I can't describe the service other than to say we were never waited on. There were at least 4 employees that we could see but they were all focused on the drive through. The drive through orders were extremely loud on the speaker in the kitchen, making it doubtful we would have stayed if we had been able to order. I went into this Jack-in-the-Box to catch a quick breakfast sandwich. I ordered and asked for a scrambled egg instead of the stupid way they cook the egg anyway. To my dismay this Jack-in-the-Box wanted to charge and additional $.48 to scramble the egg WTF???!!!??? Where is my credit for not cooking the egg the other way. Come on Jack-in-the-Box it doesn't take you any longer to scramble and egg then it does to cook it the other way. So i went thru the drive thru and it looks like it has gotten faster but at night its slow i was greeted with a nice lady at the drive thru she was very nice but the only reason i only went up by one star is the regional manager was very rude and disrespectful didnt want to hear about my problems he accused me of working there and not liking it he was a complete rude to me. When I ordered a Jumbo Jack Junior (price on the menu $1.99), the voice from the clown said, "one junior jumbo jack with cheese" and I corrected her. The ticket she gave me said she'd charged me $2.29 (the price with cheese) and it also had the line "no cheese". I had a not great experience with my order yesterday. The drive through lady wasn't very helpful, I didn't get to order what I wanted and the service was slow. On my prior visit the service was very slow as well. HOWEVER, I was able to speak to both the district manager and the brand new store manager and I was extremely pleased with how kind and understanding they both were. The district manager obviously loves his JITB locations and is highly invested in their success. The new store manager was patient, kind, and did everything she could to make the situation better. I am so happy to know that the store is now in her very capable hands and I have high hopes that she'll be able to get this location running smoothly soon! This Jack in the Box is horrible..28 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me?? The cookies I got for my grandson were burnt & so hard he couldn't eat them. I guess this is how they treat customers when they have a coupon for free mini cookies. Why can't this place get it's act together?? It doesn't appear to be a hard job...cook food (not burned) & serve it in a timely manner. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is...it's always horrible, deplorable service. Took 39 minutes to make it through the drive thru (only two cars ahead of me at the speaker), the staff was rude, and I watched as the employee handed my order to the car in front, who took it out, examined it, and gave it back. The employee, folded the wrapper back over the sandwich and placed it back in the bag for me. I did not accept the order and the staff was very rude.
