Be prepared to wait a while. They take forever, so make sure you have a good movie or show on your phone to watch.

I've never had a problem with my food orders here. But the wait times at the drive though are atrocious. Never mind the fact that they switched to drive through only. And literally took the front door out. So now you have a long line of vehicles in a tiny parking lot. Wait times are horrible. So now people have to maneuver around everyone to get out of line. Pathetic. Fast food is not fast. read more

The staff are great here. Very friendly. But geezzz! Whoever is in charge of ordering product! They are always out of something! I went twice to get cheese sticks and they don't have marinara sauce. Last night they didn't have rice for the teriyaki bowl. Yes, I know I'm probably the only person that orders a bowl here. But they took away my beloved chicken fajita pita. read more

I stopped going back in 2024 because the tacos were not edible, tasting like old rancid grease. Then they remodeled and reopened in 2026 so I thought there may be a chance of decent food. Tacos were not crunchy, soaked in grease and felt like they had been in a bathtub for an hour (mushy and stuck to taco wrapper). And out of Dr. Pepper and Coke. You don't need a fancy building, you need edible food and stocked items. I guess I will stay away another year. I predict your sales will be in the toilet until you get excellent management. 1/2 STAR read more

Absolutely horrible! Service sucked, they were out of tacos and ranch. They were only accepting online orders and doordash.. I spent a good 30 minutes waiting for a dumbass box that I ordered.. The employees were very rude and definitely high. I don't understand why only 2 people are working at a fast food restaurant with everything else closed. The vibe of the whole store was very off. The food was nasty, I'm definitely getting a refund from a shitbox place of a restaurant. I recommend never coming here unless you want something horrible. At that point you might as well go into their dumpster and dig something out, definitely faster with the same quality as something they hand to you from the window. They need some better management and employees because what the actual fuck! I most definitely hope this place gets closed down because I could've gone to 711 and have gotten better quality food for cheaper. I am so very disappointed that fast food restaurants like this even exist. read more

As a delivery driver, this is the worst restaurant you can go to. Their food is low grade and tastes old and stale. The workers at Jack in the box are incredibly rude, unwelcoming, and inefficient. I would never recommend this place, because the customer service is terrible. The restaurant is always dirty and poorly maintained. read more

They usually take pretty long to get tour order I love jack in rhe box but location is definitely hit or miss. Sometimes it's great ans other times I get soggy nasty curly fries. Their tacos ate always great and they dwf don't skimp on the Buttermilk sauce so that is nice. read more

Terrible. Every part of the order was wrong. Ordered a platter and only got the french toast sticks - no sauce, no eggs, no sausage, no hashbrown. Burrito looked like it was thrown together by a toddler and then sat on, extremely messy. Allowed us to order iced coffees at the drive thru but told us they were out at the window and didn't give a refund when we accepted cheaper drinks. Absolutely awful read more

Slow slow slow. Takes 30 minutes to get your food through the drivethru which is actually insane

Drive thru takes almost an hour to go through! It's actually insane and the worst experience ever when trying to get late food. Avoid at all cost. read more

I love this place, the variety of options available to choose from is unlike any other fast food chain

The gentleman at the drive through was very friendly and nice. The fchicken fingers are awesome. I'll definately go again. Thank you !

Order was missing items. Payed cash - a $20 order - no receipt given! Got all the way home (20 minutes away) before discovering it. Wanted to let them know so I could get it corrected on next visit. Called multiple times but phone was never answered. Won't be in the area again until next week but wanted to let them know so it could be made right next week!! read more

This place is always out of something, like burgers or fries..on one visit at 2 pm on a Tuesday they said the were temporarily closed so they could clean their grills. Way to do a company proud! Follow up... still consistently out out the basic food items. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! read more

I understand why a fast food restaurant would prefer not to open their dinning room due to covid and short staff. However, I don't understand why they can't take a drive through order. I went to get a burger, just a burger for my son. I was told they were taking online orders only! So I have to pull into the parking lot, download an app, make a password, my email, my date of birth, confirm my email and phone number and birthday to order a CHEESEBURGER? THEN GO TO THE DRIVE THROUGH TO SAY I HAVE AN ON LINE ORDER AND WAIT FOR 20 MINUTES? Getting on the app AND REGISTERING TOOK 20 MIN. I'm done. Never will order again. read more

Stopped here during road trip and super friendly, relatively fast for large family order and clean restrooms.

