Dentist Guram was very rude towards my mother's opinion about her tooth. This made my mother feel very uncomfortable and distrust towards the dentist. He also insulted my ability to translate English to Spanish when I'm clearly able to speak fluent in both. My mother a Hispanic Spanish speaking only means that I'm constantly using both English and Spanish when addressing her needs to doctors etc. Despite his front desk receptionist telling my mother the same information that I've already translated did not change my mother's opinion that she may have a broken tooth.

The office is usually empty so I don't understand why they take long and when booking an appointment it's a month or two away. It gives they don't even want to be there, so why keep this practice even open. I've read the previous bad reviews and still try to give them the benefit of the doubt by still checking them out. Oh and lastly they don't even answer the phone and they always rescheduling your appointments cause the dentist always has an emergency. Never coming back here AGAIN!
