My Dr Pepper was full of ice. I drink the small amount of soda it had. When I went to empty out my cup I noticed at the bottom of all the ice was a plastic bag. So, I called them to explain what had happen and the first thing their MANAGER does is Laugh. When something is going into my body an not cooked properly, that is a health and safety issue and not anything to laugh at, especially when dealing with customers and food product. Do you get to the drive-through you order your food be prepared to wait in the spot for the drive-through waiting because it's only meant for mobile waiting but they're using it so they can go ahead and have their time or not get them in trouble you see they have to get us customers through the drive-through at a certain amount of time and if they don't they get penalized for it yet as the customer just because of their clock has the pool and wait in the parking lot for food when we should've got it during the timer time so they're not following the timer times not taking care of the customers like they're supposed to if you can't do your job quit slow service read more

We ordered 10 tacos, 1 tiny tacos, 2 wedges, mini churros & onion rings. Our order was not read back but we got a quick total and proceeded to the window. We paid & were asked to pull out front to wait for our order. After sitting there at least 15 minutes, we had to get out of the car and wave to be sure we weren't forgotten. 5 mins later, our food is finally brought out. No apology or acknowledgment of our 20 min wait over a medium sized order. We realized we were missing a wedge. We waved again, then let the rep know at the door. 5 mins goes by before a worker comes out with our receipt to point out that we only paid for 1. Normally, this wouldn't have been horrible. But we are now 25 minutes deep in a DRIVE THRU experience. I started in fast food and now own a business. I would never make a customer wait on me for that long then instead of coming out with a wedge and a smile, come out to tell us we didn't pay for it. Had they taken the time to review our order or give us a minute to review it before pulling forward, we would've caught it. I might've even paid and waited the extra 5 minutes had there been ANY kind of concern about the slow and unfriendly service we were being provided.
