no cheese on my items 3 times and they still manage to put cheese on all of my sandwiches. You get what you pay for. 3.5 stars. They have a wide variety and change it up often. Tacos are good, burgers are alright, their chicken teriyaki bowl is good, and egg rolls as well. Open 22.5 hours and that's a big plus. Homestyle potatoes are good read more

Went through the drive thru on 8/1 and there were 2 employees visible to me. Both had mask but neither one had the mask covering their nose & mouth. Also, ordered an original ice coffee, just tasted like chocolate milk, no coffee flavor whatsoever. read more

I placed my order thru door dash which in my order I added 2 orders of jalapeño poppers, a few minutes later the door dash driver calls me telling me they were out of the jalapeño poppers and if I wanted something else. I was super excited to see the jack in the box workers wearing cute Hawaiian themed outfits, while going through the drive thru! I was supper interested in asking what the theme was for! But was immediately met with a glare from an older woman. No words where spoken when given the food we ordered, just a glare. We then asked if we could get ranch, where she then ignored us. So we asked again and she gave us one ranch with no words and a mean glare once again. I love to go to jack in the box all the time. And have never experienced rude service before. This place is mediocre at best. It's old, fairly unkempt and hard to get in and out of. Would not recommend!

Fast service, but quality has seemed to go down in the last year or so. Not as big of a fan as i once was.

Good food the service can be questionable down to bad service they claim they give you wifi but it only works in men's bathroom and when you have a complaint about anything you get a rude manager that don't care,I go there sometimes for the food but if you want a friendly environment included then good luck. read more

Went and got the grill cheese muchie box asked for no bacon she heard me wrong and when I payed notice she put plus bacon which was another so I told her then she asked me to drive to the front and they will remake it I said ok so went to the front waited a good little bit and got my food when I got home I figured I better check ur and surprise there was bancon on it so I called and told them if they remade it or just picked the bacon out the old one and they told just to come back which got me mad cause I already waited for them to try and fix it so she was like come back tommrow and talk to someone and hanged up on me this has been the experience I've gotten from hear for the last 6 months so just check ur food before u go home read more
