This location is near the Aliante Parkway and Centennial Parkway. It's been a while since I visited a Jack in the Box. I'm on a journey to try out different cheesesteaks. I had a chance to try out Arby's and now I tried the Jack in the Box version. The Jack in the Box Philly Cheesesteak has the shaved steak, swiss cheese, grilled onions, peppers and may on the buttery toasted hoagie roll. The sandwich does start around $11.99, but it can be upgraded as part of a combo/meal. I did end up getting the fries and drink with it. Now, I did customize the order to just have the cheese and steak. The order did have Mayo on it. The sandwich was just okay. The meat wasn't too tender. The hoagie roll was relatively big though! I visited this a.m. around nine thirtyish or so and there wasn't many in the drive-through. I think there was one car ahead of us. The ambience was as you'd expect... It was pretty quiet as it was still a bit early. I ordered the number 27 breakfast combo with coffee... The coffee was just ok, nothing to write home about, the burrito was pretty good actually. You have to wrap the Hashbrown and pour the salsa on as well, and trewrap it, but it's good! The eggs have good texture and the ham worked as well. It's very filling. The combo was just under $10. So not bad. I would actually order it again. It was good for fast food. I forgot to take a pick okay. I was hungry lol! Here's the coffee though! Worst experience ever. Bought 2 before breakfast sandwiches. When will you left the drive-thru thru my son said there's NO sausage on his sandwich but the other one has it. With the crazy tariff happening I paid breakfast with meat so I went back and went inside told the employee one of the sandwiches did not have sausage so she ask of I want them to make 2 new ones so I said yes. I heard someone at the back named MARY who's complaining about making them again.... Drive thru service efficient, the premises were spotless and very clean, and the staff were very polite! That was a pleasant surprise as it was 10PM and I don't blame you if you hate me for coming in that late!! I ordered the semi-new Hot Mess Meal and it was pretty solid both taste and value wise. My friend went in the get a burger and they said they had to remake it because they dropped it. When she got her burger, her, her husband, and her two children began eating and then she broke her tooth on a tac that was in her burger. So she stopped her family from eating anymore, and it eventually went to court. In court the jack in the box reps claimed that they didn't even have those types of tacs in the store.
