The food is ehh ok (it's ight!!). All I ask from them is to give me a fork with my "Loaded Tiny Tacos" or anything that requires a fork. Sometimes they don't give you a straw with your drink. I wanna start off by saying that I frequent is Jack in the box and I honestly think the quality of the food at this location is the best out of all the locations in the nearby 30 mile radius, including Ventura. So 10 out of 10 in that aspect. Unfortunately there was just one aspect that was a little frustrating. Typically when a business advertises 24 hours. It is... but when they arrive to this Jack-in-the-Box late night, I was met with an automated our store is closed message. Now I want to note that I've heard this message before late night but after waiting a few cycles, somebody picks up and takes my order this time. I waited for about 10 minutes and nothing. I'm not upset or anything like that. I would just like to bring it to attention that if you're going to advertise 24 hour drive-through make sure it is and make sure the employees aren't just letting that play hoping you'll drive away. Just a thought otherwise Foods great you know I'm not a person that eats inside the store so I can't really comment on that but in the times that I have been there it's been very clean and it looks like they take care of the place very well so overall this is a good store and managed well. When I got home my order was all wrong so I called the store and Finally got an answer on the 9th call I told them what happened. The mgr Diana said they would replace the sandwich for me no problem. So I went back the next day and watched as the employees laughed saying they didn't want to answer the phone. When I told them what happened , they said that Diana didn't leave a note. I don't care, I'm gonna say it: Jack-in-the-Box is the second-best fast food burger (and more) chain after In-N-Out. This was my first stop straight out of LAX, and I couldn't have been happier after a long flight home. Monster Tacos: They're no longer 2 for $0.99, but they still taste so damn good after all these years. They're packed with what I think is ground beef (even if it's not, I'm still cool with it), they're still greasy, and the outer edges are still the only parts of the taco that are crispy. Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger: Well-made and not thrown together. The patties were dry but thick and tasty, while the bacon and cheese were plentiful. The fries were freshly fried and salted well. Classic Buttery Jack and Jumbo Jack: Both were pretty much the same, with the exception of the bread with butter spread on it and a tomato-based sauce for the Classic Buttery Jack. Both were well-made and still tasted as they did years ago. Long story short, Jack-in-the-Box is still one of my favorite places for quick and late-night eats. read more

Covid --unsafe service at the window here in Hueneme. Staff with no gloves, masks not over noses and this is not the first time over this past month. It appears the Hueneme manager is "helping" but not keeping the standards at the equipment he his touching. EEEK is correct. Bad example and breaking trust for drive up customers. Still in the area of Port Huneneme, and to lazy to go out so i scoured the area for take-out thru, Yelp, and decided on the near-by Jack-In-The-Box, why ⁉ Jack-In-The-Box, guess because of close proximty to where i was staying,... so ordered a hamburger taco's, yes taco's, Jack calls there's Monster taco's, i've never had they're regular taco's so i can't decider why they call them Monster, only because they look like regular taco's to me had some regular fries, all thru Uber-eats and wham-bang, knock on my hotel door and si'si'si', within less than 30min, i had my din-din, still warm and super fast service and quick delivery, more than satisfied with my order and rated at least a 4 1/2 , needless to say i will be ordering again while i'm Still on R & R in this area, have to say the taco's were super delicious ‼‼‼ read more

The other day I was sitting at the beach with some friends and I thought to fuck it I want Jack. I had never tried this location out but decided that my stomach was in dire need of a munchie meal. It was around maybe 1 am ish. The cashier was super nice and efficient. Had my food out in a few minutes. Believe me when I tell you that that was the best Jack meal I have had in quite some time.
