Absolutely horrible and a real disappointment. I've never had an experience like this at In n Out. Someone in my party ordered a double double plain, protein style. It came with everything on it but the spread. Total opposite of what was ordered. He goes back to have it fixed and this time it's a single with spread and tomatoes! The food was so weird here. It felt like everything had been sitting out or under warmers or something. The burgers were dry and the milkshake was slightly below room temperature but still so solid¿ -- like it was hard to suck though the straw. When I asked why the Milkshake wasn't frozen I was told "because it's a milkshake". Like I've never had an in n out shake and felt how cold they are. I asked if it had been sitting out and she said no we just made it. I was able to tip it and it was so liquified on the outside of the solid mass it was coating the lid. I've never experienced this before. The spread packet was warm and the fries ice cold. The onions were falling apart¿ literally so bizarre. I tried taking a couple rings off the burger and the onions all ripped. The onions are usually like solid rings. The burgers were regular so they shouldn't have had any cheese at all. There were random chunks of cheese on the burger like a cross contamination issue. Never in my life did I think I'd be writing a review for an in n out, I've never had bad food from other locations but the was gross and I ended up throwing most of it out. That was my first and last visit there. Edit: someone else mentioned their milkshakes being runny a while back which means this is an ongoing issue. The homeless problem in Natomas is getting out of control. After I ordered drive-thru, the line was super long like always. There was a homeless person asking for money in the drive-thru lane. She stood at a location where the employees couldn't see. I don't know if they can do anything about it anyways. It was just pretty uncomfortable waiting in your car for 5+ minutes while a homeless person is looking directly in your eyes, lol. I turn to the other side and I see another homeless person eating and drinking someone's trash at the outdoor seating area. The food here is always great. Service is good too. There's hardly any parking because it's always packed. The drive thru is always at least 20 minutes long. We appreciate the good food but the location is getting bad. read more

This one is in a newer hotel area around Sacramento airport, so if you're staying nearby you have great food options to enjoy. This one has drive thru lanes but seemed mixed with dine in customers. The quality of service is great; they were out of hot peppers and gave me a bunch from behind the counter. The interior is their signature dining room. Adj: Fresh In-N-Out - a California classic. We're really blessed to have so many locations all over the state and even in our city/metro. This is the newer location on Del Paso Blvd in North Natomas. I prefer this one over the one on Truxel Blvd which get traffic-jammed at the entrance of the shopping plaza. This one is just much easier to get in and out of. The staff are friendly and hard-working. It is always nice to see young people (hard to admit I'm not one of them anymore, lol) with good work ethics and positive attitudes. In-N-Out sure does hire good people to deliver excellent service. The ambiance is the same as others, except I'd say it's quieter and more relaxed at this location compared to the one on Truxel and they're not that far from each other so that I definitely prefer to go a little further into town and dine here instead of the original In-N-Out in Natomas for a more pleasant dining experience. Overall, I really do enjoy most In-N-Out restaurants and hope they will continue to expand and grow, they do so much for the community with their non-profit work helping trafficked children and other outreaches too. My husband and I recently visited In-N-Out Burger and unfortunately the experience was frustrating from start to finish. We ordered 3 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks, but our Flying Dutchman was made incorrectly. We were also charged additional money at the second window because an item was missed at the payment window, which should've been caught earlier in the process. On top of that, we waited around 30 minutes, and when the employees called out orders they spoke so quickly that it was difficult to understand them. The environment felt rushed to the point where we felt pressured to just say "yes" and move along instead of being able to properly confirm our order. We also asked for sauce packets and never received them. To make matters worse, we later discovered hair in another one of the burgers, which completely ruined the experience for us and raised concerns about cleanliness and quality control. I understand fast food can get busy, but accuracy, communication, cleanliness, and customer care still matter. I'm not upset over one simple mistake -- it was the combination of multiple issues and the rushed interaction that made the experience extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and works on slowing down just enough to ensure customers feel heard and orders are correct. It wasn't rush hour and we were able to walk right up to the counter and place our orders immediately, we got our food within 5 mins or so. I had a Cheeseburger and hubby had a Double Meat. Delicious fries which I have to eat first because I dislike cold fries. We stopped by for a quick bite before hubby dropped me off at the airport. This is a classic location, one of the two in-n-outs that we have in Natomas. It is located in a food center by a bunch of other fast food options. It is also across the street from a couple grocery stores and many other businesses. The freeway is nearby which makes this a popular spot for people passing by. I always seem to see travelers who just arrived at the airport and wanted to try a "Californian burger". The service here is great. They are normally very busy and the drive-thru line is always so long that they need to redirect traffic in their own parking lot. I've seen the drive thru line go all the way past Taco Bell before! Other than their busyness which they can't change, they have the same in-n-out charm that the other locations have: friendly service and quick(ish) delivery. The ambiance is what you would expect for your average busy fast food establishment. It's slightly loud in there at times, tables that fill up quickly, no music in the background only workers yelling order numbers. The bathrooms are surprisingly always decently clean here which is nice if you ever need to make a quick pit stop. The flavor here is exactly what you get from their other locations. Warm and crunchy fries that are soft on the inside. Juicy meat in the burger which crunchy lettuce, fresh/sweet tasting tomatoes, and a milkshake that is worth 10x its price. Quite literally, one of the best milkshakes that money can buy. The prices are very affordable. With the essentials of a hamburger, fries, and milkshake all costing $2.50 or under, you can definitely walk out of here under $10 a person making is a ($) place for me.
