The employees at this location are terrible at acknowledging you. Even though you've been waiting right there to ask for a straw or for the bathroom door to be unlocked. They just walk right past you like you are invisible. I have to interrupt them because I could wait standing there forever before they ask what you need. Stopped by here this after on. Around 4 as a reward for my daughter having a good debrief appointment. Drive thru was dead. Ordered a kids happy meal and a #9. Pull up to pay. Move onto next window. Get my drinks and am told to pull around building and they'll bring my order out. They bring my order out but no kids meal. I get out of the car to head inside when a nice woman who I'm guessing was the manager on duty asked if she could help me, we reviewed my order, I told her what I asked for. She told me to wait and she'd fix it. She brought out the additional sides and the boo bucket. Which thankfully appeased my daughter who was so upset that she didn't get the bucket of fries. So this franchise is world wide! What can I say about? Nothing really, to be honest McDonald's has always been good to me. It brings back childhood memories to me going there with my dad and mom. Remembering the McDonald's playhouse, and Ronald McDonald, the hamburgler, and the McTonight moon guy! So when I go to any McDonald's I will always enjoy the Big Mac, waiter pounder with cheese, the fries, and that orange HiC drink. This place is always busy and you will wait for a bit. I walk on eggshells and am overly nice so people aren't mean to my child, so I didn't confront it at the time because I didn't want to confrontation. But they need to train their staff and manager better about not using derogatory terms, and laughing within earshot. read more

Another update: This is really a shame, because I gave this McDonalds 5 stars and quite a complimentary review recently. Tonight, we stopped here after swimming at the pool for 4+ hours, absolutely starving. Got my Big Mac home, noticed the pickles needed a little straightening, and opened the bun to find a big bite taken out of my hamburger patty. Are you kidding me right now?!?! It obviously hadn't been cooked with a chunk taken and it is definitely the size and shape of a big bite. I honestly don't know how to react to this, and didn't feel safe eating the burger. I'm concerned that I handed my kids all their food in the car to eat on the dark ride home - who knows what their food really looked like? I hadn't inspected it. Additionally they forgot our straws which is kind of a big deal. But really, taking bites out of our food is unforgivable. I'm changing my rating to 3 stars because this visit was 0 stars but most others have been good. But seriously, something should be done about this. I'll definitely be emailing corporate about this. Update: we've lived in this area for more than two years now, and while I have had a couple of pretty bad experiences with the service (like being told to pull forward to wait then getting completely forgotten about), the vast majority of our trips to this McDonald's have been quick and painless, even when the line is long. They almost always get our orders totally correct. And for fast food drive-thru, how much more can you expect? The food is always hot and fresh and I haven't had any issues with the food itself - ever. The service gets 9/10. Good job guys! read more

Upon arriving at the counter, I stood at the register for about 5 minutes and no one acknowledged my presence. I had to ask the person cleaning the tables if they could get someone to come to the register. I ordered a cheese burger, fries, drink and a apple pie to go. After 10 minutes of waiting for my food, a gentlemen came out and handed me a bag with the cheese burger and fries in it. He said the apple pies are cooking. I asked him how much longer because I am on my lunch break from work. He told me that the apple pies would require 8-minutes to cook. I told him that I do not have that much time to wait. He said that he could not refund my money. He said he could switch it for chocolate chip cookies. I told him I do not want cookies. He said well you'll have to wait for the apple pies and then he walked away. As I stood there waiting for the pie which I had ordered, I ate a few of the fries from the bag. By the time the pie came the rest of my fries were cold. I asked if I could get some fresh fries. In a rude manner, Lilly said "no because I saw you eating them". I tried to explain that I have been standing there waiting for my pie while my food was getting cold. I asked if she could at least replace half of an order of fries because mine (received at least 8-minutes ago) were now cold. She told me no, walked away and proceeded talking about me to other employees. The manager on duty was right behind her and did not offer any assistance. Needless to say I will not be going back to any McDonalds that is owned by C&R Management Company due to the caliber of employees that you hire. A helpful and courteous employee is not one who wants to argue with a customer and then loose that customer over a bag of french fries...all because they brought the food out at different times without notifying the customer upon ordering that they would have to wait additional time for part of the order. Went there Friday afternoon and decided to do the drive thru. Ordered two happy meals, a bacon big mac, three spicy chickens and two bacon cheese burgers. Paid, got the happy meals and was then asked to pull up. I parked, sat there for about 15 minutes as I watched car after car get their food and leave. Finally got my food and went home. My bacon big mac was bacon-less. I've stopped expecting much from McDonald's and try to avoid it given all the other options available, but sometimes you just want McDonald's. Worse customer service ever, 08/14/2022 around 6:00 pm went to the drive true and ask for a sundae and was told that the ice cream was out of service so I asked for a Shake and was told in a condescending insulting way " the ice cream machine is not working" so I told the worker O I am sorry I did not know the shake used the same machine and he replayed "well yea is made out of ice cream" again on a really bad tone, to what I replay I don't know how the food is made in your kitchen and I need to speak with your manager. When I got to the window the worker start telling me bad things so I just asked the manager and told him that he needed to improve his customer service and that I did not have the pleasure to work there to know how the food is made to what he kept saying bad things even racist calling me fucking wet back and other bad words in Spanish to avoid the coworkers to understand, that makes me mad and I also send back some bad comments like if he was making more than 15 an hour who was the wet back and that with that attitude he will never go far from there. Finally, the Manager came over and talk to the worker first with the window closed which is wrong, I did know what was an exchange, then he approached the window and the first line was "I don't work here I am just helping today I am from the Riverton location" So I asked for the Name of the Store Manager or Regional manager and he replays saying that he was not allowed to share personal information to what I replayed that I was not asking for personal information but the name to know who to talk about the situation, he refused again and told me " Go somewhere else we don't want your business and we don't need your money" I told him is not about the money is about your Customer Service and he closed the window. Big mistake. We still waited 20 minutes for cheese burgers that were old and hard (and included ketchup even though the special order tag said they didn't), cold fries and shakes. When they delivered cold fries I asked for new hot fries and got an eye roll and a new order of undercooked cold fries. Yuck! Like I said, my expectations for McDonalds are very low, but to miss them this bad takes special talent. They're doing Ray Kroc proud in Saratoga Springs. read more

Here's why I give my closest McDonald's a 5 star review. I know the area around here, you got lots of kids and lots of families looking for a quick meal and they expect everything to be perfect, well when you want a quick meal sometimes the quality (the way it looks) isn't perfected and ya know what that's fine. I get it. But most of the time the food is here is pretty good. Always hits the spot. As far as missing items, it happened to me so many times but here's the thing, you give them a call right and they will be more then glad to help you and get you your missing food. Like they're just employees and it doesn't hurt to cut them some slack. Hell maybe a new guy was on bag duty, you don't know. The manager was willing to refund the money and give me the food, but didn't use her authority to stop the employee from shouting and phoning the police over a free egg McMuffin. I stop at the drive thru a lot of mornings before work, because it's fairly close to my house. I always order the same thing. 2 sausage burritos with ketchup, 2 hashrowns and a large drinks. And 7/10 it's right. But this morning was the worst, I got my burritos with hot sauce, no hasbrowns, and a Diet Coke. Is it that hard to read a screen and throw the items in a bag?
