But they were still tasty, with lettuce and cheese; and the skinny French Fries were crispy and salty. Service staffers were helpful and friendly, and the dining room was very clean. I spent over $50 in the drive thru, and when the employee asked if I wanted sauce, I said yes. After leaving, I checked my bag and realized there was no sauce, so I had to park and go inside to ask for it, which completely defeats the purpose of using the drive thru. To make things worse, the manager charged me for the sauce after I had already spent over $50. If there was going to be a charge, that should have been mentioned when I was asked if I wanted it, not after your employee forgot to include it. What made this experience even worse was the manager's attitude. Especially as a manager, you should be setting the example for good customer service, not being rude to customers over a mistake your staff made. I've been going to this Jack In The Box off and on for years. It's unfortunate that I have to give this review, but I feel it might help the store owner. It usually happens when the store has young men working in the morning between 4am and 6am. The computer systems are down frequently, and the person over the drive through speaker, tells you they can't take your order. Almost 95% of the time, that never happens when theirs a young lady working the drive thru. Plus the food always seems better when you have all ladies working in the morning. Not a womens right thing, just the honest truth, they do a much better job! Please remedy this so I can return happily to your restaurant. read more

Customer beware! I went through the drive-thru here the other night. While the food and service was good, I can not let this slip by. I gave the person at the window my debit card, got my food, but did not get my card back. My bad for not making sure I got it back before leaving. I came back the next day after noticing it was gone, and they did still have it and gave it to me. The very next morning, I got two fraud alerts from my bank! My card was used on two random websites that thankfully declined the charges. This would have to be one hell of a coincidence to not have been stolen by someone at this location while in possession of my card. Make sure they give you your card back before leaving! read more

I understand the different functions grave yard shift workers have to perform as well as some of the under staffing issues that could be the root of bad service but honestly they've gotten my order wrong 3 out of 5 times I have been there... on this particular night I had to go with my second option because they didn't have what I originally wanted...through out my shift at work all I was looking forward to was my 30 minute lunch break..I was starving!!! I usually stop by here every now and then to get a breakfast meal or some coffee. I am always greeted by happy employees. The last time I was there 1/12/12, I was helped by Emilio. I ordered 2 sausage croissant meals, one with coffee and the other with OJ. He was very friendly and greeted me very warmly, which is a plus since I was there at 7:50 am. For a JITB this place is good! Everything that's supposed to be crispy is! It's clean inside and they have the Coca-Cola freestyle machine so you have tons of choices of drinks! the burgers are not all sad and squashed down unlike the JITB on Redlands Blvd. Their tacos are also less greasy! Drive-thru order 12/4/14 @ 7:44 am. I ordered a breakfast meal on my way into work. When I got to work on my second bite of my sandwich I felt something crunchy in my mouth. I was afaid to look. When I did I saw egg shells. Yes, egg shells in my breakfast sandwich. It was more than a few pieces. Needless to say I didn't get to eat my sandwich. I tried calling the number on the receipt and got no answer. I was not able to take their egg shell sandwich back due to other reasons. I'm was out breakfast and $5. I would much rather write a rave review than making a slam at a restaurant but I could not, not write this review. I originally enjoyed stopping at this specific Jack in the Box in the mornings because it is on my way to work. I have been buying breakfast here off and on for about 6 months and I am sad to say that over the past 2-3 weeks, the quality of service and the food itself have declined substantially. I went through the drive through this morning (with only 1 person ahead of me) and it took me 10 minutes to get my food. When I drove up to the window, one of the employees was talking away on her personal cell phone at the counter. When I finally received my food, it was lukewarm at best and the buns were definitely stale. I have had other issues with my drink being full of ice when I ask for little or no ice and the person working the drive through talking over me when I am trying to place my order. I will give this restaurant another shot and then I will have to find myself a new breakfast place. read more
