So it's kind of funny my husband ordered the munchy meal. No fries have been eaten out of this so far and this is how many fries were put in there just for shits and giggles. I ordered a small fry to see if it was the same portion because they told me that it's the portion that they give small fry is even more than the amount that they gave in the munchy meal. and let alone they're not busy and I've been here for about 20 minutes waiting for the food and this is what their lobby looks like in the floor. read more

GO IN, DON'T USE THE DRIVE-THRU... it's far better and faster service once you walk in to this location. I used to go to the drive-thru but it would take me over 30 mins to get my food. I made a quick order inside and got my fries in a couple minutes, I was in and out. The staff immediately acknowledged me when I walked-in and let me know that they were going to step away for a sec. The guy at the register called over his coworker to help me as he knew he was going to be occupied with a few cars that pulled up in the drive-thru. The girl who came over was super nice and professional. I asked to use the restroom and they buzzed me in immediately. The restroom could be a little cleaner, but it was fine. Overall, the rest of the restaurant was quite clean and had sweet little flower decorations on some of the tables. Parking is a bit tight at this location so I try to park in a spot where I'll have a clear view behind me when I leave. read more

There was no toilet paper in the restroom. I was directed to order at a tablet, even though there was a line. After my number was called to pick up nobody was at the front counter to give my dink that wasn't handed to me at the time of my order. The staff just threw the food at me and turned their backs. This is unacceptable. read more

Nowadays these restaurants expect the customer to use the kiosk to order and bypass counter. Been awhile since I've visited this particular JnB and noticed the new, single kiosk on front counter. Customer ahead of me was having difficulty ordering thru the machine but what I noticed were employees ignoring customer's obvious hardship at the freakin' machine and took awhile for an employee to help out. Then when I asked for a fountain cup for kid meal, "Changes must be made at the machine." There was no freakin' drink option for kid meals and that's why I had to ask to switch to milk. They get upset at customers request. Changes to the minimum wage have made it very costly to eat out. Be happy for patronizing your restaurant, keeping it afloat and offer help sans attitude when customers require it! read more

Food was good. However I ordered from Uber and jacks didn't put any napkins nor condiments.

This is the worst Jack in the Box in town (and that's saying a lot). They ALWAYS get my order wrong. Most of the time I have to pull over and wait and then the order they bring me is not what I ordered. Today I got the wrong sandwich and a large Diet Coke that has no syrup. first i ordered at drive through i was the only car there, placed order for jack wraps went to window and was immediately asked to go around and wait. still with no one else behind me or anywhere. i told the girl at window i didn't want to go park and wait , i stated if someone else came behind me then i would consider it after about 5 minutes of waiting at window someone else did drive up behind me so she said if i would go park and wait some mor, i reluctantly agreed i asked how much longer she she replied about another 5 minutes for a total of 10 minutes so much for fast food .when. got home with the wraps they looked like some one had just thrown them together. with no sauce barely any ingredients after all that waiting you would think the wraps would be made correctly thumbs down for this place! read more

So I have visited this location a few times and every time it gets worst. Today I decided not to use the drive-thru and save time by going inside. Well that was a mistake. They had one cashier and she was busy with drive thru and ignored the front counter. After 10 minutes of waiting I decided it was not worth the wait and left. Now I don't eat fast food often. But there is a convenience when you'er in a rush. Unfortunately the workers or the owners don't understand that concept and there never seems to be enough staffing. There are several Jack in the Box places on my way to work but it's always a hit or miss with all of them. read more

I work graveyards at the casino up the road, so I come to this Jack in the Box at least 3-5 times a week just due to time and locations. Their receipts have a BOGO coupon on them that I use to get breakfast sandwiches every time I visit. All you have to do is review your experience. Worst case scenario is that you end up eating what they give you, I've never had an order that has been correct it's always something wrong, I can't recommend this place to my puppy, homeless people hang around asking for money, it smells like urine, and the service is really sad, over, over cooked food, mushy fries, if they're not cold, it's maybe good for those alcoholic ones after 2 in the morning, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I went through the drive thru at about 6:15pm. A young guy voice took my order. What was odd about him was he would always end his response woth "boss". They were out of tacos. I told him that I never had been to a jack in the box where they had run out of tacos. He replied, " yeah, me to boss". So then In ordered the jr.jack burger and fries. When I went to the pick up window, a girl gave me my order. The order included two value fries but I told her that I only wanted 1 order. She was unfriendly and then charged me for 1 order. A while after I ate the burger and fries, I had bad stomach cramps. Couldn't sleep and thinking of going to the doctor. Ordered on the app and when I got there they didn't have the order on their screen yet I got charged for it, they had me get out of line and then jumó back in just to have some young talk curly haired moron tell me there's nothing they could do since it wasn't on their screen even though I tried showing them the order was on the app and showed them my bank account being charged the money already!!! Let me start from beginning. It was after 10:45 am. We went to the door it was locked we knocked and they said they do not open until 12 noon for the lobby We explain to them that we do not have access to drive-through because we have a trailer they said to walk through the drive-through and order. We waited in line for about 10 minutes and then they asked us to go to the lobby After we already got to the window. We then went inside and ordered our food the cashier Alexa was very rude and even tossed my receipt and straws at me. Look very annoyed while taking my order and preparing it. Forgot to give us an item And even after repeating my order multiple times they still got it wrong and had run out of popcorn chicken at 11:00 a.m. We are from out of town but we definitely will not be going there again. read more

Stopped by for some food the wait was not long and the person taking the order was polite. As I pull up to the window I see one of the employees with no mask might of been the manager since her shirt was different than the other employees. I notice another employee with their mask on their chin and touching their mask to cover their face while preparing a shake. It made me feel uncomfortable given the circumstances. I usually like this Jack better than the one on East Florida. It's clean, it's fast and they usually get things right. Until they don't. Two stars because order was wrong and I paid for items I never got and one item had gone bad. I wrote a complaint email to the company and received an email back saying they would forward my complaint to a manager who would get back to me. No one ever responded. If they had just emailed back or called, I would've been happy but it's too bad management doesn't seem to care about their customers. read more

This Jack in the box SUCKS! My family and I ordered our food thru the drive thru and we waited about 20 minutes and that's when they told us to park in the front waited another 10 minutes. Our order was wrong. Went inside and they gave me an attitude. In my bag they gave me knifes but not forks. When I asked for forks they said they ran out and that they didn't have spoons. I've been going to this JITB for years. The service inside can be a bit slow, but the drive thru is really fast compared to a lot of other locations I've been to.
