Once again Jack In The Box has truly let my family down and we thought they had improved themselves very well. My family decided to eat at Jack In The Box for dinner and let's just say that my family's dinner turned into a giant disaster and to be honest my family's Jack In The Box order was messed up. The first thing I noticed was that they messed up Dad's Double Cheeseburger by putting pickles and other stuff that Dad didn't even ask for then the next thing I noticed was as I was eating my Jumbo Jack that the patty had an aftertaste to it and the bun tasted weird and I thought this was very odd. Because Jack In The Box is known for great tasting burgers this was a shock to me. Then Mom's tacos were missing cheese and I thought this was also weird because Jack In The Box's tacos always had lots of cheese whenever my mom orders them. The final thing that shocked me was they gave my dad three churros and learning about this made my dad mad because he was looking forward to eating churros and that was the main reason my family chose Jack In The Box for dinner. I have continued going to this Jack in the Box fairly regularly. There is NO QUESTION that one employee named Martha needs to take some lessons on basic courtesy and customer service. She can be rude, and gives you the feeling that doing anything for you or just being there is a huge burden for her. Overall, 4 stars. This review is long overdue for this location. So far, it's one of the best Jack's I've been to. For the price and quality, and the fact that they serve breakfast and lunch anytime, it's totally worth it. I've ordered many times here and I've never been disappointed. I just want to start off by saying I was already having a bad day, when I decided to cheer up myself by getting a meal. After I had gotten my meal, my fries were not the best, I've worked fast food and I know what bad fries look/taste like. I asked for a new set of fries (nicely mind you). And the manager decided to make small remarks about me wanting in front her staff. Making sarcastic remarks about me wanting a new french fry. I even offered to pay, since they seemed so bothered. Never will I ever treat my customers like that or make them feel unwelcome especially as a MANAGER. This wasn't even my first option. As far as fast food goes I love Jack-in-the-Box in general because they have a pretty extensive menu from breakfast lunch and even dinner 24 hours a day. Some locations are better than others but what really made this location stand out was the supervisor Martha. I came in there last night on the 10th of Aug 2023 with a couple buddies. The dining area was almost going to be closed and we felt kind of bad ordering for in-house although we needed a break especially because I have a bad back I needed to rest for a little bit and Martha made us feel right at home! Not only did she have some great stories to tell us but she even brought our food to the table. It's honestly people like her that will make me come back to this location more often! Multiple times now I've been told they aren't open at 1am... but they are very corporate so why has no one changed their hours? I'm just a hungry night worker. Quick Service. This was the last pit stop before going to San Jose on my college youth conference trip. The BBQ Sirloin Burger is a must... I still like Carl's Jr but this one gives its Bacon Western burgers a run for their money. It is the only time I have seen the actual food look like the picture. Me and my family just had the worst experience with jack, this particular location has always given good service and hot and fresh food with fast service as well, but i just paid $40 for food that was cold and a couple items in my order were wrong and not what I had ordered, i had to throw most of it away in the trash instead of complaining and returning it, im one of those people who believe that when you complain about food at a restaurant, that they will spit in your food or do something bad to it. And although im not accusing anyone of anything, I've had bad experiences in the past and just don't think the risk is worth it to me and my kids. I'd give zero stars if it was an option. They now charge if you want more than 2 sauces. Even though we order two meals they only allow 2 sauces per transaction! Today was my first ever time eating Jack In The Box. It was god damned glorious. That 2 tacos for $1 deal? Marry me. Seasoned Curly Fries? Imma make you a baby. My only complaint here would be that they only have one bathroom key (with a slightly whittled down yard stick attached to it) but they have two bathrooms (women's & men's). Seems like they should maybe have 2 keys so that people of both genders can use the separate bathrooms at the same time... otherwise they might as well just have one unisex bathroom. I guess while I'm at it I have a second minor-ish complaint. There was definitely some #2 flakes in the women's sink. I don't know how it got there and to be honest I wasn't sure if they were meat flakes (like cat food or something) or #2, but it did look a little corn-y, and then my travel-mate asked if I'd taken a good look in the sink at the the poop that was in there. I'd taken a SnapChat of it and questioned whether it could have been meat, but the trusty travel mate confirmed the smell (I'm a mouth breather through and through so I didn't much notice). On the other hand, I can't knock them too much because they have a sign up about the bathrooms being cleaned every hour and to let them know if you aren't satisfied with the level of cleanliness. I saw the sign. I saw the meat/poop. I said nothing. So I guess it's partially on me and not being super proactive in the 'see something, say something' department, but in all fairness, it was my first time at J&B and I don't feel like it should be on my shoulders to bring up someone else's sink doody. This place has the worst service. 80% of the time I try and place my order they mess it up. I ask for a Extreme Sausage Sandwich, which comes with bun, 2 sausage patties, and egg and cheese. I always ask for 2 extra eggs (which should have a total of 3 eggs in the sandwich). Never happens and the charge me for 2 extra and only give me 1 extra egg. This happened to me numerous times. They had good, fast service but I am disturbed by the dry crunchy lettuce on my taco. It makes me really worried about the rest of the food and whether or not they pay attention to dates/ whether or not something has expired.
