I'm giving 5 stars because 1) I've been coming here 17 years and this is the first time I've seen a sign that says contact me if there's and issue and 2) I realized I only came to give a review to complain, which I should have left one a long time ago to say how this locations has satisfied a lot of late night outings. The food is okay, tacos can almost never go wrong unless they forget em, lol. I appreciate how they're usually pretty fast at getting food out. I do wonder if the side large shakes got smaller or last week we were just given smalls when we ordered larges. 3/18/26 though, the young lady working the drive thru should be let go. She was the most rude and disrespectful little girl I've ever come across here. I kept telling my wife, you see how she won't even acknowledge us!? I test my theory at the end and said THANK YOU... she didn't look or respond. I then said OPEN YOUR F N MOUTH and lone and behold, she looked me dead in my eyes and said "excuse me." The other NICE lady looked at me and I told her she should fire this girl. To the owner, don't risk your money over her and her disgusting attitude. Mahalo for the late night food though. read more

Life hack: If you order the kid's meal and swap out the fries for an egg roll, it's just 80 cents more and if you want the regular drink instead of the kids drink It's $1.00. The drink are HUGE so it's well worth it. I'm not really someone who enjoys fries so this is a perfect substitution for me especially because their eggrolls are so good. This location manages to get my order wrong every single time I'm here and the inside is dirty with sticky floors and a strange smell. Majority of the employees always have some type of attitude problem no matter how kind/courteous you are to them and you'd expect at least half decent service since they're insanely overpriced, the greasiest fast food option in the town and mess your order up 90% of the time. I just ordered a meal this morning and wanted a really big chicken sandwich meal w fries and medium sprite. My curly fries were still frozen, my sandwich was wrong and when I called to voice my complaints they let my call go to voicemail 14 times in a row. Someone must've disconnected or shut off their phones because it wouldn't ring after a certain point while going straight to voicemail. But guess what lol, they don't have a voicemail box so it just hangs up on you. Judging by most of the reviews here, everyone seems to have the same issue as us with the drive thru lady when coming here late night. She always has the worst attitude, and just seems like she doesn't want to be there. Why work a customer service job but have none. We always hope a different worker is there. We've never heard or seen this place before so of course you have to try when you're a foodie. They are located all over the island. When walking in it feels like a Wendy's. The signage with the menus are blurred and font tiny. We had to pull the menu up on our phones to see what we wanted to order. Service was slow so it took us forever to get up and place our order. The staff seemed real motivated to be at work. The tables and area to dine appeared clean. Found a table and waited for the food. I got the tiny tacos loaded and the snack wrap chicken. The tiny tacos I would have preferred without all the lettuce on top. Just too much. They were ok and the chicken wrap was ok. Chicken wasn't overly breaded and was hot. It's your average fast food place. Soda fountain was broken so had to get refills from staff from the one they use for drive thru. read more

Today we came for their chicken wraps with coupons it 2 for 5.00 and 2 tacos for free with a pirchase of a large drink. What deal. It comes grilled or crispy. I chose grilled. I'm from the East coast, we don't have Jack in the Box. So when we travel, we like to try what the locals have. I was not impressed with Jack in the Box. Feels like a Wendys, McDonald's, or Burger King; but it wasn't really clean. First problem, the signage was really blurry. I thought it was me, but everyone I was with had issues reading the menu, Had toi use my phone and pull up the menu! There is a fairly wide selection or food, which included burgers, salads, chicken, fries, and desserts. It was like a McDs, BK, Wendys, and Taco Bell rolled into one. I ended up with a cluck chicken sandwich combo to be safe. It included either curly fries or regular fries, I got curly. The sandwich was just ok, it was a bit dry. The curly fries were definitely better than the regular fries. I needed a refill, but the machine in front by the register was apparently broken so I had to wait for the staff to refill. Unfortunately, they were a bit slow, not uncommon with fast food joints. I'm not so sure I would go back, especially with all the choices of mom and pop restaurants in the area. Stopped by this location (12/2023) to fulfill my tiny tacos craving and ended up ordering several items, including a "chicken sandwich." This review is based strictly on the chicken sandwich. Before we left the drive thru, we double checked to make sure all items were received. However, we didn't open up everything to see if they were up to par. Imagine my shock when I bit into the chicken sandwich and discovered this monstrosity. The "chicken" was dry, burnt and inedible. Please see pictures for reference. I don't really know how you can mess up SO MUCH in one night. Stopped by tonight and had to wait 20 mins minutes for 3 milkshakes. We got down and went inside to remind them we were waiting for and to mention they forgot our chicken strips. They gave us attitude about the chicken strips accusing us of lying but we offered for them to look in our bags for them. They then gave us the wrong milkshake flavor & when we told them, they once again got annoyed. I hate complaining about wrong orders first off but when they are forgetting stuff, forget that they left customers in the parking lot, and make your order wrong, it's a little annoying. My daughter and I went to the drive thru last night and had the worst experience from ordering our food to getting it at the window. The worker, ALAINA PILANCA, was rude. She rushed me through ordering, and when I got to the window, she rolled her eyes and gave attitude when collecting my payment. She refused eye contact the entire time. Every time she passed me something, she shoved it into my hands. I said thank you about 3 times and didn't get a response at all. No smile, nothing. The tow sign is also a poor attempt at letting people know that the lot is for Jack in the Box only and not other adjacent shops. As out of towners this was very unclear, and the point is driven home (poorly for most as their vehicles have been towed) by the silly number of cars being towed within the hour. The food here is okay and the service is good. I'm not much of a critic when it comes to taste, but it's tastes the way I think fast food should taste and the food is always warm when I get it. If you have the Jack-in-the-Box mobile app, you could get good deals and makes it really easy to order. I ordered food for my workers from here a few times for lunch and they seemed to enjoy their food. My only concern is the people that always hang around outside, near the entrance of the door. Some of them could possibly be people who work nearby but majority of the time seems like homeless people hang around here. I've never seen anyone eat inside, maybe because they're afraid to even approach the front door, but the interior seems okay. My husband used this drive thru one day and didn't realize until the next day that they didn't give him back his card. He checked his banking app to see where was the last place it was used at, expecting it to be at Jack in the Box but it turns out it was the Hele gas station in the mall for about $13. He insists he never went to that gas station so he went back to Jack in the Box through the drive thru and someone recognized him right away and gave him back his card.
