The dining room closes at 9 PM, but the drive-thru is almost always open late on weekends (pretty much all night), and during the week they close earlier, but either way, they're fast. They always get our order right, the food comes out hot, and the service is always fast and great . No long waiting even though they have long lines . I don't think there's ever been a time they messed up our meal or made us wait too long. Why would anyone do a review for a jack in the box, you wonder? Everyone know the food is what it was and you don't expect much. My review is more meant to show how the employees really don't care about the product. it is also obvious that the Franchise owner and even the corporate franchise management team care even less than the employees. There is no quality control, oversight or any desire to care. Normally I would not go to a jack in the box because of past experiences at different locations but my story start with a trip to the vet in the same shopping center. Iit was around lunch time and I was hungry so I went through the drive in and ordered 2 double jack cheeseburgers plain. The theory was I would treat my dog and grab something quick for myself. When I got home what I saw was unbelievable. The cheese on the one burger was such a small slice it barely covered one third of the burger patty. I guess that is the normal portion but the other burger didn't even have the slice of cheese on top. There was the tiny slice of cheese in between the burgers. Fortunatley since I was home I could add my own items to make the dry burger barely edible and my dogs didn't protest too much about theirs. I just had to write a quick review on how pleased I was with the service here. I rolled through the drive-thru at 11:45 pm 11/9/2023. The young man who took my order was polite and helpful. He and a couple others had a brotherly comaraderie and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Our food was hot, fresh and well made. Now, pre-pandemic this may have been par for the course, but nowadays with the breakdown of good customer service, excellent people stand out to me. Good job on hiring good people. Man this Jacks F'n sucks! I've been here 4-5 times thinking it'll get better. Especially because it's the closest jacks to me. Google & Apple Maps shows it closes @ 11pm. I pulled up @ 10pm and they had orange cones w/ a note @ the drive through entrance saying they were Closed. I just go to the one off of Ann Rd or the one near Aliante, sucks for me because I have to drive further now. I just go to McDonald's off of 5th St now. That's how much this location sucks. I pulled up with my moms because she wanted a quick bite since we was leaving Smith's (in the same plaza) around 1-2pm in the afternoon and they ran out of Tacos, no chicken tenders, and gave us the wrong stuff. Another time they had me & my sister wait for almost 25 minutes for our order in the parking lot at 8 in the morning. I get that it's a fast food place and I shouldn't expect a lot. But I've been to Jack in the Box in the worse neighborhoods (Compton, Watts, South Central LA, East LB, Oakland, SkidRow, etc.) that has better customer service than this place. Near the projects, Crackhead infested areas and was STILL open 24 hours. This place shows 24hrs on yelp, 11pm on google & Apple. False advertisement. This place needs new management, employees, or just close it down and put a Burger King here. I'm just keeping it 100. This location has the worst customer service. I go through the drive through @9:07 pm. The line was so long but we waited. Checked the food bags and was missing our med curly fry and ranch. I park and walk to the door, it's locked but has two customer in the eating area. So I knock until someone hears me. A short round Hispanic woman rudely tells me to go through the drive through. We had some discount coupons available and hadn't been to Jack's in quite awhile, so I talked Diane into dining there with me, and she ordered two Ultimate Cheeseburgers for the price of one, while I paid for a large order of French Fries to be paired with a free Enchilada Monster Taco, which is a new menu creation. The Ultimate Cheeseburger featured two patties of beef , 2 slices of American Cheese, and 1 slice of Swiss Cheese with ketchup and mayonnaise on a nice Poppy Seed Bun. The meat is always prepared well done here, but was at least still noticeably moist, which made it a better tasting burger. But this much cheese is Diane's thing--not mine. And, I would have preferred the addition of a few pickle chips, a slice of tomato, and some raw onion. Just so, while I am an admirer of the traditional Monster Taco, I found the Enchilada Sauce on the Enchilada Monster Taco to be rather spicy and overbearing, even though it had the same beef and bean groundings as the basic Monster Taco, which I determined I liked better. With the Enchilada Sauce dominant, no Taco Sauce was needed. The French Fries were okay. And, service was good. 3-1/2 stars overall on this recent night outing! read more

Workers were sitting outside, smoking cigarettes. I asked if I could get my order that I already bought and paid for and they said no they're closed and they're not gonna reopen for one order I said OK can I get my money back and they refused said that I could call their manager in the morning. Dropped by this afternoon for a quick after school snack and I am impressed. The place was spotless. The service was awesome from the nice bemustached gentleman who looked like the manager. He was patient and helpful. The food was surprisingly good too. My spicy chicken sandwich had a little kick to it and I loved that it had a lot of fresh veggies in it. The kids gobbled up their cheese burgers and fries. We all preferred the regular fries compared to the curly fries by the way. Ever so conveniently located in the same parking lot as Smiths, I often trick my husband into running in the grocery store while I "wait" for him! When in reality he often catches me in the drive thru getting an egg roll and a small fry! The food is usually fresh, crisp fries, whole curly fries, and not bits! The sourdough bread is a always a great way to improve any value menu sandwich, and the egg rolls are sadly better than any Asian restaurant in the area! There was no one in front of us and behind us. We ordered A bacon ultimate cheeseburger and large curly fries. They told us to go park in front, so we did. 15 minutes go by and we didn't receive our food. At this point there's about 10 cars parked outside aswell and a line of another 7-10 cars. employees were just walking in and out giving customers their drink and food separately, wasting hella time. They would just give customers bags with wrong orders. customers would look through the bags and containers and tell the employee that it wasn't their order, and the employee would take it back and hand it to the next car (hella gross considering COVID). 5 minutes later another employee comes out with a bag and gives it to us. We tell him it's not our order. Cars that were after us with larger orders would leave before us. Another 10 minutes go by and my boyfriend decides to go inside to make sure they didn't forget about his order because there was a long line forming and plenty cars outside. The manager gave him MAD attitude, even tho he was being respectful and considerate. He just said ok and walked back into the car. EVERYONE was going inside for wrong orders, missing items, and being there for +20 minutes. After 5 minutes, we finally got the food.. LOL IT WAS STILL WRONG We were given an ultimate cheeseburger with small regular fries.
