WOW!!! Burgers were almost $7-8 each! Jalapeño poppers $5! The burgers were small and nothing special, same with the poppers. Got the variety fries and Mac n cheese balls, only got 3! Horrible. Jack inbox corporate gave me a 15% on my next order using the their app. It was not honored. My 1st time using the app and I thought was doing something wrong. Come to find out their app system down. They hadn't had any online app orders for a while. I showed them where my discount was on the app. I was told I could not get the discount a had to be through the app. What? It wasn't my fault. Huh? Interesting that one of their competitors when they had a similar problem they honored their discount. I still ordered without my discount as I was looking forward getting something. The food is good at this place, but for drive-through orders, I have been shorted on my order about 30-40% of the time. If you go there, double-check your order regardless of how long it takes. It'll be correct on the screen, but wrong in the bag, and usually missing something. On a positive note, when I indicated I had a problem on their online survey, i got immediate and meaningful response from management. However, the problem just occurred again today. Worker was probably lying. You claim to be open 24 hours. However went there at 4AM and the person who answered the drive through ( some older guy) told me they were closed. When I mentioned that they are listed as 24 hours he made some excuse that the computers have to reboot at 4. If this is true Corporate needs to inform the public of the times they are not operational, especially if this is a daily scheduled maintenance. Otherwise it gives the appearance of deception. I always get the chicken munchie meal and turn it into a buffalo chicken sandwich. Its lit. Whenever I visit the drive through at 1 am the guy working Is precise and cares that your order is correct. If there were a 0 star available i would do that. The experience we experienced here was awful. First of all , they would not accept 3 different orders so we all had to pile it on to one card (stupid). Then they asked for ID??? For some fries and a shakes??? (also stupid). One of us had their ID on them but not their card so we used our friends. They would not accept it because the names were not the same, even though we were all in the car. As if we were credit card stealing. The policy itself is stupid and the fact that they would not let us get our food was insane . The Disrespect we were given by the "manager" was unreal. I think somebody needs to learn how to treat their customers. We will not be returning. No one else should either. So let me start off by saying if you have not had a sourdough Jack with ranch you're missing out on life. I've been having in them for 14 years about now. Have one for the first time in a while tonight and dammit still tasty AF. I've been going to this Jack-in-the-Box for quite a while now. Always had great customer service. Especially the night crew. I had a customer service issue yesterday and it was fixed within 24hours and I will definitely be back for more food! Totally was not looking for a free meal out of this at all. But after they fixed what I was upset about I realized I was hungry even though I didn't want to be "that guy" they hooked me up with my favorite meal. They didn't have to do that but it was really extra nice. But they were so accommodating. They are as good as my favorite favorite favorite Jack off of Raintree in Scottsdale by my grandma. I am so grateful to Nikki, David, as well as this sweet girl working the register,I forgot her name but she has dark short curly hair and had the most fun personality,and made sure I had my ranch I need lol! Thankyou to everyone who took care of my issue. I will say I have never had anything wrong with my food from this restaurant. I think they cook it fresh for everybody, because it's always hot when I get home. And they don't make you feel bad when you do alterations like no tomato or something. That's one of the reasons I continue to go to this Jack-in-the-Box besides the customer service is they make it the way I want it every single time when I come after work.
