I walked In to this in-n-out burger and I was disappointed the moment I walked in. The inside smelled like dirty rag. The floor was dirty and the restrooms were trashed. I know they are very busy as they have customers all day but you don't want to smell wet mop smell as you're eating your burger. I think maybe it just needs an update or something but this is how it starts. I've been to many In-N-Out Burgers and never like this one. Hats off to In-N-Out Burger! One of the best hamburgers in town is right here for the right kind of money--a classic Double-Double hamburger, fries, and a strawberry milkshake, my favorite. The Santa Fe Springs location on Carmenita and Telegraph is super busy, but the short 10-minute wait inside is definitely worth it. The spot is pretty casual, and although there are some homeless people outside, if anyone can pitch in to help or pray for them, it would be much appreciated--especially since they were out there in the rain. I believe they are being taken care of. If you're nearby, stop by for great service and excellent management. What can I say about In-N-Out that hasn't already been said. For this particular location I will sing about how excellent the customer service is in addition to the flavorful food. My order was ready very quickly and there was plenty of seating in the large dining room. The Protein Style burger is my favorite. The beef is tasty and so juicy that it soaks the lettuce leaf. I gotta call you guys out. Why is it that for being my local In'n'out this one is my least favorite. I travel all around so cal for work so I get to try different spots. Of course I ticked, because now what!? I'm not driving back 2 miles and wait in line AGAIN. My son just ate the fries and drank his pink lemonade and see him just upset. What a downer! I offered to go somewhere else to fix it, and had to spend another $13 for your error at Jack in The Box. Come on In n Out employees, get it right!!! I mean, my order was repeated to me 3 times. Usually i do not expect customer service from fast food places. Or, i should say, i DO, but i never get it so i've given up. I count myself lucky if i even get a hi. In & Out has restored my faith!! This place is busy as usual but they greeted my husband when he walked in. They never get the order wrong or forget to add sauce when he gets a lettuce wrap. When a woman came in and there was no one at the registers, the man at the grill said "be right with you!" Girl working the drive through today outside close to the bank around 7:40pm wasn't very friendly and set the tone for the rest of the experience. Idk what happened today but the fries were greasy and undercooked.. or either sitting in grease too long and old.. definitely cold as well.. the shake was melted and watery.. they forgot to give me my dogs meat Pattie's and my dog was sad. I went there thinking , why not, for once the line was like 3 cars deep and I got my combo. It wasn't a late night purchase so I ordered my food and as soon as I got on Telegraph road it was as if Medusa herself looked at my French fries and turned them all into number 2 pencils!!!!
