This exact location has by far the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. MOST of there employees are uncomfortably rude. I get it. It's not the best job in the world but damn! I bought an Ultimate cheeseburger combo, took it home and the taste was a little nasty but I still managed to eat it all (big mistake). A couple hours later my stomach was hurting bad. The pain was so bad and it didn't go away for days. I actually got sick and was bed ridden. It was the worst burger I have ever had hands down. I had never felt that kind of pain before. Service here is friendly and quick, even during the lunch rush you will get your food in a couple of minutes. Since I'm always in a hurry it's great for me and the food is always hot and tasty. Who ever was taking orders in the drive thru window this morning was rude as hell. I asked for just an order of tacos and the reply was "we're not serving tacos right now." She didn't even try being nice about it. If she would have just said sorry and given a simple explanation I wouldn't have been as annoyed with her tone . I am rating this page low because of the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism of the young man who responded at the drive thru window and at the payment window yesterday at 4:55 pm The young and probably untrained young man was very rude and unhelpful. He answered the drive thru mic three times and each time told me to wait. Two of the times he forgot to turn off the microphone and I could hear him joking around. Each time I asked if I was to begin my order. Each time he told me to wait. When I proceeded to place my order of taco meals, he tells me they don't have tacos and told me to wait again. I asked if they were really out of tacos, and he shouted we don't have tacos. I suggested staff put a sign on the order board so customers would know. He just disconnected me. I ended up waiting a while for the one item of teriyaki bowl I ordered. There were no other cars ahead of or behind me the entire time. He handed me my bag and shut the window without any word. I couldn't see who if anyone else was around him. Management really needs to make sure their employees understand the importance of customer service. read more

I went through drive through and ordered an iced coffee. This restaurant hasn't had lids for a very long time. The girl handed me an iced coffee with no lid. Clearly I can't drive with a drink and no lid. I asked her if she could then give me a soft drink cup so I could pour it in there and she said no. I told her that other associates had done that because they have no lids and she said "well they're not supposed to." I told her I can't drive like this and her response was "I can give you a soda cup but I'll have to charge you another $3.65." I got mad and told her give me back my money I gave her back the coffee. I am a nurse. I work extremely long hours. This CHILD on drive through doesn't understand what us grown ups working extended hours are going through. I was asking for another cup to pour my coffee in with a lid so that I can go on to my 14 hour shift. She's telling me I need to pay a total of $7 and change for some coffee because YOU don't have lids? I'm clearly exhausted and overworked so it's taken me this long to complain (Happened 10/6 today is 10/16). I don't feel like going to the manager there will correct anything because they're rude as well. They don't need to be "nice" but common sense is people can't drive with a cup that has no lid because the drink will spill before I hit my first red light. I GOT FOOD POISONING HERE I wish I could give ZERO stars for this place. On Sunday September 10th I bought a jack's spicy chicken sandwich and curly fries. I drive up to the window and mind you I was the only person in the drive through. They gave me my food right away, which was surprising, like if they had it cooked already. The fries were cold, and seemed like they were the last of the fries. I woke up in the middle of the night with sharp stomach pain and diarrhea. Went to work the next day with still diarrhea and then followed by strong body aches and high temperature and vomiting. My whole body and joints were in agonizing pain the whole day. I have contacted the city health office so they can hopefully do an inspection. I will NEVER step foot on another Jack in the Box again. And come to find out, many many other people have gotten food poisoning from Jack in the box, this is a common occurrence. I have learned my lesson though, but I want to warn as many people as I can. Trust me, the pain is not worth it, its not worth the chance. read more

I went at night to get me and my family some smoothies and they told me to wait in the front until the made it. All I saw was the manager running around making the smoothies and other taking orders. He was the only one there working. I had to wait 30 mins. That's just ridiculous. Either hire more people or just don't offer smoothies if they're that hard to make. read more

Went to this Jack in the Box on Christmas Day I thought they were gonna be nice went inside cause the drive through was extremely busy I greeted the girl by telling her merry Christmas and I'm glad your open no one is open and she totally ignored me and told can I help you dam I was like wow ok then I placed my order and then I asked for some ranch and I had a big order she is like I could only give you 4 ranch the rest you have to pay for I was like ok I will pay and then she is like you have to get back in line and pay for the ranch which there was big line and I was like not getting back in line just to pay for the ranch then I asked for a manager big mistake he told me the same thing I was the line is big and he just tells me we are super busy it's not my fault they should of had more ppl working wow anyways the worse service ever I will never return to this Jack in the Box I will have to drive to the one in Pico Rivera cause they have good service and they don't charge you for extra ranch and plus they will not make me get back in line like this jacks did so ridiculous. read more

I ordered a fish sandwich combo and the sandwich had an overdone fish patty. I eventually managed to get a person's attention- maybe the manager or manager's wife/assistant manager- and showed it to her and said "I am not eating this, please make me another". She brought me what was either a new one or the same one re-heated, I couldn't tell the difference, saying that it was just the breading that was over-browned. I ate some of it but as under-appetizing tasting (too fishy tasting compared to Cod) as the Pollock fish patties already are they're worse this way. So I ate only about- 1/3rd of the thing and left for the trash where it belonged and ate only the fries (as usual not much to praise there). I have had a few of them at a couple of other jacks- I won't eat their lousy tasting burgers (bad tasting meat- IF they're 100% beef, then, as with many other fast food places, the mystery is, what cut of beef are they?) and they weren't as overcooked, so I suppose that this jack cooks them too fast at higher temperatures. And BTW, this is the same jack in which I once ordered two of their tacos but SPECIFIED no sauce- because it's too watery for me and especially that means that they would have to be freshly made- and received two that obviously had been made and sitting there for quite some time. They were so horrible that I gave up eating them after a few small (tentative) bites. I always wonder if that kind of thing is what some fast food "restaurant" employees do TO "certain" customers. read more

He had it in his pocket and acted like he didn't know. The customer service at this JIB is an embarassment to the company as a whole. They screwed up my order by swapping out Jalapeño poppers instead of chicken tenders for my daughter who was unpleasantly surprised with the change. When I returned the item, the least I expected was to have it replaced and some consideration for the inconvenience. Most establishments would provide you a coupon for a free meal or sandwhich, instead all I received was attitude from the cashier saying "it's not my fault", as if the fault was mine. Any employee is a representative of their company while working and should act as it. This reflects poorly on the management who has obviously not done its job in training their employees about customer service. read more
