Unfortunately I had an issue where they were going to try and charge me a restocking fee for something I was returning because of a factory defect. With a little elaborating they quickly refunded me the full amount. During my second visit to their facility, I found the person helping me to be very knowledgeable and willing to help for the most part. What impressed me most about both visits was the fact that upon leaving I was given a gift. That means a lot to me, especially in todays profit only driven environment. It made me feel as though my business was appreciated. It made me want to get on here and write a review (something I can't ever recall doing before). Thank you to whoever that was (I think his name was Carlos, he wore glasses) that felt impelled to extend such generosity.
