Have not written a review in a very long time but I believe this Jersey Mike's location earned it. My Boss asked me to pick up a catering order for a lunch meeting. When I arrived the order was not finished. When I returned to work there were no mayo or mustard packs no napkins. I called and let an associate know and he said he would contact his store manager and she would give a call on Monday (4/28). I received no call on Monday so I called on Wednesday and spoke to Priscilla the store manager. She matter of fact said that they do not provide any condiments for the subs by the box catering orders. I expected more when placing an expensive sandwich order. I spent nearly $5k at this Jersey Mikes and received the poorest and most unprofessional service. If Priscilla, the manger knew that she did not have the manpower to fulfill such a big order, then she should have declined my catering order. In total I ordered 345 sandwiches that I needed at three different times throughout the day. I expected 200 sandwiches at 9:30 AM for a company event and when I arrived only 40 sandwiches were made. My event was in 30 minutes and all I was told was " yeah here's 40 of them, we're super behind ". I was shocked that 1. 160 orders were not made and 2. That a manager would allow their staff to fulfill such order without the help/support from management. In total, 9 trips were made back and forth from the store to my facility, trying to get my staff fed when I should have only needed to make ONE trip for the morning order. There was no manager present when I requested to speak to one and I was told by the staff that they could not connect me with anyone. Unacceptable! Fast forward to 1:00pm when I went to pick up another 60 sandwiches as part of my order, I arrived and AGAIN, the order was not ready. And still no manager in sight. Let me add that I had been calling the store a numerous amount of times to ask about the status of the order and each and every call went unanswered. I made another trip to confirm that my 7:30 pm order would be ready in time as I had already lost money by paying meal penalties for 250 of my employees earlier in the day. Finally at 3:30 pm there was a manager present. Priscilla did however, refuse to come and speak with me. I asked that she come give me the number to corporate& she told her staff to tell me to get it off of the website. There was no apology, no follow up, no explanation from anyone, nothing! We will never use Jersey Mikes again for our corporate events. They did not value our business. Their loss. read more

Always a positive experience at Kersey Mikes Subs and this particular location. I usually order online and by the time I get there it's always ready. The customer service is outstanding and the employees are always helpful and friendly. I've been in there a few times to order and the lines aren't usually too long. Sometimes when you go at busy lunch time hours there's a couple people in line, but it goes fairly quick. I've tried quite a few different sandwiches, but my favorite is the chew steak one. Every time I've come here the sandwiches are always delicious. The service is great and they are very quick. It's a hit or miss when trying to order on their website, sometimes it does not accept your order and the entire page shuts down. However, you can walk in and they will take your order (even during this COVID-19 lock down) Other than that, I recommend coming to this location. It's not usually packed. 1st and last time visiting this place, I do not know how it has not been penalized by health inspections in some way. The place is filthy, and not filthy as in they had a busy day, filthy as in they haven't wiped down those counters in days. This is my second visit here, and I have to say that this location is not as nice as the other location that I reviewed. The workers seem to be distracted and not really care about what they are doing. I asked for salt and pepper on my sub in a tub, the girl making it put oregano instead. I sat down, took a bite and realized it was oregano, and I got up and asked her if she put oregano instead of salt and pepper. I don't like the flavor of oregano. She didn't utter any form of apology, just shook some salt and pepper on top, handed it back to me, and continued her conversation with her coworker. So I made the decision to grab a sandwich one day on lunch from work. I was a bit startled when I walked in and saw every seat in the dining area taken, and about 20+ people in line. My first reaction was to turn around and find somewhere else to, but then I thought...well, in already here, might as well wait.... So fresh and delicious and even though I didn't finish the sandwich in one sitting (who could?!) the next day for lunch the bread was still nice and dry, the veggies still crispy and the amount of meat was impressive. If I could give a 0 start I would, I ordered a #8 sandwich giant, (which by the way all employees should know the ingredients) when I got home and after toasting my bread on my first bite noticed my sandwich was incomplete, the guy making my sandwich forgot the mayo, bacon, oil and vinegar, I immediately call the shop so they can amend it, instead I ended up more upset than I already was because eating a flavorless sandwich. I was told by the manager to come in and that they will give me bacon to put in my sandwich, I said that's not how it works if i only put the bacon still is not going to taste how is supposed to, I said if you made a mistake on my order I'm supposed to take it back and they are supposed to make it how it supposed to be from the beginning, the manager was not willing to have a happy customer and she insisted that they wont take the sandwich back or make a new one and that if I didn't want the bacon all they can do is give me a refund on the bacon alone... what non-sense is that?? If I'm paying for something I expected to be as described. It's ridiculous that the manager expect me to return to get a refund for the bacon or get the bacon, mayo, oil and vinegar on the side or get extra bacon in my next purchase at the store. The right thing to do is offer a new sandwich with all the ingredients as listed on the menu (of course we wanted to take the sandwich back) but it was not an option for the manager. I LOVE Jersey Mike's but this location is the not that great. I was so excited there was a location closer to my job, but I will make the trip to avoid this one. Don't get me wrong, the service is awesome. Just don't rush me... Every time I get a sandwich there, the employee's want to make 5 other sandwiches at the same time and end up mixing up my order somehow. I will confess I am a picky eater but I like places like this because it is easier to make it your own way, but this is not the case for this location. These are not cheap sandwiches and would like my order to be what I want; not what you think it should be. read more
