We had different opinions on lunch so while the wife and kids order Jack in the box, I was ordering by phone for pick up at Subway, I didn't get her name but she took my order and everything was ready when I got there and the order was correct to a "T"! We had the 12" Turkey and the 12" Club; both tasted very good, and there were plenty of ingredients on both sandwiches, too. We frequent this Subway often. Let me start by saying the staff members are great. Never had any issues and order was always right. The management is top notch and other Subways could learn from them Now for the food and other things. Why is Subway so much better than making a sandwich at home? I think it is Alien technology or maybe it is selection of meats and veggies. Guess we will never know the truth. Anyway, it is basic Subway spread but the staff makes the food so much better. The take care of the customer and make it your way. Not the Burger King way of cold dry burgers but actually the way you want. What is it with that BK King dude? He freaks me out. Basically what I am saying is the food is good bet the staff makes it better. The restaurant is always clean and maintained and we always feel welcomed. Best subway in Sierra Vista. Very friendly and they care about each customer. You enter and they greet you, they bring around free cookie samples, and say good bye when you leave. Food is always fresh and tasty. Themis subway is more of an experience than just a sandwich in a bag. How hard is it to make a sandwich? I've been to this subway several times and only about a third of the time the sandwich is made the way I asked. I'll ask for light on the condiments and they just pour them on anyway. I'll ask for pepper, and the dump on the salt and pepper (my last sandwich was too salty to eat, which made me write this review). I'll ask for it toasted, and they just don't stick it in the toaster, until reminded. They seem to have around 6-8 employees behind the counter, but instead there is usually one or two people rushing to make everyone's sandwiches in the front. I used to be able to tolerate Subway, but I'll just make my own at home from now on. Oh yeah, it's also really gross to watch them sweep up the remaining junk on the counter, using their hands, and then continue to make your sandwich using the same gloves. Why even wear the gloves? read more

So, the food is okay here...pfft, it's Subway-the service however, is terrible. This is the store closest to Fort Huachuca. Lunchtime is extremely busy-as in, there was hardly standing room in the store when I visited today. They are staffed well, adequately, but that doesn't seem to matter because twice I heard customers ask for certain items on their sandwiches and they were completely ignored! This was face to face-the employees are so engrossed in constructing sandwiches, they ignore the customers. They're like robots! Seriously? As the door is pulled open, 6-7 people robotically say "Welcome to Subway". It's creepy. It wasn't as bad as Sean's visit below. We went before rushour. They were low on eggs and we were asking why. She told us that they were number 1 in AZ for sales, until that subway owner opened the other one by Wal-Mart. She said they normally go through 110 subs in an hour. Ours was great, and they scrapped together what eggs they did have left to make ours. She also made me a fresh yogurt. Place isn't too bad, but during rush hour, I'm sure they forget about cleanliness. Which if that is the case, they should all get better at it. read more

Went through the drive through when they opened, was told that someone would get with me in a minute. Well many minutes went and came. Pulled through, absolutely no one but employees there. So apparently they were not in the mood to take orders. Amazing customer service! I made the mistake of ordering a sandwich platter online and thinking it was for today so when I arrived to pick it up I found out the order was actually for the following day instead. The manager with no questions asked immediately made my platter to go in 5-10 mins (during the lunch rush) and even walked it out to my car in the pouring rain to hand deliver it to me even tho the mistake was entirely my own. Close to post Good food especially with the breakfast sandwiches on the upper right of the menu. One of the few places in town that you can get avocado or spinach on a sandwich. Friendly staff, hard to stay cranky with a staff that is so cheerful and efficient. Con: drive thru is tiny as is the building on this piece of land right next to an immense empty lot (to expand on-hint hint-buy it and make a normal sized Subway). The entrance from Fry blvd is a sharp turn and drop and a left turn all while avoiding traffic behind you and those leaving the parking lot you are turning into. read more

Went through the drive through and ordered a kids meal (was fine) and a foot long meatball sub on Italian for myself. The meatball was to have NO CHEESE, they covered it with Parmesan Cheese! I was very explicit and polite with this request. I would go back for a refund but every time I go I get told they cannot give me one! This store has wronged me on several occasions, so much so that not only will I never return to the store but I will now go out of my way to prevent my workmates and family from going to this location. You have no idea how frustrating it is to get food then drive 45 min home just to discover that your order was completely messed up. read more
