Oh boy. What isn't wrong with this location would be a shorter list. The staff is absolutely always stressed out and therefor Rude. The area looks absolutely disgusting, druggies hang out side the front door asking for hand outs while there friends hang out by the trash can and put needles in the veins. On multiple occasions the drive through gets backed up by transients who stand by peoples windows and makes me at lease super uncomfortable. The workers ALWAYS have an attitude, and there has not been a single time in the past 6-7 months where not only is the order WRONG, but is also COLD, not fresh and something is ALWAYS missing. The drive-thru is a bit awkward if you don't turn just right so we pulled up and backed up so we can place our order. "So are you going to order or .." Food quality is poorest of all Jack in the Boxes I have eaten at. For example, their steak melt was gristled if that is possible. Drive thru (and it's an awkward one) has generally long lines. Interior I found to be unclean (straw wrappers scattered about and general grime). It's Jack in the Box in Yucaipa. Serves the same food as any other Jack in the Box in California that I've been to. I've been here twice already, once after going out to a club in Redlands and. The second after craving for a late midnight snack. Considering everything else is mostly closed and very little familiarity with the other food choices in the area, there's no reason to not try a drive through here. We ordered cheeseburgers, the sourdough jack, some fries, tacos, sodas and were well on our way. Sure, there were a few cars ahead of us, but nothing that would delay us from feeding our starving stomachs. In the end, we got our food, paid the employees for our meals (they were friendly) and were on our way.
