When I had arrived the drive thru line was super long, I had decided to go inside which was better. This isn't my favorite In-N-Out Arizona location. While it's close to the highway (17-South), the drive thru and parking situations are a mess. When I came into the location on a Sunday afternoon, there weren't too many customers, and yet all of the empty seating areas were dirty and there weren't any baggies for chili peppers. We got our order to-go as a result. (And unfortunately our burgers were salty!) This location's saving grace was the service. The person taking our order was quick, patient, and friendly. She repeated the order back to me twice just to make sure the customizations were accurate, and offered us condiments on our way out (which usually we have to ask for!) Burger was amazing but i'm honestly a bit disappointed because i love in n out and i have high expectations for them since it's high quality, but i had gone through the drive through today around 3pm and first ordered a meal but my drink wasn't added to the tab, so i had to pay for my drink once again. then they took super long to get through, and my cheese fry was cold and hard and to make matters worse i NEVER got my drink i was choking because the fries were cold and dry i was overall just sad but because i didn't receive my drink :/ the drive through people weren't even there either but they were nice. i just hope they can do better fit other customers read more

I also always order a tomato on the side because she loves a tomato on top of her Flying Dutchman. This time, they forgot the tomato so I had to run back in and get it. Most times they are good and don't forget things. My favorite order is a double double with onions and chiles. The chiles give the burger a little kick. And they chop them up and add them for you. I never have ever reviewed fast food before, but I had to review In-N-Out Burger. This is what fast food should actually be like. The burgers and fries actually looked and tasted liked burgers and fries. If you take a side by side look of a double-double from In-N-Out and a Big Mac from McDonalds, one looks like it came from a frozen wrapper that was put in the microwave and tastes like plastic, and the other actually looks and tastes like a burger. The food here was delicious, and being from the east coast I wish we had these out there. Service was quick and we even got the cool hats that came with it.
