It's nice to have a location so close. Definitely a nice addition to the fast food rotation in the area. Since it was just recently opened it consistently has a pretty big crowd inside and at the drive thru. The staff does a decent job of getting to everyone pretty quick and I think they're getting better. Not much seating inside so if you're a big group, probably best to get it to-go. If you haven't been, would probably recommend trying the tacos with whatever burger looks best. The tacos are greasy and crunchy and if that doesn't sound good skip it. It's nice to have a burger place that has a wide range of stuff that could satisfy your late night cravings. Apparently you can get boba here too. read more

I had such high hopes after a friend said that this location was good. I came in during lunch. There was no one ahead of me and I placed an order for a double cheeseburger meal. Thirty minutes later no food. I asked the counter and they grabbed a burger that was just sitting in the counter and set it in a bag and said oh sorry. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would, came here around 1am today and was craving jack, the line wasn't that bad waited like 20 mins for my order just for my food to be disgusting and cold... I live in Lehi but I'd rather drive to south Jordan because the food is always HOT and fresh. Don't recommend this location please save your time. I was so excited when I heard a Jack in the Box was coming to Saratoga Springs but unfortunately, it has been nothing but disappointing. Nothing is cooked fresh. The food sits under heat lamps, and it shows. The fries are never hot just stale. The egg rolls are cold and clearly just reheated. I ordered a sourdough burger, and it was inedible one bun was sourdough, the other was a croissant. The bacon tasted old, and the cheese looked like it had been melted the day before and just reheated. I've tried coming at different times and shifts hoping for a better experience, but the results are always the same: cold, dry, and low-quality food. It's frustrating to spend good money and not even get a fresh meal. It really feels like there's no pride in the food or service just a focus on taking your money. I truly hope they get shut down and never think about opening up here again! So done with your horrible service and food! read more

After enjoying fireworks, we decided to get some food at Jack in the Box in Saratoga Springs. BIG MISTAKE. The food was all cold and the fries were under cooked and had been sitting in the warmer. So disappointing and we ended up throwing it out. We are from CA and know what good hot food from Jack in the Box is and this what not it. Hopefully they are reading these reviews and management is doing something about it. We won't be back. This also was not our first time eating at this location but thought we would give it another try. So sad! read more

I've been to a lot of Jack in the Boxes and had no issues, but this location was especially bad. All of the food was soggy and undercooked. It also took 30 minutes to complete despite being a simple order & there being very few people there, and they left it sitting there until we went up and asked. A hot drink I ordered was given to the wrong person, brought back, left sitting for several minutes, then was served to me lukewarm. Unacceptable service. read more

The worst Jack In The Box I've experienced especially for a newer location and a new market in Utah for the brand. You'd expect they would attempt to do better because of these facts. I've been here 4 times now and every single time there's an issue. Either an extremely long wait or a completely different order than what you actually paid for. If you're planning on using the mobile app for benefits good luck every time you will wait for cold food and a completely different meal than what you ordered. Never had any of these issues in all of the California locations. Please fix this ASAP read more

I don't care that it's a grand opening...because if you're ready to open for business then it's expected for you all to BE IN business. I can understand a 30-45 minute wait in the drive-thru but to wait that long and receive "stand-by in the warmer" food is irresponsible!! Being in the military and living in every four corners of America, I know what good Jack in the Box should look and taste like!The egg rolls were soggy not even close to being crispy! The sourdough sandwich was so cold that the burger patty had a chillier temperature than the tomato itself. AND then while eating a mouthful of "frings" I pulled a hair out of my mouth. Was excited that Jack in the box was going to be in town, had great experiences at the one in St. George. Ordered my meal, waited 30 minutes patiently and seen people get there food after me receive their orders. Finally an employee asked what I ordered and when I told them, they were out of that item. Glad I waited 30 minutes to find that out.... Got a refund and left. Do not recommend to anyone. read more

I ordered online...arrived 5 min early at 9:28...order was to be picked up at 9:33...but its doors are locked Noone responds to me eventhough on door it says lobby is open til 10. I called 3 times only to have phone picked up and dropped. I go through drive through...only 2 cars in front of me...22 minutes yes 22... i wish I coulda left but 5 cars stuck behind me now in drivethrough... I finally get to the window and see one person (young kid) running circles as if lost and others just standing there.
