I'm laughing. I know Starbucks has a habit of being corky.. however when I said... oh, this isn't our order... I was told your Ashley right??!! This is your order. Things that make you say hmmmm

regular fries with regular seasoning- well done

Had the urge for some wings- so I ordered via the doordash app for delivery on 9/01/24 at 05:33 p.m. Ordered the 8 pc combo meal- (lemon pepper- all flats- well done and the fries regular seasoning- well done) with a 32 oz drink. Called within a minute or two and talked to "Novia/Olivia" to confirm that both the wings/fries were prepared well done- even though I checked those blocks in the app- since on a previous order- they weren't. Upon opening the sealed bag at home- everything was prepared as requested. And- Yes- the meal in its entirety was Granted I didn't eat in the restaurant this time- due to being a delivery order- but when I have experienced dining in- both the ambiance and customer service was very good. Looking forward to my next Wingstop order from this specific location.

My daughter was craving Wingstop today and being that it was a Friday I decided to place a big order at my local Wingstop. I was excited to have a family night with wings and fries and use my 20% off coupon that I received. Upon my arrival, I explained to the young gentleman that I was unable to apply my 20% off coupon because the website was not giving me the option to enter the code. I asked him if he was able to honor the 20% discount. He stated he couldn't honor it because if it wasn't used online he couldn't do anything about it. I told him I was not given an option to enter the code, and he looked confused and went to get what looked like a manager. The manager had no emotion and showed no effort to assist me with the issue. He stated there was nothing he could do and proceeded to charge me full price for my order. Being that I have worked in customer service before, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of effort and attention I received from the Wingstop employees. It is unfortunate to say that I will not EVER be returning to this Wingstop again. Very poor management and customer service.

Supposed to be Lemon pepper wings.

1/5 - Disappointing Experience I had to return to Wingstop because they didn't include my second order in the bag. When I finally got back and checked the wings, they were undercooked with soggy skin. The entire experience was frustrating and a complete waste of time and money. I won't be coming back--avoid this place if you want decent service and food. Ps And it's located in a crowded strip mall

TL;DR: Decent grub, busy location, tough parking, loitering in the lot Came to pick up a couple orders - perhaps a little heavy-handed on the sauces for wet wings but overall the wings were as expected Unfortunately, the overall parking experience was bad enough to make us never come back to this specific location. Small strip mall lot that is extremely crowded and busy. Lucky to find a few spots at the end but we were harassed by parking lot loiterers during any time spent between the car and the door to Wingstop Nothing wrong with the wings - just don't dine-in nor pick-up. Just not worth it.

Okay...it's time that I update this review. It's honestly long overdue! I have to say that this Wingstop has really upped their game. The staff is always professional and polite and super friendly. I stopped going here for a bit and started back since Covid and I have to say that they've really impressed me. My order is always right and I tend to always ask for extra shake on my chicken and they make sure to do it and give me some on the side, just in case it's not enough. And nope...it's never enough, because I love to take a bite and then dip it in a little more seasoning! Has my mouth watering just thinking about it! My favorite are the bone-in lemon pepper and Louisiana Rub! Both are dry rubs, but they are fiyahhhhhh!!!! Their fries are on another level...perfectly cooked and they also come with their own seasoning...equally as delicious! I'm sad that they no longer have the baked beans, but I'm looking forward to trying the cajun fried corn. I wish they had other cajun type sides, like some red beans and rice or some greens! Shoutout to the manager Johnny, Julian, and Brezaun! I don't remember everyone else's names, but shoutout to the whole crew! Always friendly and super nice! Greatly appreciate you guys!!

Normally, I put Tapatio on my hash browns and use the eggs, bacon and toast to make a mini breakfast sandwich. Today, the red salsa was perfect for the hash browns. Ample lettuce and a fresh tomato slice. The turkey they used was high quality and felt like real turkey meat vs. packaged turkey meat. I like when I can sense the grain of the meat. Delicious sourdough bread, toasted and crunchy. It's easy to eff up a turkey sandwich, but they didn't. The side of onion rings was crispy and golden, just the way I like my onion rings with a side of ranch. Ranch sauce was toothsome. You can get fries instead if you don't want onion rings. Their menu is also kind of small, but mighty. I am guessing their other menu items are just as decent judging by the responses. Service was friendly and personable. Felt like a mom and pop establishment that's a hole-in-the-wall size. Support small business in San Pedro. Their prices are reasonable too.

I got the burrito with all the meats but requested not to have ham and if I could replace it with either asada or chorizo and to my surprised they did !!!!...okay this is an extreme honest review ! Because I love breakfast burritos and because I truly think this place can have one of the best Bfast burritos if they work on some things...let me start of with the green salsa, honestly sucks ! Very bland, almost watered down (easy fix) ... the burrito was good but a little disappointing in a weird way !!!!, Listen !!!! Oddly enough it had asada trough every bite ! Plenty of sausage and bacon cooked to perfection ! But even though it didn't lack protein for some reason it was still not "packed"...trust me I'm confused as well ! "How can it have plenty of protein/meats but still be empty or soggy?" ... I have no clue ? But I'm not bashing it ! I truly think if they figure out how to pack it in better, maybe more egg and potatos? (Be careful because too much potato can kill it) ... also do not be afraid to season the eggs and potato's....a 10/10 breakfast burritos is usually packed ! When you hold it there's no flop or empty hollow tortilla.... I want to highlight again I'm not bashing it !!! It is a good burrito but can be worked on if you want it to be "top breakfast burrito in the southbay"... I give it a 7.7/10 at the moment ! Once they can Jam Pack it like ALL great breakfast burritos and work on their salsa I can see people traveling all over the southbay for this, also don't be afraid of seasoning! I know it's risky because some cooks over do it. Over all the hate for classics do to spiros legacy is not valid to me! This place was good and the fact they replaced the ham with asada shows they care. Hopefully this review didn't come off as hate because it's the complete opposite! I truly think this can be an amazing breakfast burrito !
