Great experience on short notice!!…read more I emailed Chef Teri 2 days before my husband's bday to request a private, in-home dinner for two. Since she had such glowing reviews, I was certain she would already be booked for that day and would laugh at my deadline. In the meantime, I contacted other chefs who replied back with less than desirable menus for foodies like ourselves. Thank God she replied on a Sunday with a complete menu! We went back a forth on a couple dishes but ended up with a 4 course meal with 3 different wines that would appease our picky palates! Pricing depends upon what you choose-ours ended up being a little over $500 including alcohol. Chef Teri arrived before we got home from work to prepare. She had our dining table decorated with flowers in tiny vases, candles, typed up placecards with the complete menu, and flowers in vases in our entryway and bathroom! She was warm and friendly and happy to educate us on food sources and her background. I included a pic of our menu, so I will not type up info on the dishes; however, I will say that the food was great! She truly pulled it off, without sweating, even though I gave her short notice! I can't imagine what the food would taste like with a month's notice-she is truly a gifted soul! Chef Teri clean up everything after we were finished eating and even stored some leftovers in our fridge. The chocolate leftovers were great for breakfast ;) I would recommend her to anyone needing to cater a party or intimate dinner. She was a delight to do business with, and we anticipate that we will utilize her weekly meal planning services, as well.

We met Taylor and Johan at our vendor day at Bella Cavalli and from the moment we tasted their incredible tomato bruschetta samplers, we knew this was the food we wanted at our wedding. While their food is incredible, Johan having a background as an accomplished Four Seasons chef, they're even better people. For our wedding tasting they invited us to join them at their incredible home and cooked for us in their industrial home kitchen. Taylor was involved in every step of our planning, and was determined to make sure we consistently felt taken care of. She created handmade menus, curated and provided glassware, plates, utensils and even delivered an incredible wooden grazing table that our guests were utterly obsessed with. This feels like it goes without saying, but their food is unbelievable. From presentation to taste, our guests were blown away by their meals. Taylor and Johan served a fall off the bone barrel cut tenderloin filet as well as an exquisite lemon brined chicken roulade. Guests had a choice for appetizer of either smoked burrata salad or sweet corn bisque, a decision in which their are no losers. They also baked us a stunning cake, and provided the bridal suite with a high-end mimosa bar and breakfast buffet. All things that we would not expect from a typical wedding caterer, but they truly are a one-stop shop. I feel hungry just writing this review. Taylor and Johan really are the best. Book them with zero hesitation.

Not expecting that and you couldn't chew it. I believe it actually came from the lamb chops that were placed on top of the potatoes. I also ordered the lemon pepper wings and received half-cooked Hennessy wings I guess because there was no lemon pepper taste. The peach egg rolls were okay, the dough didn't seem to be cooked long enough/doughy. I was in line at 233p, ordered at 350p, and I received text that order was ready at 540p. Overall, I would purchase the lamb chops again without hesitation. The food is too costly to have hits and misses especially when I've waited 3 hours; another 5 minutes to ensure chicken and dessert were cooked to standards would not have mattered to me. They offered a 10% discount because they started over 40 minutes late. It was 96 degrees outside, I got sunburned-not prepared for the long wait. People at the front of the line started to leave after an hour in line because no food was going out, they complained about late start, slowness and food not ready-all valid concerns, I waited over 3 hours in the sun and as a senior citizen that was too long to be sweating/standing. I would rate the lamb chops 5/5; mashed potatoes were good but I had to keep spitting out the kernel like substance 3/5; the wings were not what I asked or paid for but had a sweet taste/yet raw chicken and blood on bone 2.5/5; doughy peach egg rolls were sweet 3/5...I don't want to give an overall rating of 3/5 as the food if cooked properly would have easily been a 5/5 and my bias for the lamb chops makes me rate on a curve with 4/5.

3+ Hour Wait, Burnt Steak Sold as Oxtail, and $80 Down the Drain…read more I try to support small businesses whenever I can--I've even personally worked with this team on their food truck in the past, so y'all know I extend plenty of grace. But this experience was beyond ridiculous. Here is how it went down: The Setup & Delays: The first day, they sold out in an hour and told everyone to come back the next day for 20% off. We came back. They posted they'd open at 2:00 PM, pushed it to 3:00 PM, and didn't even show up until after 4:00 PM. Once they finally arrived, we stood in line for another 45 minutes before the truck door even opened. The Long Wait: After finally ordering, I waited almost 3 hours just to get my food. The Food & Portion Sizes: I spent $80 total on straight trash. I ordered the "oxtail" Rasta pasta for $35. What I received came in what looked like a tiny 6-ounce container with barely 20 noodles--it looked like a kid's meal. The Quality: When I picked up the "oxtail," I realized it wasn't oxtail at all--it was grilled, burnt steak. The pasta sauce was sweet, super greasy, and tasted nothing like actual Rasta pasta. There was literally grease pooled at the bottom of the bowl. Unedible. Wasting half my day and spending $80 for burnt steak and greasy noodles is unacceptable. It took 2 full months of back-and-forth just to get my money refunded. Save your time, your money, and your patience. I will not be back.
