Only giving one star because I have to. I don't know why I continue to go here. They have gone down hill incredibly in the last year or so. I will only talk about this trip and not the countless times they've messed up my order recently. My order was simple enough two fries two shakes a burger (with no lettuce) and a chicken sandwich and they parked me. Okay, so I park. And I patiently wait. Only a few minutes later they come out with my food. Super! Quick service I appreciate. I take a look at my burger (because as I said they have priors) and I didn't see any lettuce! Cool, so I take my food home. Now I haven't eaten all day and I'm looking forward to this new burger they've been advertising that has that OG special sauce from when I was a kid. So I go to take a bite and A) it feels old B) there's a gross wilted glob of shredded lettuce in the middle of my burger C) there is NONE of the wonderful special sauce I was looking forward to!!! I'm so angry! I gave it to my dog. I'm so done with this S hole. I hope they get shut down. Everyone there is incredibly incompetent and when you tell them they've made a mistake they act like it's your fault. read more

Absolutely filthy. The floor had trash on it. No napkins. Soda everywhere. There was no one else there eating so I'm not sure why the employees were just sitting around. It was so gross in the front I can only imagine what the back looks like. I just got a drink and left. read more

It's fast food so quality is what it is. The 1 star is due to the fact that this location can't get an order right to save their lives. Recently ordered a ultimate cheeseburger and 2 tacos. Woman at the window hands me a bag and says "have a good night". Get home and there's no burger in the bag. So when paying the steep prices for service nowadays you'd expect to get what you paid for. Oh boy. What isn't wrong with this location would be a shorter list. The staff is absolutely always stressed out and therefor Rude. The area looks absolutely disgusting, druggies hang out side the front door asking for hand outs while there friends hang out by the trash can and put needles in the veins. On multiple occasions the drive through gets backed up by transients who stand by peoples windows and makes me at lease super uncomfortable. There has not be a single time I have gone to this location and they have gotten my order right. I typically make the trip to calimesa location where they know how to take care of there customers. This Jack in the Box is by far the WORST jack in the box I have ever been to. The workers ALWAYS have an attitude, and there has not been a single time in the past 6-7 months where not only is the order WRONG, but is also COLD, not fresh and something is ALWAYS missing. The workers have SUCH a bad attitude especially at the morning shift and when I had called to complain there was again, an attitude. Leaving Another review. Working the late shift doesn't give you the right to be rude to people. The drive-thru is a bit awkward if you don't turn just right so we pulled up and backed up so we can place our order. "So are you going to order or .." Was what we are greeted to, we say yes and before we can say anything else the rude lady at the window said let me know when your ready ugh. We start to order and we have no idea if she's there. I have to say that every time I come here the food is yummy, hot and fresh. Today I was very thankful because the customer service was excellent. I just moved and funds are tight so I had to pay with $8.00 in change. Quarters dimes and nickels. The drive-through attendant was very kind and understanding and still treated me with respect. The worker who made my chicken strips kept saying he made both of the orders of chicken strips but only gave me one. He kept lookin my way while he was cooking looking all frustrated cause I told them I only got one order. Sir, you only gave me one. I ordered two. How are you gonna try and argue about it. Last night my friends and I went to jack in the box and decided to stay in and eat there... while I was there, there was three tweaker in the store two smoking and the employees did nothing about it, then I had to use the restroom but one of the employees were occupying it. I arrived as this jack n the box around 7 pm on a monday night and it was packed! The line was very long and i waited for a good 20 min the young lady named madison working the window was very sweet and kind she made sure all my food was fresh. she looked very stressed out but still had great customer service, she definitely made my night give this young woman a raise read more

Food quality is poorest of all Jack in the Boxes I have eaten at. For example, their steak melt was gristled if that is possible. Drive thru (and it's an awkward one) has generally long lines. Interior I found to be unclean (straw wrappers scattered about and general grime). I would still drive to another Jack though this one is closer. **update 3/27/2011** Drive Thru not always 24hrs anymore but I've not seen any change in the other conditions I've described. read more
