Ordered through the drive-through. We had two meals that we were ordering and both had customizations. One order was the bacon ultimate cheeseburger, we requested no mustard and it was made well. The downside was, they ran out of the drink, we wanted. Which made them use a half a star. The mix was a munchy meal, the burger was made to order. However, I requested extra pickles, lettuce, tomato, and was given the basics. I wanted extra lettuce on the tacos, easy on the sauce however, no extra lettuce and there was regular amount of sauce. Which was extremely disappointing. The young lady who helped at the drive-through was very polite and offered us extra napkins if we needed it. Appreciated the swiftness of the order. Came out here for some lunch with the missus and I, place is positioned in a really awkward way, you have to squeeze your way around the people in line just to get to the fountain drinks which is pretty inconvenient. The food was good, we had the free burger that was on the TMobile Tuesday app and who doesn't like free, especially if it's a Jack in the Box burger right !? We don't live too close to this particular establishment so we won't venture back here anytime soon but that's the only reason why. This Jack in the box is around the corner from our house and since I'm pregnant I'm there most of the time for late night cravings, when I do show up in the drive thru there is a girl there that is super rude and is sarcastic when taking our order. My husband is the one that orders for the family since he drives and I can describe him as the nicest person in the world but it really frustrates me when he goes out of his way to take me to get my cravings and the drive thru lady is rude and sarcastic its either Denise because her name is on the receipt or Alice because I called and asked who is working drive thru. I was confused and worried that I cashed in all my good boy points for chicken tendies on accident. I returned them to the cashier who was more than helpful in exchanging them with no problem. The parking kind of sucks at the plaza where this jack is located. Soda machine was pretty dirty and all trash cans were full inside.
