I love this shop. It is my go-to for gifts, especially my last minute Christmas shopping…read more Completely agree with a previous reviewer (Sari Marissa G.). I was there last night, 4 days before Christmas. Crowded with people shopping, and multiple sales people on hand who asked me if they could assist, all cheerful. One young sales girl suggested Alex & Ani bracelets and I bought 3 for gifts. (THANK YOU!) My only complaint is she would not sell me the ones that she was wearing on her wrist. (Ha!) She was very helpful in spite of not having her own shopping done because she was working every day. One of the ladies at the counter who explained to me what each pendant on the bracelet meant looked incredibly sad. I wanted to give her a hug and tell her whatever it is, this too shall pass, but she was putting on a very stoic front to be professional, and I did not want to embarrass her. We don't know everyone's struggles so I will pray that she will work through this difficult time with what she is dealing with, and will ultimately find peace. Although I have never used the florist services, based on my total experience in the rest of the store, I am surprised at some of the bad reviews. I can only say I have not been disappointed here, but I also understand that sometimes a person can have a bad day, and one time does not make a trend; I would not give a bad a review as a result. Just want to end my review that the highlight of this store is the awesome wrapping. It is fast, beautiful and professional.....and is included with your purchase, and not just at Christmas time.

From serving and hostess wares, seasonal decor, garden goods, clothing ranging from casual tanks and tunics for cheap, to shirts with sayings, to beaded evening gowns for a bit more! Tons of purses and stationary options. Quirky gifts for him, her or new baby! Jewelry, dishes, a wall of just teas and flavored sugars! Yum! They have well known brands such as Brighton, Vera Bradley, Life Is Good, Lilly Pulitzer, Michael Aram, and more! I could go on and on but you must see for yourself! If I lived nearby this would be my go-to for special gifts! Definitely something unique for anyone of any age on your list! Every price range too! And they wrap beautifully and complimentary! The store was so well staffed and everyone was helpful! The owner who I met was also very kind and appreciative of our patronage. A must stop for gift giving!

Once again disappointed. Came for an advertised Outdoor Living Expo. Upon arrival, I realized this…read morewas the same place I swore never to return to because they had fake sales events, little inventory (unless looking for specialty olive oil, home decor, or gifts for Grandma) and very high prices. This time was no different. No Expo, no experts, no "free ice cream." Only two employees (teens) who were unaware anything was advertised... and couldn't care less.

I guess it had been a bit since I went because the store is just plants now. After I hauled my two large bushes from the parking lot into the store the cashier (Kymmia) was not very friendly and seemed put out to have to ring up my purchases. When I asked where all the beautiful items went and why it is all plant related on the inside she said she would have been out of business if she'd kept that stuff. That store was special because of 'that stuff'. I thought this woman's attitude was poor. If she was the owner then shame on her for treating customers so rudely. I bought two bushes and spent $72.40. I was told both bushes needed full sun. Both bushes were wilted and half dead within two weeks after planting even with daily watering. A month after purchase one bush is now totally dead. I called the store to see if they guarantee their plants and was told a flat out no. The bush didn't even last a month! I will never go to that store again. Bad customer service and bad plants. If you cannot treat customers with respect and guarantee your product then you do not deserve my business. I guess the old saying buyer beware refers to The Landscape Connection.
