ZERO STARS !!! I am upset I have to even add a star to write a review. I have never had such a horrible experience in a drive thru. My husband and I pulled in at 9:50 pm , for us this is super late to grab food for the family but it was a long busy day for us . anyway , we got 3 meals ( 2 burgers and chicken strips) and 3 sides ( 2 tacos, 1 sauce loaded taco, 1 loaded potato wedge) teenager boys eat a ton. Haha The girl taking our order was hard to hear, we think she was cooking ?? All we could hear was a fryer ( popping grease) we placed our order and the menu screen was frozen so we could only see the 3 meals. She said pull up I'll have your total at the window. Mind you no one was in front of us or behind us. We got to the window and a young man was standing there. The girl popped up behind him cutting him off and said hold on... I need to add the sourdough jack to the order ( 1 of the meals) she then gave my husband the total and he paid. As he handed me the recipe I noticed the tacos and tiny tacos were not on it . When my husband asked about them the kid looked at him funny and said oh you ordered them?? My husband said yes, the kid said sorry it's not on your order I'll have to charge you for them. My husband said sure that's fine ( we are not trying to get free food) The kid asked us to pull to the front and they will bring our food out. We parked up front at 9:58 pm , 10:15pm the girl looking very irritated brought the food out and dropped one of the bags. Whatever it's not breakable .. she then looks at my husband and said take the bag , shoving one of the bags at him. She then walks away. As I'm handing the bags out I noticed we are missing an order of fries and the loaded wedges . I got out of the truck to walk into the dining room and the doors are locked. I knocked on the door and the girl looked at me , she disappeared so I thought she was coming to the door. 2 min later nothing so I knocked again. She finally came to the door and I told her they forgot an order of fries and the wedges. She rolled her eyes and said I'll bring them to you. I got back into the truck and she brought the bag out. At this point we are tired and we just wanted to go home. My husband thanked her. We got home and when we opened the chicken strip box it was not chicken, it was stupid wedges in the chicken box ... so yes after all of that the order was still wrong.. OMG I'm over it. We are not driving back even for $15 chicken strips. I understand orders get messed up but the attitude we received was a little much when we were only requesting what we ordered and paid for. This Jack in the Box experience was less than I was expecting and less than what I had remembered from two years prior. I come here for their curly fries. I USED TO LOVE THEIR CURLY FRIES. If their curly fries were on point like every other time I would have given this place a 5/5. I gave it a 3/5 instead of a 2/5 because every other time I've been here the fries and food were exactly what you'd expect from Jack in the Box. My fries were soggy, and the mini tacos I got were also soggy. The fries were a little too chunky and less crispy, but if they were crispier they would have at least been at a 4/5 with the given thickness. If they were crispy they would be 5/5 given the thickness. Service: The woman at the drive through was very nice. It makes me think about how at fast food restaurants maybe there should be an optional tip option, but then again, when there's an optional tip option you become an A-hole when you don't tip, and at that point, I think I'd avoid going to fast food restaurants at all. So maybe they should just get rid of wait staff at all fast food restaurants because tipping would be counterintuitive to the cheap and quick and tasty meal experience. Anyway, I digress. The ambiance? I'm not sure about the inside, as we went through the drive through before my flight. They were very quick. Or at least expedient enough. If they were a little faster and the fries just a little crispy I may have given them a four, or if my tacos weren't soggy it would have been a four. read more

Ordered from the drive thru around 630pm and my bf got an bacon ultimate cheeseburger with no cheese and just ketchup. They didn't put bacon in the burger. No big deal, he went inside to just get the bacon but the ememployee who he talked too gave him so much attitude just becuase it was a custom order and argued about him wanting the burger either fix or even just the bacon for it. After she just threw the burger in the trash and got him a new one. Didn't have to have the attitude when my bf was super chill and nice about it. It was some bigger set mexican woman. Hey man, I asked for #7 (spicy/ crispy chicken burger) but you gave me two beef patties with bacons. I don't eat bacon... that's a downer. I was so looking forward to eating that chicken sandwich. Stopped in here on the way out of town. Inside was fairly empty and they had three people working inside, one at the register and two doing the line. The girl at the desk was super distracted. She was nice but either she was new or just didn't care. She didn't offer or ask for any upgrades, the drink machine was out of everything except for ginger ale and teas. All the diet sodas were gone and an older man was saying he couldn't drink anything they had. The three of them just shrugged like too bad. They should have warned us before selling us soda they didn't have. The bathrooms were disgusting, pee in all the toilets and beyond smelly. I have been ordering through the drive thru off and on for the past year now and have never had an issue with any of my orders. Well tonight I had a late night craving for some sweets so I ordered a Jack's Baked Brownie, 3 Pumpkin Croissant Bites, and 7 stuffed jalapeños online. The website told me my food would be ready within 7-9 minutes in which it wasn't. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes upon arrival in the parking lot. I was in line to order, a woman walked in and she greeted the staff like a regular. One of the workers mentioned that she had started the customers order ahead of paying for it. Another staff member who was running the register took the woman's order before mine, despite me being in the restaurant and in line before the regular showed up. I go to this Jack in the Box at least twice a week while working night shift. It's usually filled with groggy workers that take your order like "what do you want" but tonight was totally different!! The cashier was immediately super welcoming, stated her name, asked us how our night is going, even said "you too" with energy when we said have a good night.
