I wish I could give zero stars. There really aren't enough words to describe how vile this Jack in the Box is. Not only do they CONSISTENTLY get my order wrong (this is the third time they didn't give me cheese, despite me paying ask asking for it) and gave me buns when I asked for lettuce wrapped. Either they are completely illiterate or they truly do not give a single barnacle about the customer. Not only was the order wrong, but the food made me VIOLENTLY ill. The manager here was extremely rude and unprofessional. Aside from her yelling at her employees and making unprofessional comments she was extremely rude to me when I asked for access to the restroom. Not sure if her wig was on too tight today but extremely uncalled for. I ordered my food and proceeded to use the restroom after paying. The restroom was locked (of course) so I walked to the front. This is the place I like to end my Saturday nights. After hanging with friends all day, nothing says "You're day is officially over and you can go to sleep," like a grilled cheese sandwich wrapped around a cheeseburger, a pair of delicious tacos, a mess of fries and an ice-cold iced tea. I usually arrive around 11-midnightish, and the people are great. Sometimes it's crazy busy. At midnight! I say God bless you if you're working at the drive thru of a fast food joint at midnight. They're always super friendly, helpful, and ready to take your card, and then hand you food. I always am sure to thank them, and then drive home to feast before bedtime. Well, I was so pleasantly surprised. We had a great experience in the drive thru. It moved fast despite getting there when there was a decent line. The employee was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Even after I almost drove off twice without picking up both of our drinks. But let's talk about the food. Since it was about 10:30ish, I went with something off of the 'brunchfast' menu. The egg and back chicken sandwich. And I must say, this has completely changed my view of fast food breakfast. This sandwich was amazing. So delicious and so flavorful. I absolutely loved it. To the point where this sandwich could very easily become my go to meal at Jack in the Box whenever I eat here.
