Ok. I tried my best to support them and gave them another chance. It's obvious that this corporate office has given up on these restaurants. I'm sure the employees try their best with what they are given to work with. There hasn't been a strong manager team here for a while and it shows. I am not blaming the employees for trying to hold things together. They claim to be fresh but I had bad lettuce and they used the end of the tomato . With no one ever going there it does make one wonder what cost cutting practices they have. The store does look aged but they do have signing up. Pretty awful experience. They were out of both lettuce and tomatoes, which meant half the menu wasn't really the menu. The staff said the truck with supplies would arrive the next day plus they weren't authorized to buy the supplies locally. I ordered the Sourdough grilled cheese sandwich which was long on the bread and short on the cheese. My spouse had the tacos which were especially strange -- nothing like the picture on the menu which shows crunchy tacos. However, these were very soggy with very little meat and cilantro instead of lettuce. Neither of the items are something we'd order again. AND the self-serve drink machine in the dining room was broken. Overall, a disappointing stop and not worth a return visit. read more

I ordered the midnight meal and didn't get the free air freshener or any midnight sauce for my chicken strips. No one even told me they were out of those things or offer a replacement or refund. I did a mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru. They just handed me the order, sealed up and I didn't notice those things were missing until I got home. The food wasn't even good either. Everything was soaked in grease like their fryer wasn't hot enough or something. Went to the drive though after ordering 2 number 5 combos we only received 1 burger no fries and 2 drinks. sat there trying to get the girl's attention to let her know we didn't get the correct meal. Instead of just apologizing for miss hearing us And offering to make the correct order. She proceed to argue and said that is what we ordered she became extremely rude. We tried to show her the bag and what was in it she rudely said I cannot take that back. After sitting there waiting forever for meals we actually ordered we just left. This has happened on occasion and I haven't said anything before but for there was little to no toppings on the tacos,no Mayo or tomatoes on the stacked grilled cheese burgers,barely any lettuce,no curly fries/wasn't even informed on it, everything was sloppy and everything was cold. I understand I came to get 2 munchie meals towards the end of the night but that doesn't make it ok for them to intentionally make my food poorly. From my understanding the munchie meal is only going on from 9-10 pm and they close at 10. On top of that I could hear the co workers yelling "make sure you got this/that on the burger" "don't forget this" as if they meant to be passive aggressive. I never have a problem when I go in the mornings, or the middle of the day but whenever I go at night something is always missing/sloppy. I haven't said anything in the past before but I'm tired of wasting my money and getting what I didn't pay for. Very unsatisfied. read more

When you first walk in, the place is not clean and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. There were three people working and none had hair nets or uniforms on in the kitchen. It took him 5 minutes to come to the counter and after repeating our order to him twice so that he had the correct information down, it took another 20 minutes to get our food. The people behind were waiting for 10 minutes at the counter to order also. The ladie working said there was ketchup in the bag but there was not and they all seemed to work at a very slow pace. Could not believe this Jack in the box. Rather than a typical fast food restaurant they have turned this place into a first class, service first, customer first stand up joint. I thought we were on some kind of tv show for the first 5 minutes, I had to ask the lady, "are you guys up for winning a competition today, whats with all the fuss?" She replied "no, we just really wanted to turn this place around and make it super enjoyable." The manager was awesome and each one of his staff. The food is usually fairly okay. I like their hamburgers and their chicken burgers, but the fries tend to be not always good. One thing that really stands out though is the fact that they use their hands for everything in stead of with gloves or tongs. And I'm talking, putting your hamburger patty on the bun; hands, putting the veggies on your sandwich; hands...That's kind of gross. read more

If I could I could rate this zero stars, I would. My sister ordered a simple chicken sandwich; 30 minutes had passed by and she had still not received it. Even after she kindly told the workers they had forgotten about her order, they continued to be slow and unhelpful. Don't come here the service is slow and horrible.
