I love jack in the box. When I do travel, I would always look for Jack in the box. But lately this location has been giving me bad order experience. I have given this location so many chances. But i think it's time to order from another location. The staff who makes the food needs more training. When they are rushing they make a lot of mistakes and for somebody who orders a lot for delivery is very unacceptable. read more

Christmas Day, this was probably the only place open. We took the drive from N. Texas st because the line was out into the street at that location. Glad we did because we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived at 6:55 PM and had a large order over $120 worth. We are a family of five we each got a meal and added milkshakes with a few other extras. We were willing to wait longer than 30 minutes and they made all our meals in just in the nick of time. There was a gentleman by the name of Mike, who came in to a room full of chaos and was so joyful and ready to work. He made sure to check in with all the employees to see what they needed to run smoothly and then checked in with all the customers in the lobby. We were in and out in just about 30 minutes. They were out of coke and Dr Pepper which was a bummer but with it being busy and all we were understanding. This guy deserves a bonus, a raise and to run his own Jack. You could see how he uplifted everyone in that joint with his contagious attitude. Prior to his arrival everyone felt overwhelmed and burnt out. This is what great management looks like. While Looking for a hardware store & dog park, I stumbled into this place & found it pleasant. Gentleman in ample parking lot was cleaning it as I arrived. Interior is spotless & well lit. Specials are posted in the windows, staff are very welcoming & helpful. My order was hot & filling. I shared with the dogs. Forgot to check bathrooms. There is litter crowding every nook in the garden area. It's a shared border with another fast food place so unclear who is responsible for this. It's the only reason they didn't get a fifth star. Order a Large number 7, no mustard, curly fries and a coke and an order of mini churros. Get home. Husband opens his burger box. No bacon. With mustard. Thought it was pretty straight forward. No one in line behind us, so no rush on the preparation of the food, empty lobby, so basically either the cook was in robot mode or they just didn't give 2 *insert explicit word* that they had 1 specific task and that is make the food on the order according to the order. Never thought I'd write a review on fast food. I don't have it often but years ago I had it all the time. Jack being my favorite. I decided to get a spicy chicken special they've got with onion ring and bacon on the sandwich. Added curtly fries and a drink. The only good item I got was the coke. The fries tastes like they've been frying in fish oil so gross! The onion ends were so over cooked there was no onion left inside just over cooked batter. The chicken also looks over cooked as if it was fried and then fried again so over done that it has no texture. Never had that before, I know its fast food but there's still standards. Epic fail. The food is disgusting and seriously they are frying fish in that fryer. Anyone with an allergy beware. I tried to take picture of the onion ring but now that they're cold it's rock solid it upset me even more. Not worth anymore effort. read more
