Probably my fave fast food joint, (sorry In N Out) but that's possibly because they keep menu $hit fresh. Reinventing the menu constantly but still tasty with all the options. Tiny tacos? Oh he!! yeah. Teriyaki chicken bowls, (do yourself a favor and throw in some egg rolls), onion rings (THEE best fast food onion rings around) and of course... those cheap, gnarly a$$ tacos. the normal staff is cool, but the Shift Supervisor is not following store policy. She has been harassing me lately for my service animal and does not know the local, state, or federal laws when it comes to inquiring about service animals. instead of asking simple questions, she immediately resorts to "I need you and your dog to leave". I have money, EBT, and the right to be here... before I can set my things down to buy food or drinks, she's already in my face, demanding that I leave "HER" restaurant. Today the guy had me waiting 20 minutes extra on top of the 17 minutes I had waited before heading out to the store. Then he has the audacity to ask me to confirm my mobile order. Crazy employee-So my boyfriend and I got egg rolls and a burger through the drive thru (I'm pregnant ,my late night craving)and as my boyfriend sits in the driver seat on his computer and I lay in the back not asleep but just have my feet up because I'm pregnant.The worker comes yelling and pounding on our car and car window saying we been here for 5 hours when we actually were here earlier in the night and then came back .It was odd because she came out of the building already talking to her self and on her way back into the building she started acting crazy.She started yelling at us that why are we here? This is a continuation about negative experiences with Greg, "district manager...." I reported to Greg earlier this year that while in the restaurant on a Sunday morning, twice, I saw that the restaurant had run out of tacos! People were lined up 10 and 12 at a time waiting to get tacos. The second time it happened and I was in the restaurant, again, on a weekend, Alicia, a manager or aspiring-to-be-manager, arrived at the restaurant, stormed out of her vehicle, went inside, loudly scolded the frontline managers, then yelled her way out of the restaurant and got in her vehicle and left. When I reported this to Greg, he did not take it in a positive light as feedback. From that point forward, Greg began to be hostile toward me and my friends - - all of whom live in San Pedro. I was even told by Greg via phone call a month or two later that I was "being watched" for annoying other guests. This is ludicrous and absolutely not true! There were earlier restaurant entries this year from homeless people running in and grabbing drinks out of the door-side trash or running over to the self-serve drink machines and getting a drink. I encouraged these people to leave and they did so without incident. Not once did I hear the overhead monitoring service come on to admonish these people about being in the restaurant. Also earlier this year, when I initially texted the restaurant and got a reply back from Greg, he stated that he wondered whether the overhead monitoring service was "worth the money" that they're paying for it. However, later, I felt that he had this monitoring service spying on customers such as myself to try to discourage us from visiting the restaurant. Finally, I thought I was making a positive suggestion about the quality of the coffee to Greg a few months ago, but he became defensive about the coffee claiming that it tasted just fine to (him). This man seems to have no idea what customer service is all about and at least on two occasions, he referred back to his days with McDonald's. Greg has insulted me and many of my friends who live and work in San Pedro. Many of us have found him to be disrespectful, insulting, unwilling to listen to customer feedback, and downright incompetent in his current role. I even called the area police on him when he became confrontational a couple of months ago, when he was visiting the restaurant and I was using the restroom. Jack in the Box should fire this man and let him work somewhere else because he has no interest in bettering the restaurant or making it more appealing to those of us who live and work in the community. My overall rating for Greg is negative one Star. read more

Jack in the box you need to re-evaluate whom you hire for security...... This unprofessional individual decides he was going to park his vehicle in a way to make it difficult for vehicle's to get into the entrance of the drive-through... When I asked him to move he got out of his vehicle and started walking through the drive-through. I then maneuvered my vehicle around his to make my order.... This security guard decides he's going to walk down the center of the drive-through...... I honk my horn telling him to move...... He decides to try and use intimidation tactics ( didn't work) by standing by the window as I was attempting to conduct my transaction..... I asked him to leave multi times.... Well I recently ate that this restaurant the past weekend, and ordered my usual meal and upon taking the first couple of bites I felt something was off. I immediately got food poisoning from this establishment. I shortly found out that the cook at this restaurant has been known for unsanitary work conditions and practices. Jack is perfect for 2am. After any concert, club, or super late night this place is perfect. Curly fries are on point. Just please don't forget the buttermilk ranch sauce, it's my favorite -- and I dot even like ranch dressing. Two tacos for 99 cents can't be beat. so excited to grab breakfast for school , till i recieved a egg shell sandwich that was extremely crunchy.

This place did improve after the remodel, however there are still some things that can be better. I don't come here often, as I don't live in the area anymore, but the two times that I have gone, the tables have crumbs all over them. They need to be cleaned more often. There isn't much of a loitering problem as they used to be, at least the times I've been there. There has been sketchy people in there though, but they are legit as they were eating and not just hanging out in there. Some of the people in there like to cough without covering their mouth. Not an issue with the restaurant, but it does cause some disgust as you sit there eating your food. The other thing that I don't like about this restaurant is the layout. It doesn't have many booths as it used to. Most of it is high tables or the long tables along the edge facing the window. along the wall, they also have a long bench with tables placed. There isn't much privacy as everything is pretty much connected. Food wise, I haven't had an issue with my orders when I've gone. The customer service has also been great. read more
