Got there around 5/530pm. Ordered 4 tacos. Was told it would be "a minute". Asked how long a minute would be and was told 5-10. It's 4 tacos. They had orders of 8 and 12 tacos ahead of mine. Its a Saturday at dinner time, those things should not take more than a few mins and orders of 8 and 12 aren't prohibitive. I left. Went through drive thru and they didn't answer at the intercom and when I went to the window they said to drive through again and when I did me and another customer had the exact same experience and didn't receive any service or food and employees ignored us when we came to the window on the second pass. Every time we come in it's a different issue. I made sure before we even placed our order to ask if they were out of anything they said nothing but strawberry syrup for drinks. We come after 9 to get the munchie meals, the last two times they've waited until after we've ordered to tell us they were out of the tacos. This time they said they had everything, they just conveniently left the tacos out of all of the bags. Drive thru Order #732 @9:25:56. I attempted to call and it was ringing for about three minutes and then the phone clicked on like it was answered and then it disconnected. Just grabbing a quick bite, and usually if you're working in a food industry area or facility at all. You should know people have food allergies. All we ask was what oil do you use. Because my toddler has a peanut allergy. What pisses me off, which I promise you I do not like writing negative comments on anyone! But when we approach we were not greeted correctly, the woman on the intercom just keeps laughing. And my husband had to repeat himself a few times for his order. Because the woman kept asking, "what? What number? Huh?" And he had to yell "15, number 15, 15, 1-5!" Didn't even apologize, or anything. I get it have fun at your job but just keep it professional. Finally able to get a haircut, I left my office early to make sure I was there before the prescribed 89 minute wait, and decided to do lunch. I typically don't do fast food trying to behave myself and eat healthy, but it was in. Punch and right by the sportsclips I was to get my haircut at. The drive through was simple and easy, and I pulled up in front of sportsclips and discovered my requested unsweetened tea was sweet. I'm not a huge fan of sweet tea. My burger was rather plain, tasted alright but it was missing the stuff I love on a burger, like lettuce and tomato and onion. We paid extra for jalapeños and stuff on our pizza (which was the XL for 21$ Shoulda went to Pizza Hut and atleast got what I ordered) got my pizza an hour and a half late and didn't have ANY of the things I paid extra for so I called the store the douche bag manager that night answered and said they didn't show him anything I ordered special so I said I have the receipt and I can send it to you to see where I ordered it. He hung up on me after he said he would send another pizza I waited 2 hours and didn't get a delivery so I called back. let me start with, I NEVER go out of my way to leave bad reviews. Usually only good ones. lets begin... first off. I've given this Jack In the Box MULTIPLE CHANCES to get it right. I mean literally months... they continue to disappoint. it Started with I would show up later at night & they would be out of items or their system would be "rebooting". Just tonight 9/26/22, there was a "power surge". Mind you the skies were clear and then I was advised to pull to the front to wait. Then I see 2 employees get out of a car and go in through the front door. At the same time, a car pulls through the drive thru and is served immediately... that was just today. EVERY SINGLE TIME i go, their not taking orders in the drive thru, or I don't get any response. now, you'd think "if you have such an issue , why not call before hand?" oh I have , every single Time. I either get hung up on, forwarded, mocked, or they'll leave the phone off the hook so it won't ring. Then I proceed to the drive thru anyways giving them the benefit of the doubt & I'm ignored, told the same excuses over and over. If they would just answer the phone they could've lied to me then & I wouldn't waste my time. yesterday, I pulled up & there's a sign that says "shift change, be back in 30 min" & I pull around. Same situation, employees outside in the parking lot. As I stated, this has been going on for several months!!! I'm going to wrap this up, my point is don't waste your time with this location , at least at night. I can't speak to their customer service in the daytime. read more

Food: 5/5 Service: 3/5 Cleanliness: 3/5 Decor & Style: 1/5 I gave it a 5/5 overall because they have the best tacos in the world! The tacos are Fritos Chili-Pie type tacos. They have been a favorite of mine since I was 10 yeas old! Everything else is par-sub-par. Customer service personality is pretty un-friendly, but they are extremely fast! So 3/3 there. Cleanliness is par, and the decor has been plain-jane since I can remember. I'm speaking for all locations, not just this one. I loved jack in the box but since they fired the old crew things have changed at this location there sooo lazy. I tried ordering 14 tacos but they only wanted to seal me 12 I tried ordering at the window another order of fries any they told me "we can not add anything to the orders at the window." If I want to order I had to go back in line besides the fact that they had a long line no me if I could give them a 0 star I would. I wish the y would really fix the problem of having all this lazy people but since they won't do nothing about it. Am going to but my suggestion is I don't recommend this places at all read more

My favorite thing here is the mango tea. I never eat in at fast food places. I'm a drive-thru girl. As drive-thru's go, they are always fast and accurate. The food is... fast food. I can't think of anything I've had here that really stands out, but I've never had anything that was horrible either. I wasn't impressed with the mega tacos or whatever they're called. We ordered the "Jacks Spicy Chicken" sandwich just the sandwich which rang up over $6 before taxes. We only had ordered three sandwich/burgers. Their breakfast burritos are very good and larger than I had expected them to be and made for a quick breakfast the next day. They serve their entire menu including breakfast 24/7 from the drive thru so it is a great place to stop in late night for some quick and inexpensive fast food. read more
