Worst experience so far. We went on Sunday night 8/29 11:30 pm. Young girl at the drive thru with glasses seemed like she was on heroin or something. Didn't greet us when we got to the speaker, and when we did say our order, it was dead silent again. We had to repeat our order, repeated once more at the window and they still charged us for the wrong burger. She didn't smile, say hello, just said "card?" Unbelievable. shitty customer service!!! Me and my boyfriend were just laughing to each other at how ridiculous the situation was. The girl really seemed out of it, slurring her words too. Worst place I've ever been to ! They've messed up my order so many times. I've seen the manger stick there fingers in my shake. Drop my eggroll. Even cuss at me. They're always yelling in the back using the F**** word . Just tonight I was threatened for my life by one of the employees. Who also followed me into the parking lot across the stree and circled around my car cussing and threatening me while flipping me off. I called the police but he wasn't there . It was such a horrible experience. Just because I said I didn't appreciate there cussing in front of me. And they always give me regular soda instead of diet while I'm a diabetic and they didn't care. I even had the lady at the window toss my order at me. I have t back and asked for a refund ... and they said that I had to go inside to get it and while I was walking inside I saw the man who threatens me waiting at the door ... most disgusting, trashy, disrespectful, horrible place ever !!!!!!!!!!! It's Jack in the Box in Yucaipa. Serves the same food as any other Jack in the Box in California that I've been to. I've been here twice already, once after going out to a club in Redlands and. The second after craving for a late midnight snack. Considering everything else is mostly closed and very little familiarity with the other food choices in the area, there's no reason to not try a drive through here. We ordered cheeseburgers, the sourdough jack, some fries, tacos, sodas and were well on our way. Sure, there were a few cars ahead of us, but nothing that would delay us from feeding our starving stomachs. In the end, we got our food, paid the employees for our meals (they were friendly) and were on our way. Three stars because it's an average fast food joint, nothing too exciting, nothing to hate, just serves its purpose along Yucaipa boulevard to the hungry drivers itching for a quick bite. read more

Best Fast food spot in Yucaipa. Outstanding customer service and care as they were polite, informative and patient with me. After recently moving back to the area after 20 years out of state without Jack in the box I had to catch up on the menu so the person taking my order asked what I usually get at other places and I said mostly chicken so she suggested Suggested I try the four piece chicken strip and their chocolate shake as one of her favorites and I was not disappointed and I'm telling you Jacks chicken was at least as good or better than Chick-fil-A any day of the week so all you people waiting in a long line just to eat some Chick-fil-A y'all can be my guest I'll be at Jack in the box up on Yucaipa blvd but I still need to have some of their tacos and sourdough burger which I remembered as I got home and seen the coupon but going to be really hard to choose over the chicken strips read more

I no longer purchase food from this Jack in the Box. I almost always had decent service and the food was pretty tasty, if a bit greasy. But every time we ate anything from them, it shot straight through. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It's not much fun to have your dinner bid you adieu so fast you hardly had time to enjoy it. Food always good But when we asked the cashier why the price was different he said they hadn't update the drive-thru menu board it may have only been 10cents but still nothing was done about it and outside signs are suppose to be updated before inside price changes At least at gas stations so isn't it the same standard for advertising Sign said 2 tacos $1.29 we were charged $1.39 This was on Mon 8/14/17 we didn't go inside to see what price menu said but this can add up to a lot of extra $ collected I paid by credit card my friend paid by cash so check your receipt I will go back again to see if things have been corrected read more

Waited outside of drive-thru for about 10 minutes with no response from anybody. Strange as the restaurant wasn't closed and other customers were also in the drive-thru lane. Drove up to the cashier's window to report the problem, still nobody.The weird thing is when we drove up to the cashier's they answered the other car in the lane.My thought's for the final review is 0/10. read more

During the day, this Jack In The Box is about average in regards to the food & cuatomer service. In the evenings however, the workers are no where near the front register for 10mins or more. The "team leader" I dealt with was the most rude person I've met in a long time. The way she goes about customer service is exactly why she's still working in fast food in her 30s. read more

The girl at the drive in was brain dead or sleeping with her eyes open. I tried to explain to her that I wanted a fajita pita with NO chicken. She charged me the same prices as a regular pita and I told her that she would have to charge all of the items separately. She looked lost and got upset when I said I didn't want it any more. I went to this Jack in the Box on my lunch break because it's around the corner. I got the combo with the spicy chicken tenders AND THEY WERE SOOOOO COLD !!! Due to the fact I had to get to work and they had a line in the drive thru I couldn't take them back. But I've never bitten tenders so hard and cold. Went earlier today say about 8ish pm and waited patiently. Yes they were busy in drive through but I waited because I know how it is to be busy working in fast food. Well this older man got very upset and told this young lady working at jack "Don't forget about the people inside the store" he was super rude to her and mind you I ordered before him he waited about 3 minuets and started complaining. I am very displeased with this location....being as it is the only place that is open all night in yucaipa, the service is generally terrible at night. there are a couple of "sexually confused" individuals who seem to take pride in getting orders wrong and arguing with customers... the food quality is meager at best...the fries are cold and hard and the burger patties are dried out. the manager isn't the friendliest either and seems to get upset at the drive thru if you cant understand him he will actually tell you to leave. ive complained to the district manager but have got no reply whatsoever.... read more

The service tonight was horrible and this isn't the first time I have received horrible service from this jack in the box!! I ordered a bunch of food, ex. 2 munchie meals, 4 tacos, a steak bowl and a wakey bakey hash, then asked for one of the carne fries that are new, well apperntly they don't sell those anymore, which is fine, but while i was trying to wait for the person to order it to change their mind, the lady at the counter, i didn't catch her name, was pushing me to hurry my order. So i got the rest of my order ordered and then added another wakey bakey hash, she said okay, and told me my total. I paid and she walked away right after. I check my recipt and notice there is only one wakey bakey hash rung up, not two, so I was waiting at the counter for her to notice, but nothing since she walked out of sight. So cfinally i get someone else to come to the counter and they ring me up for that second hash. Then come back and give me the hash like it was the only thing i ordered.... so i asked where the rest of my order is, and the guy looked confused and said " you ordered more?" Then he turns to the rest of the people in the back and asks them why they deleted it if it hadn't gone out. So they go back and find it make my order and the lady said that for the trouble she put extra tacos in my bag. Got home and no extra tacos in sight. read more

Very poor customer service went thru drive thru ordered 25 dollars worth of food handed him my card,when he slide it thru the reader it would not read it, he didn't even try another machine just handed me my card and said sorry.
