Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made to order. Our group ordered a variety of items, including veggie burritos, seafood tacos, and taquitos, and every dish was excellent. The fresh salsa bar was a nice bonus and really complemented the meal. The service was fast and friendly, and despite having a group with ages ranging from kids to adults, everyone left happy and full. My wife and I decided about three weeks that we were going to try a different Mexican place from fast food to fastaurant to restaurant style for Taco Tuesday and only order tacos. I went to this place last Tuesday. I ordered myself Steak Tacos and my wife wanted fish tacos. I was trying to order fried corn shelled tacos, but they talked me into trying small taco sized flour tortilla grilled on the flat top for both types of tacos. I have to say, all the ingredients were fresh & tasty. The place is clean and staff is friendly. My complaint would be that the value for what you get is overpriced, but tasty. This location is conveniently located in a shopping center that has plenty of parking available. I love stopping here to eat after a day of shopping. My top two favorites are their fried shrimp tacos and their chicken taquitos plate. Their presentation is always spot on and their dishes are delicious. The food is very good. But twice in a row I have ordered delivery and the salsas I ordered from the online menu were missing.

It used to be called Cabo cabana. I suppose they changed the name but the food is the same. They offer Mexican type of food here. It smells aromatic when entering. I ordered two of the vegetarian burritos for $12 each and they were alright. It tasted like your typical burrito with rice beans veggies like bell peppers and onions and they I put some salsa on it. It is a decent value when comparing to other places as this was as close to $10 of a burrito as it can get. I did however have inflammation in my stomache after eating it. I also ordered the shrimp burrito. I'm not sure what oil was used but I also had some minor cramps after consuming. The burrito itself did taste good. I have food intolerance maybe to some ingredient I am unaware of but the taste was good and it was $17 I believe. Service was okay. The employee at the front was easy to talk to and placed the order with a genuine smile unlike other places o have been to in the past. It was relatively crowded here as I came by on Easter weekend. The time to receive the order was about 10 minutes with a few people slightly ahead of me. I personally would not come again for myself but the other burritos I ordered for family seemed to enjoy it and didn't have the same issues as me. Although not the healthiest meal, it was a good value without a doubt and the food tasted decent. This is my second time coming to a Diablos tacos. This particular location is very nice and maintained well. The food is fresh. And the staff is friendly. It's not too far off the freeway and a good place to stop before you head up the grapevine. I had a fish taco and a chicken taco. Both were really good. Husband had the same. And we split some beans and rice. We both really wanted to dig into some nachos, but decided to go a more healthy route. I have to say, though, the nachos look really good. If you want some good Cali mex food, I recommend stopping off at Diablo's sometime. read more

Since moving to Santa Clarita from Orange County I have been seriously deprived of Mexican food.This is the third spot I've tried since moving here, and it's honestly the best one I've had so far. The sauce on the tacos are so good and creamy. Their guacamole tastes fresh and the fish tacos are flavorful. I'm really surprised I thought it was gonna be a dud. Their salsa is okay the red one isn't spicy and the green one tastes a lot like garlic. The potato bean cheese taco is very good. He said they shrimp were large and plentiful As for my taco combo. The corn tortillas are a little larger than the street tacos I am used to. I asked for no onions and unfortunately when I got home they were loaded. Mistakes happen and I just picked them off, but I picked off a lot. The amount of steak in each taco varied and the second one did not have much. Because the tortillas are larger I think it makes the amount of steak appear less. The tortillas also seemed thicker and I didn't need two tortillas for each, for my tastes it was overkill on the tortilla and you couldn't taste the steak as much. In one taco the amount of salt was also much greater. For the price point for me to return frequently I would need more steak. The pinto beans and rice were tasty, I normally am not a huge fan of rice but the rice here is fluffy and tasty. I would really give it a 5 star but every time I go in I ask for pinto beans in the tostada salad and get refried beans. Who eats a tostada salad with refried beans. I even asked for no refried just pinto and got told the pintos are refried. And to be honest the flavors were there the bowl I was expecting it to be half of it with rice and a little bit of everything else but no to my surprise it was well packed the quesadilla my wife says was with good cheese and the steak flavor was on point. I was excited to try a new place here in Stevenson Ranch! The restaurant has easy access and ample parking. The remodel job looks great and the people working there were super friendly and helpful. The food however didn't seem to have much flavor so that was disappointing. Portion sizes were good (see photo). The guy behind the register noticed us blankly starting at the menu and took some time to go over the options and make recommendations. While Diablos has many similarities to places like Chipotle, they offer more options besides tacos and burritos, such as nachos and salads.They even have churros and we got one for free with Yelp checkin. The most popular item on the menu is their cheesy diablos tacos, which come with a choice of meat on a flour tortilla and standard street fixings. I picked chicken for my meat and made it a combo, which includes beans and rice. Tacos were better than expected,but the beans and rice; while not terrible, tasted generic/frozen. My son ordered the cali burrito with steak and despite the name, it doesn't come with fries inside, but cheese and guacamole. Chips is complimentary with every order and brought to the table with the meal. It might be a better idea to serve it before, as they do have a decent salsa bar. Found this local taco place through YELP. Lunch special looked decent and took my wife and my mother in law there for lunch. Saw the taco combo plates on their menu but the cashier charged us for the drinks. Then I asked her that lunch combo should include drinks....and showed her the photo from YELP. She said "well...you have to say Lunch Special." .... Whatever. We went to the fountain drink to fill our cups. The soda sprayed everywhere. Bang for your buck!! These burritos were full to the brim! My husband got the Diablo Steak Burrito and I got the Cali Steak Burrito. My normal issue with burrito is too much tortilla and not enough meat. I usually rip off parts of tortilla so I can taste the meat better. But that was not an issue here. The steak was thick and full of flavor and every bite I took had meat. Also, these days people charge extra for chips which is so annoying. They chips came with our meal.
