I've always enjoyed Chick-fil-A for their friendly staff and fast service, but I wanted to share a small issue I've had at the Fifth St location. The first time I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, when I got home I realized it was a regular fried chicken sandwich, so I did not eat it nor return it. I thought it was just a one time mistake, so I gave it another try. Unfortunately, this time I ordered three grilled chicken sandwiches and again received regular fried chicken sandwiches. Once again, I did not eat them nor return them, which was frustrating. Usually, Chick-fil-A gets orders right, so I know mistakes happen, but I wanted to leave a friendly reminder for the staff to double-check grill versus fried orders especially for drive-through customers who are on the go and can't easily return to the restaurant. Aside from this issue, the service is always quick and staff are friendly. I hope this helps them continue to improve. read more

On June 8, I came through the drive-through and everything was wrong on my order. There were eggs on my chicken sandwiches. And other things. I called in yesterday. They told me they would redo my whole order.. I go there today. They only wanna give me two sandwiches. That's a petty mood for you.!!! first of I paid $18 for my food yesterday... fast food is dying quick!! learn how to give the customer what they want. So yesterday, I was very disappointed. I got home with only two sandwiches and a hash brown. My original order was three sandwiches, a hash, brown, and orange juice and a large drink.! if you wanna keep customers happy you need to learn some things. I was in fast food for many years. Top notch people here. I order catering from chick-fil-a quite often all over the country and always great. This place stood out. Customer service call to check in before my arrival time, to helping me carry out and then another person brought the rest. The do the little things. Asked how my day was going. What I do for work. They genuinely cared. That is rare now days. I had like 36 box lunch's and 4 jugs of tea and lemonade. Was a successful business meeting all because this location did an amazing job!! I was surprised to see how empty this newISH chick fil-A was on a Saturday evening. My crew and I ordered spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches, tenders, a hot girl fillet, a couple Mac and cheese sides and a kale salad. All in all, the service was sweet and friendly young adult faces. The food quality was delicious as per usual and the sauces were more than enough. The ambiance was clean from the drive through and I liked the set up on the palm trees. I was very satisfied with the taste of our food and the quality. Idk why this place is low rated but I actually enjoyed my food from start to finish. read more

I've been coming to this location for quite some time and have always had a pleasant experience--until today. Unfortunately, my interaction with an employee named (Ethan bigger guy wears glasses i think he's Spanish and where's a bandanna ) completely changed that. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting for my order, he abruptly told me to leave the service line without any courtesy or respect. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I strongly believe that disciplinary action or additional customer service training should be considered for staff members to ensure this does not happen to others in the future. Although I feel they need to reopen their Mobil order line especially during lunch, I love this location and they actually listen to your feedback and follow through with improvements. I ordered a parfait a few weeks ago, and was disappointed with the amount of fruit that this location puts in it well after leaving my comments, I went back today and noticed they put a lot more fruit in their parfaits, which I love. I know in the picture it may not look like there's a lot but when you only get two strawberries and two blueberries and you ask for more this was way more impressive so thank you for listening. read more

Whatever you do, DONT DO MOBILE THRU!! Weve done this twice and waited while watching cars that ordered in the regular drive thru be served before us. Theres two lanes in the drive through and the one on the right says "stop" so we assume thats the correct line and we still see cars who arrived after us be served before us. Disappointed at the new location I was really excited to try the new Chick-fil-A that just opened up in town, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. Everything looked polished and the staff was friendly, but I was shocked to find out they don't have tea for their sunjoy At Chick-fil-A?! That's like showing up to a pizza place and being told they don't have cheese. Sweet tea/sunjoy is a staple of the Chick-fil-A experience, and not having it available--especially at a brand new location--feels like a big oversight. The quality of service at this location varies depending on who is working. Today, I was assisted by a young lady named Jamiah, whom I've seen three or four times before. She is always very polite. The food is typically hit or miss, but it is usually hot. I prefer using the mobile drive-thru because the service in the area isn't the best, and I like to collect points. When I go through the mobile thru, the lane merges into one after the curve. I noticed that I had to go through some cones to re-enter the lane, and Jamiah informed me that they are only using one lane now. This was a bit frustrating, as it defeats the purpose of having multiple lanes. In fact, on a previous visit, I was told that I needed to be in that lane. read more

I went back and forth with myself with writing this review but both of my visits within this past few weeks were less than the typical Chick-fil-A experience. The first being a worker's customer service, or lack thereof, going back and forth with me and giving me attitude due to issues with my order. Even after it became clear that the mistake was on their end, there was no sincere apology or accountability. The second visit they forgot to put some of the food with my order. This place just opened, and it honestly makes me feel bad for them because they're not doing their job. They served us undercooked chicken, and we ended up getting sick. I decided to give them another chance since they're still new, but it was the same story -- they made us wait 15 minutes, didn't bring the dressing I asked for, and then told me I'd have to place another order just to get the dressing. There is no internet at this location. No reason to use the app as they informed me they don't start it until you arrive and you can't check in because they don't have internet. The MOD told me the employees don't have internet either when I gave her my phone so she could show me how to check in since I couldn't connect. No-one could even find my order in the system-25 minutes later the MOD found it and placed my order. They also forgot the salsa packets on the order. I really didn't want to write this review since they had a really great Halloween event last week but honestly I just don't feel like it was very professional of them how they handled the situation. First off our order was completely messed up while ordering at the drive through because someone else had the same name & car. But that doesn't excuse it I mean we had to wait for our actual order at the front of the restaurant & they still didn't give it to us right. Because once we got home we realized that we hadn't been given our drinks which in part we should have remembered but that's not the whole point because they didn't do their job right. So my husband went back to tell them that they forgot the drinks & well he can be very forgetful as well so he came back with only one drink & forgot the kids meal drink. But my whole point is like how could that be that they forgot not only one but 2 drinks aside from that like he went out of his way to go back & get it & didn't even get an apology or at least a complimentary item like that is ridiculous! I have worked in the restaurant industry for many years & have done this many times especially since it was our mistake but for them to not even acknowledge it was not cool. this isn't good for employees or customers at all. I've gone here a few times to get food, and of course the person is a bit slow because they're getting trained no problem of course, but they make them do to much for a minimum wage job, like i'm just here to get food folks, not constantly having the new employees or the people in the blue shirts ask me questions just because i'm eating my food. And don't get me started on drive thru. I used to go to the one on craig because it was the closest one, and when i would wait in drive thru, i would just wait. and that was no problem, but here, all i see is that the kids are forced to constantly make a conversation with the person at drive thru, like i was sitting right at the window and i saw the people in the blue shirt constantly scold a kid because they weren't staring a conversation! like folks, leave the damn kid alone, he's getting paid minimum wage, i don't expect or want him to make conversations with me jeez. I hope this place figures out that the gen z kids will only work for what they're paid for, and if you want them to do extra for the customers, then pay them more, if not, don't expect all this weird stuff you want them to do with the customers. read more
