Marta was brilliant and loved her work in Appliance and she and Maricela worked within close proximity to each other. We enjoyed watching them work together to help us make all the right decisions about what type of work we needed and then they followed up with us and gave us a plan. Maricela was attentive and very smart about her department and what we would need to get started. In-store service : 5 Stars…read more Delivery Service: 0 Stars ( im a health care provider I had to go home to check up on my family member due to be feeling unwell after the bad experience they received) Had a family member to receive new appliance. Delivery driver had a foul mouth , disrespecting a family member just for asking a question . For approximately 20 minutes. It is deliver driver job to install appliances if fee was paid , but instead this unprofessional man was cussing , and mad that he had "to work" and stated he was being harassed by an elderly family Member . My family member was scared and not comfortable with ruthless human ,being inside the home . (Luckily everything was recorded on security footage incase things escalated) Appliance was also delivered out of it's box (had only styrofoam on the corners)and protective film had been removed I hope Lowe's is doing background checks when hiring, professional people. This individual only spoke Spanish using profanity and broken English . Definitely not a professional human . Report has been filed to HR After this experience I would definitely not be purchasing any items that require delivery .

This place has a drive thru lumber yard, so you can pull your truck straight in to the store and load it on to your truck, this alone makes it superior. My back is very happy about that. They have a great window selection, great quartz counter top selection, (also in the lumberyard). They have great deals on doors, floors, cabinets, and everything you need for new build or remodel. Love this place. Staff isn't overworked like other places, so they are MUCH more helpful and knowledgeable.

Employees are very helpful, attentive, nice, welcoming and very knowledgeable. They know where everything is. It has a vast selection of items that people need and everything has its own price. Some things are even on sale. Walked in yesterday at exactly 2pm and was helped by a lovely lady by the name of Isabelle. She wanted to know how she could have helped me? What was it that I needed? I told her that I needed few items for my house. After she listened to my requests, she literally walked me to all the aisles that carried what I needed. Needed a Dust Buster and they had 2 different kinds. A regular one (39.99), and more of an advanced one for ($59.99). A long broom, a Lavatory Strainer for a temporary fix until our plumber gets the actual part to come and fix my bathroom sink. Then I saw a Pop- Up Stopper. What it does is that it closes the hole in the sink for hair, food, residue, not to clog up the sink. We also needed a small bbq grill (4th of July being right around the corner). Got that too. A toolbox with all the right tools in them. Had Red and Black. Got red..one of my favorite colors. Every now and then, something breaks down and either myself or my son has to fix/repair them. Honestly this store has everything for your house, car, office needs. I also got some cleaning supplies for the house. 409, Lysol (pack of 2), and Tide. Store was nicely organized, clean and fully stocked. Aisles were very easy to navigate. Big parking lot and I believe restroom/S too. Didn't have to use them. Thank you Isabelle, Anwalt, and management for making my shopping experience easy, seamless and effortless. For all that I paid less than $160.00 including tax.

Like all True Value Hardware stores, you definitely want one in your neighborhood!…read more I don't live near this one anymore, but I was driving by the other day and since I actually didn't need to stop at a hardware store, I popped in to spend my money here. They are not one of the big box stores, so they're not gonna always have everything you want, but they will help you search every aisle to potentially find it or possibly something similar. The staff is always pleasant and the prices are always fair (based on whatever economy it is at the time).
