This was my second visit to this hole-in-the-wall restaurant. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are always seen cleaning areas that often are missed in other restaurants. This gives me confidence that my food is also prepared by clean staff. My family and friends have enjoyed the food, no matter what we order. I have never enjoyed horchata much until I had it from here. The meals are served with homemade corn tortillas. I always leave satisfied and full. This is a definite must return regularly. read more

The birria here is amazing! This place is delicious! I ordered birria tacos and they were so good. They're small, street taco style. My sis ordered the quesa-birria. Its a birria taco with another tortilla on the exterior with cheese. It was so good and super hearty! The consume is to die for! That's the secret sauce right there. The tortillas are handmade and delicious! We came during the Covid-19 pandemic so we could not dine in. They did have outdoor dining but it's Summer and over 100 out. There's plenty of street parking and a small parking lot. The only thing they can have better is the menu. Its not very well documented. They could have plastic ones they wipe down after each use. So glad we found this authentic taqueria to satisfy our craving for street tacos! Coming from Los Angeles, I'm picky about eating authentic Mexican, which can be hard to find in the inland empire. But this place is legit! Loved our selection of lengua, al pastor, barbacoa and suadero. The salsas were also incredible. Service was a little slow and the meat slightly dry, but I attribute that to our mid-afternoon visit during the holidays, and also during covid, so their full crew might not have been in the house. Customer service is out of this world and the food is amazing it's the most wonderful little hole in the wall place not to mention it's spotless inside. It's in a quaint little part of downtown San Jacinto in the historical district it's just a little mom and pop place but you feel right at home there. I will not be going here anymore. Me and my co workers come here like once a week and the lady is rude and stingy every single time. I ordered 3 separate orders over the phone but decided to put it on one card after all. I explained this to the lady and she said that she has to charge all the transactions separately and there will be a $1.50 service charge for all 3 transactions. I told her that it was ridiculous. She didn't have to do that because she manually imputed the $1.50. When we ask for anything extra, ice, salsa, chilli oil, lime just 1 extra and she says that she has to charge. Food is so fresh. We also had the Gordita de chicharrón and one of the best ones we've had. Tacos de tripa were crunchy and flavorful.
