Do not trust this company. My mom had them redo her house. She was assured by their salesman before…read morehiring them that their "luxury" vinyl flooring could be used in a home office as long as specific rubber wheels were used on the chair. She did that. The floor broke quickly anyway. It was fixed under warranty once and Price Flooring told her she then had to buy a specific protective mat at her expense. She did that, too . The floor broke again. Price Flooring now told her to buy yet another, different protective mat at her expense yet again. Further, they attempted to charge her $400 to fix their worthless trash floor. Now, Price Flooring claims that the floor was NEVER UNDER WARRANTY because the office chair they assured her was fine to make the sale somehow voids the warranty. This, despite the fact that Price Flooring's salesperson advised her on the correct rubber wheels to buy in order to protect the floor. Apparently, Price Flooring magically became a charity when they fixed their own garbage products the first time. Either that, or a greedy company LIED to make a sale they otherwise wouldn't have made and stuck my mother with the consequences. Which is more likely? Mom will be eventually be fine because she has a construction lawyer in the family. There will be legal action. If you want a decent floor in your home or business without such a mess, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRICE FLOORING! This company is run by con artists and thieves.

I have been working with them for over 15 years and have never had an issue with tile orders, quality, or service. One of the reasons I continue to go back is the incredible selection. Their showroom has a wide variety of beautiful, quality tile, and I appreciate having that level of choice right here in Palm Beach without having to drive to Miami. For me, Padron has consistently been a reliable and convenient place to find great tile. I have also always had a positive experience with their staff. The Padron family has been friendly and welcoming over the years, even recognizing me and engaging with me after long periods between visits. Sue and Lisette have been there for over 19 years, which says a lot. You do not keep long-term staff like that unless people are being treated well. We were promised, on several occasions, C-Tek (Made in Italy) sinks for both bathrooms and kitchen but received (Made in China) inferior product. When we questioned the changed the manager insisted that it was the same quality and started referring to the discounts we received on the granite tops. During all our meetings the manager kept talking about how C-Tek was the best quality made products. Now that we found out they installed something else, it's now the same quality as the Made in China product. The kitchen sink surface is awful and we requested that their distributor contact us. Were still waiting! Also, when they measured for the kitchen counter tops the estimator included 2 seams indicating that is was a requirement. After complaining they agree to eliminate the seams. The piece was so small it did not require any seams but they try to save more granite for themselves. In summary they do not deliver what was promised and then try to cut corners by adding more seams in the granite counter tops.
