The guy working at the front counter was so nice and was helpful with the menu and we didn't know what stuff was. The food is huge and they put so much meat into a burrito. Attention owner: this is a cry for help. As someone who has been coming here since 2008, I'm appalled by the attitudes of those who take your order. The lack of consistency in hours, and general "we don't care anymore" attitude of your establishment. Last thing, just do a flat rate for eggs, not an additional charge after 11. People get it. Just don't forget about it when the egg crisis ends. I typically go a few times a month, at lunch or after 7. There have been so many times I've picked up food to-go and the order is incorrect. Just yesterday, I asked for a quesadilla supreme, swap carne asada with beans. The lady argued with me that it was a regular quesadilla, fine, no problem, just make sure there's beans and the sour cream. Got home, and it's got the meat inside. This is pretty much any time I go not at lunch. Along with accuracy, it really seems the owner has moved out to a more support role (don't blame her at all!). I don't see here there anymore. You can really tell the service has. I went in one night and the POs ran out of paper. They had to close and couldn't do anything. On other occasions the dining room was closed early or drive through closed early. I don't want to turn this into a sob story but man I loved Rodolfo's. I take employees there. I bring work visitors when they come to down to AZ. It's just been a staple for our community for great Mexican fast food. It's just not the same and it's unfortunate. The inside has been spruced up a bit and the menu has grown with some new items. I just hope someone can get in there that cares more than the current group. I've never waited so long in a drive-through line as I have here. The food was mediocre. So sad because this place at one time was amazing.

I used to go to this place to feed my tostada cravings (at least 3 times a week). Today was my last day that I will ever go there. The last two times, when going through their drive through they have gotten my order wrong. Today when they got it wrong they copped an attitude and forced me to take something that I didn't order (not a Tostada). Whatever it was, was loaded with cilantro which I am allergic to and made me very sick. The food is good though. If you don't mind being treated terrible by the Taco Nazis then by all means go to this place. read more

I have had several burritos from Rodolfo's and all have been hot and tasty. Great price for the portion. The tortilla had the homemade feel but I know it's not because I saw the packaging. The place seems clean and the cook behind the counter can be seen from the lobby so the "out of sight out of mind" practice should be at least deterred. The ladies at the counter were friendly. One tip I can give is, never use the drive thru - I saw a car at the window waiting for a bit. They have chips and salsa bar. Not sure if it comes with the meal I just everybody flock around it so I did the same. Excellent red salsa and the spiciness was to my liking - maybe too caliente for the normal palate though. read more

Finally they called someone I think the owner and made it again however we had given the other 2 wrong ones back at their request. So ended up paying for two meals and only received one. read more

Exceeded my expectations in a town so small. Got the Arizona burrito with guac in it. The beef is not the typical unseasoned refuse you get some places. It was like a REAL steak is in this burrito. The red sauce is one of my favorites I've had, really punch you in the face with a hint of tomato. Would come again to try everything else. My only complaint is that the guac wasn't spread evenly it was all in the middle. read more

Really good homemade mexican food. The salsa is very good, my favorite part of the meals, lol The really big downside to this restaurant is the wheelchair accessibility or lack thereof. You can get a wheelchair to the table, but then the person sitting with them has to climb over the arm of the table to get in and out or move the wheelchair constantly. Rodolfo's has been my go to restaurant for breakfast burritos for over two years now and their value was always excellent. Large burritos at a decent price. Just recently the prices have increased, like everyone else, which is understandable, but now, the past two orders, they have reduced the size of their burrito as well to just over half of what they used to be. In a town full of outstanding Mexican food, you have to set yourself apart somehow. Here, it's the beans. Yes, they also have great everything else, but those beans... I ordered a burrito and everything was fine until I get a quarter of the way through and I see a hair in it, I pull it out and notice that it's the texture of beard hair. Mistakes happen so I call and let them know and they said I would immediately be met with denial if I didn't produce proof. I took a picture and sent it to a number, and was told they wouldn't give me a refund and had to bring back the burrito, but it was after closing and the number didn't respond until 7 HOURS after I initially text. I also live 25 minutes outside of town. Why would I keep a contaminated burrito for so long? Will not be returning, customer service was disappointing and was handled incorrectly for a mistake they made and didn't want to fix. read more

The carne asada in the tacos was well seasoned and tender. The salsa roja provided just the right amount of kick. My only two niggles is the fish was overpowered by the breading and I wasn't a big fan of the beans. read more

Not like it used to be and the service attitude when they messed up my order was horrible they acted like I should be grateful for them giving me food that's way over priced and way under quality, they used to be awesome and had the best beans and now I think old el paso canned beans are better, never again! Here's a great way to piss off customers; have your open sign lit up but have your doors locked at 745pm, one hour before your posted closing time. It looked as if the drive thru MIGHT be open but there's no signage letting anyone know, and I wanted to sit down and eat, not spill food inside my vehicle.