My son asked me to stop for some Jack in the Box chicken nuggets. I decided to use the drive through. We waited for his nuggets and bottle water for about 30 min. He enjoyed his nuggets. read more

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! I've attempted to get food here 5 times in the last 2 1/2 weeks.. "Attempted" is the key word here. Every time I try and order food here there is ALWAYS A PROBLEM.. I've heard every excuse in the book, from.. 2 Times of --"Were Closed" between 7pm and 10pm (even though I could see at least 5 employees inside the store as I drove up just standing around). The first time was during the day and I was treated worse than a piece of TP after being used to wipe an &$$. After I ordered and paid for my large combo meal I was given a small soda, no fries, and my sandwich was missing more than half the standard ingredients. I made it clear to the cashier that I had ordered a large meal and was missing items.. and was told were out of large cups and fries and to just deal with it. I asked to speak to the manager.. There was no apology given, or an offer to substitute what was missing, and was told there's nothing I can do when I asked for my money back.. An epic fail on this restaurants part. I was basically stolen from and told to screw off.. That's not okay, no matter what the situation is.. Something could have easily been done to resolve the situation, but no attempt was made.. Now against all my better judgement.. I just tried to give them another chance and I was told that they were out of every single item I tried to order. Literally like 5 different menu items, all containing different ingredients. They were just out of everything. I can promise you that I will never go back to that location again, not even if I was starving to death and they had the last single French Fry on the face of the earth.... I'm warning anyone that might possibly try to eat here in the future, to not even bother wasting your time.. If you do.. Likely outcomes will be "they're closed" if your lucky, a messed up order.. with missing or wrong sized items if things go slightly awry.. or More than likely you'll get robbed and told to go screw yourself. Proceed with caution!!! or just save your time and stay away! DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU! read more

6:30AM , rolling bin in the middle of the drive thru so you can't order. The employees here do not want to work. This isn't the first time. If you can drive thru to order, they are out of whatever food you order or will tell you they are closed when the open sign is on. just close this store down. Whoever's running this place is going to run it into the ground. McDonald's down the street is getting all your business. read more

Service and food was good. Avoided a long line at the drive thru. Had to listen to a loud mouth burger guy talking about how disgusting there eggs were. The rudeness of this entire store is amazing. I love Jack in the Box, but this store is atrocious. After waiting at the register for 5 minutes (no one else in the store) my order was finally taken. The entire time I was there the workers were just complaining about various issues. The manager was on the phone arguing with "Desmond" about setting his own schedule. When my order was ready it was simply put on the counter infront of me. The girl was very rude. My mistake was I did not check my order. The bread was not toasted it was simply a stale piece of white bread. Both sandwiches were the same. I will never enter this establishment again, but i doubt they care. read more

Drive thru blocked at 530 am. Lights on, employees inside. How do you function as a business when nobody can order food? If you were open when you were supposed to be and not continuously out of the things people try to order maybe you could have a profitable business vs filing for bankruptcy. Just saying. read more

Stopped here to get tacos at 2pm on a Sunday. They said their tacos were frozen, so they weren't serving tacos. Did not offer anything for their lack of food, or my wait. read more

Went through the drive through tonight and the rude employee said he couldn't hear me and in a rude tone said "pull up to the window." Once there, got the attitude again because I had a coupon. After fumbling at the computer for five minutes he said "it don't work." He then closed the window and went back to cutting up with his other employees. I can't tell you how many times I continue to let this place disappoint me. When I was younger this was the BEST jack in the box. Now everytime I go there my tacos are 4 hours old my curly fries are crunchy and I wait at least 15 minutes everytime. It's sad this is a LOCALLY OWNED business but the owner continues to let employees suck! read more

My wife and I stopped here for lunch, the one in festus mo. Was our last visit and was great. Well what a shock. Were should I start. First with the 5, yes 5 parking spots and one was handicapped. The kitchen was very small, with the employees running into each other, It looked like they were puzzled on what to do. Th ere were fries(frozen) well they were at one time. On the counter. They had know counter space to work. After a very long time we got are order. The onion rings. Were stuck together and not cooked the way. No napkins except one table. Wife said no paper towel bathroom. Lady cooking the burgers was slow and complaining. Never go here again read more

From the half rotten lettuce to the cold curly fries this was a mistake. If I had not already driven off with my food, I would have demanded my money back and gone elsewhere. Very disappointing for a chain that usually does better. read more

Drive to a different location. They will yell at you and they are out of everything. Can't do Zero Star. One is generous.

I was the fifth car in at five Carline and the other four cars in front of me and got their food and I want to mountain order the kids told me that their Closed and I asked him why and told him that seems pretty lazy to me which she repeated to say fuck off we're close. So then I had to sit at the window for 10 minutes honking my horn until someone came to the window which was Devon and the one who told me to fuck off at the window or drive-through box then he proceeded to tell me know his spit in mine and my girlfriends food every time we come And asked me how does his taste. so he even named one thing that me and my girlfriend order every time. If that Devon kid is still there whenever the Jack-in-the-Box open tomorrow I would immediately tell management that he has admitted over a phone in to me face-to-face that he spit in my food so who knows who are the people food he spit and then and capacity be giving people the virus. I think that Jack in the box should be shut down until they test all their employees and figure out if anyone there has the virus because I literally just got told face-to-face and recording that one of their employees spits in mine and my girlfriends food. Oh by the way this is the Jack-in-the-Box or 55 in Bayless in St. Louis Missouri right across from 7-Eleven read more

Cold food and always slow! I have never been waited on quickly at this location, maybe they are under staffed but it still is ridiculous
