I must really like In-N-Out Burger, for Diane and I unsuccessfully drove to two other locations before finally landing here. It was Friday night at 9:30 p.m. when we ran into an overflowing dining room with no seats available inside at the Highland location, and the ordering line out the door. Next I drove to the Redlands location only to run into a filled parking lot and another dining room overflowing with primarily high-school-aged youths. On our third attempt parking was available at this location, and seats inside, but about 50 teenagers were swirling about in front off the ordering area, with no discernible back of the line. No worries! While Diane snared an available booth, two of the youths urged me to bypass them and go to the front of the line. Then people ahead of me parted like the Red Sea. I guess there can be some advantage to having white hair and moving along hunched over a walker! As I learned, at least some of the youths had just come from watching a football game won by Colton High School against Rim of the World High School situated on the mountaintop nearby. There were high school football games all over the Inland Empire this night, and numerous spectators were hungry for a burger, fries, and shake afterward. For Diane and me, this was simply our outing for dinner! As to the food we ordered, it was as fresh and good as ever--a Double Double Cheeseburger for Diane, and a Hamburger with Raw Onion and Cheeseburger with Grilled Onions for me, plus three orders of French Fries to split. We will surely be back for more--but not likely on another Friday night. read more

On June 15th, 2026 @10:10PM, we arrived to this location to grab a late dinner after work and we were pleasantly greeted by Matthew who offered exceptional customer service. Matthew was patient, polite, and actively listened to our order. We were not aware that we could get onions, chopped pickles, and other small add ons (other than the meats) on the side without additional charge. We were happy to add grilled onions and chopped pickles to our order! Food came out amazing, thanks to Matthew who let us in on in-n-out perks. My bf and I parked and ordered in person instead of doing drive through. The inside is clean and well maintained. There are plenty of tables, but you still may have trouble finding an empty seat/table, be patient and wait if you want to dine in Service: minimal interaction only when ordering at the cash register, no issues at all Parking: once again, very busy and crowded. There is a decent sized parking lot associated with the store. We've eaten here quite a few times. We ordered our food and drive up to pay. The young man at the window repeated our order. We said that was our order. Then he looked super confused. He then looked at a different receipt and told us that order. We told him, no that order isn't ours. The first one you told us was ours. He then left the window and a manager came up and told us there was a mistake and we were overcharged. We were credited the amount we were overcharged. We get up to the food window and our food was handed to us. I felt the fries and they were not hot. We asked for new fries and were given new fries. We drove away and I started eating my burger. It was not hot. The bottom of the bun was mushy and disgusting. I had to rip part of it off and couldn't finish it because it was barely warm. Every time I've gone to this place it's filled with a bunch of substandard service unaccustomed to what I'm used to in and out today at 1 AM ship change of time change they already had the cones up at 1 AM through the drive-through. I walked inside decided to stand there and wait for my order to be taken while nobody was really attending to me. It was nobody else but me it consistently just kept on saying we'll get to you PATCH patiently waited nobody approached, but it's typical of a San Bernardino type of environment real sub standard service with gentle mentalities no self-awareness to CUstOmeR Service whatsoever, so I decided to walk out. First time in this location! Came after attending Sunday Mass with my family. As usual always busy and a line in any In &Out whether be drive thru or dine-in! We went dine-in and it was a line. My daughter and daughter-in--law went in line while tge rest of us scouted for tables to fit 13 people and luckily found 3 tables not far from each other. I had a double double cheese burgers .... This used to my go to In-N-Out location when I lived in the area. Even if the lines are long (in drive-thru or inside), the staff works really efficiently to get the fresh food out to you. Staff has always been friendly and the food has consistently been great! I will note that my most recent visit was not the best due to a few unsavory customers that ruined the vibe and got on the nerves of some of the staff, making the experience tense. There was someone going around asking customers for food and for money, there were two guys who were being obnoxiously loud, the lobby and bathroom were messy, and there was a car that kept circling around in the parking lot randomly honking at people for help or to get into the car with them. I think most people either love, or hate In-N-Out. I don't mind it a few times a year. I am not a diehard fan. This location is very good. 1. You have room in the parking lot to form a line. You are not waiting on a busy street to order food. 2. Good Quality was very good. 3. Nice employees. I do find that they the burgers here can be dry. I do not recommend eating one without a beverage near by. All in all, I like In-N-Out, but I do not love it. I am happy they don't charge too much for a double double. read more
