This review is 100% on their ownership/management. It's absolutely abysmal that you have put in self order screens and force your employees to have to tell people to use the screen. You short staff this place so horrifically that you basically make it a requirement that they can't help take an order. I've watched multiple old or disabled people clearly be lost, but I can see only three total people working. This management team needs to do better. And if these self serve, ignore your customer, agendas are coming from corporate, then the company needs to take a deep look at itself. Employees were great and food was good. read more

We went there tonight. The drive through was busy but we were not even acknowledged at all. There was no, "Hello how are you?"There was no, "I will be with you shortly." Worst Jack in the box I've ever been to. I ordered a chicken pita and I got literally half a pita with everything just shoved in a bag. None of it was assembled it was literally just all the ingredients shoved in a bag. When I went in to politely show them the they/them I spoke to told me I ate half of it. Mind you I literally just came around from the drive through and parked immediately to walk in to show them. I seriously never leave reviews but after multiple trips to this location being overly terrible, I feel like should. Every time I have gone there I always regret it. I waited almost 30 minutes in an drive thru line with only 3 cars in it total. and 1 of the 3 cars even backed out and left before getting their food because they had been waiting over 30 minutes just to order. When I finally actually got to the window to get my food, they then had me pull around front and wait even longer for my food. I only had 2 items... They 100 percent need more help and I'm pretty sure there was only 1 or 2 workers total in there which is ridiculous for the workers. Whoever runs this place needs to take a serious look at their business and maybe schedule more than one person for the entire store. During the holiday season the employees at the window had very festive holiday sweaters and lights. This is something that I appreciated during this pandemic holiday season. Stopped in here late tonight. Hit the drive thru. I do not remember a time that the food was so poorly prepared here as it was tonight. My order cost almost $17 and I literally got 2 nearly empty tacos, 3 over cooked jalapeño poppers, the worlds most dry tasting jumbo jack with cheese on sourdough bread, and an order of potato wedges that they must have forgotten to put cheese on. Although I must say they got my soda order correct, the curly fries weren't great but were at least edible, and they did remember to provide napkins and plenty of sauce. That's a plus because I needed every last drop of the ranch and taco sauce to be able to actually eat what they sold me.
