The service really sucks at the drive through, when you order the speaker is louder than you, they can't hear you, then they say can you pull up to the front I park at the front parking and waited, the guy behind me got his order then left, the next guy got his order and left, I'm still waiting finally she comes and says did you order the...no! Your the wraps!! Hold on.....waited another 15 min. Before we got our meal! The lady never explained why it took so long, not even sorry! As if I owed her an apology.... December 13th' 2024 went to location on Mercado Loop in Sierra Vista AZ. There was only 2 cars ahead of me orders taken I was made to pull to the front. I waited 10 minutes for my food. My order was missing the grilled chicken and French fries. Numerous attempts were made to call the store with no answer. Paying over $30 for 2 meals ans have items missing is ridiculous!! So, this is a "bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger.@ according to the website, this sandwich has "two beef patties, American and Swiss style cheese, bacon, mayo, mustard and ketchup." Clearly, this has "one dried out patty, half a rasher of bacon, one slice of American cheese, tomato, pickles, and some really watery substance that may have been condiments." Worse yet, when you go to the Jack in the Box app to provide feedback, Corporate has included a paragraph that says most locations are franchises; which tells me that Corporate doesn't care what is served in the restaurants that bear their name. We went the other day and the food was inedible. My wife got a fajita pita. It came as a stale flour tortilla with three cold chicken pieces. Nothing else. I got a sour dough Jake my personal favorite. The bread was not toasted, the meat patty had barely been cooked and on sauce of cheese. Nothing else. We complained and were told they could do nothing since we ordered online pick up. I filed a complaint through app and now after a week nothing. We used to love going here but not now. read more

12:35am, I arrived at drive thru to pick up my online order. no one would answer at the drive thru, I pulled up to window and tried to get someones attention but no one was there. I parked up in front of the doors and as I was walking up I spotted a young girl inside but as soon as she saw me she ducked around the corner of some equipment out of sight. I shouted from the front door that I was here to pick up and online order. The girl would not reply and stayed out of sight. I wasted over 20 mins of my lunch break, never got my food and now I'm stuck trying to get a refund online. Avoid this Fry blvd location for your late night meal. read more

Hands down the worst fast food experience I've ever had. To say the drive-through was slow would be misleading. I waited about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Then another 10 to move at all in line. I ended up taking two work calls while waiting and never got my food. Jack In the Box is usually my go-to when it comes to fast food. Not this location. A previous reviewer was spot-on. A bacon double cheeseburger might as well be burnt cardboard. Their patties, without fail, are burnt. There are sometimes exceptionally long waits (45+ minutes). Whoever runs this place should be fired. Whoever owns this place should sell it. The one by the mall is much better. And that 5 star review? Probably an employee or someone who's never eaten food before. read more

Terrible service. It was about 8 pm when I showed up and decided to enter the fast food joint to get food to go. There was only two cars when I pulled up. My boyfriend and I were waiting to get our order taken for up to 10 minutes with the ladies right in front of us preparing the people in the drive thrus' food. I'm okay with waiting but they completely ignored us. They turned their backs on us and didn't say a single word. I would've kept waiting if they would've said something like "sorry for the wait, we'll be right with you" but we never even got a hello. Thought it was rude. I really wasn't impressed with the quality I got from here. I had a simple burger combo. The sandwich was ok. The fries were old and cold and seemed like they tried to rewarm them...yuck. Hadn't been to this location before. The jumbo jack was good and prepared the way I ordered it and the fries good also. The girl who took my order , I went inside , was very nice mask and all she even let me wash my hands. I rarely eat fast food so 5 stars for me is amazing. read more

Went here for a Jumbo jack and the cleanliness was not up to par, not to mention as I was waiting for my food the guy who took my money & my order was wearing latex gloves for sanitation purposes I guess.. but he then proceeded to stick his hands (with the gloves on after handling $$ with them still on) into the area were frys are kept warm and he started to eat. Pretty much made me loose my appetite. So I stay away from this place. read more

I'm a huge fan of Jack In the Box, and this is the location that started it all. There are no Jack in the Boxes here (in D.C.) yet they play the "Jack's back" commercials to toy with me. When I see them I Google the nearest location in order to find out if one has opened up near me. The food here is greasy, a heart attack waiting to happen. They have a lot of stuff on the menu, tacos, fish and chips, burgers, these thick ass potato things covered in cheap cheese, bacon bits and sour cream. Jack in the Box to me is what nicotine is like to smokers, booze for alcoholics, it's a dirty little addiction that both thrills and saddens me. read more

Unpleasant condescending woman working the drive through today. I ordered the loaded minitacos for my son so I said without green onions. She rudely responded, "It don't come with green onion!" So I asked, "What's that green stuff on it in the picture?" She responds, "Well you have to ask for that!" First, am I to assume that what's in the picture doesn't come on the food? Second, it turned out to be lettuce. She should have known that. Then, I ordered a small fanta. Most people know the original fanta is orange. Like if you order coca cola, no one will assume you want vanilla coke or cherry coke...you want coke. So her response was, "Fanta what?" I repeated, a small Fanta. Her, "Fanta what?" Just got back from this Jack in the Box and am very pleased. The fries and chicken nuggets beat Burger King and McDonald's easily. The 99c tacos are a great deal and consistent quality. I ordered a cheeseburger with no sauce that came out with mayo and ketchup on it. Went back and it was easily and courteously replaced with a plain burger. Excellent service, especially for the middle of the night. Another plus, nice long hours. Top notch fast food! :) read more
