I had a cavity filled by Dr Gonzales and at the end of the appointment he told me if any issues came up such a pain etc in the tooth that was worked on, to not hesitate and come right back to the office. I did that because there was extreme pain in that area, when I got to the office I explained that Dr Gonzales told me to come back if I had any issue. I explained that I had extreme pain in the area he worked on and the worker behind the desk to me that the Dr is not in and it's nothing they can do. There were about 3 other dentist working and they said no one there can take a look and to find somewhere else to go. I would never recommend this place . Why would the provider tell you to come back in for the workers to tell me to leave. Don't waste your time here read more

I am new to the area and was in desperate need for a dentist. I found Dr. Alex Musheyev via search. i was lucky to find him and that he is in my area as well. Not only was he able to see me in the same day as I was in pain. His staff was most polite and friendly helping me over the phone and checking in. Dr. Alex was very friendly and professional letting me know exactly what my options were and fully explaining the procedure as well as after care. Dr. Alex's root canal was painless, he took great care and precision throughout the entire procedure telling me what he was doing. His staff was knowledgeable and was up front and honest considering my insurance coverage, prior to the procedure. Dr. Alex was able to set me up to get a crown after the procedure. The place is brand new, and spacious. Looks pretty from inside. Screams "wealth" the moment you are in the waiting area. It really looks that fancy. The problem is, service. Where to begin? First, they only have 1 hygienist, and she is not always there all the time. What good is a dentist if you can not get your teeth cleaned? Second, the receptionist are not professional at all. They all have white iPhones on the desk, ready for you to see their next status update. Unacceptable! Privacy? Third, people in plain clothes come in and out of the offices at random. I really question the overall safety of this dental office if people in plain clothes can access any office as they please. Forth, although this is me being picky I suppose... Employee bathroom is right next to the waiting area, and as a result, you will see employees going back and forth which is a bit distracting I suppose. Now, the place itself is high tech. Massive LED TV at the waiting area, and the x-ray machine is small and comfortable to work with. Every dental room has an LCD so getting your teeth done is not as awkward. However, all these good looks has got to have some substance. This place does not perform as good as it looks. My mom and I made an appointment for 2:30pm on two separate days and both got called in for cleaning 3 hours later. Most disappointing service I have gotten when trying to get a cleaning at any Dental care Place Period. However, Wendy and The Woman who cleaned my teeth were the most redeeming and only redeeming Part. She cleaned my teeth like no one I've ever had and took care of them like it were her own. After she was done. The next workers I came across were either on their phone or talking to other co-workers and laughing at memes. I love memes, but I hate waiting 4 hours because of memes that weren't even humorous. Comedy is subjective so I'll let that one slide but those 4 hours I can never get back. The last doctor came in and said "you good? You happy? Alright cool, you can leave." At that moment I knew this is how a felon felt. It was a prison and didn't even offer me decent costumer service. How do you work at a place that fix smiles and not even show any. Wendy and The small woman who did my teeth I thank you. However everyone else lacks any sense of urgency and possess meager attitudes. My advice is, you either hit the nail with the hammer; or be the nail in the coffin. Your choice. 1/5 read more

One star for the front desk staff because they're great and the other is for my results because despite the crappy attitude of the dentist and how rough he was the man knows what he's doing. I wasn't made comfortable by the tech or the dentist, they were both equally rough and the tech was a super creep. I called for a scheduled appointment for 2:30pm today. I arrived on time. It is 5pm and my 5 year old that only needs a basic teeth cleaning STILL HAS NOT GOT SEENED. The only good thing about this place is its look. A very beautiful setting and large LED's throughout the practice, but this is the only positive thing I have to say about this dental office. The staff here is the most unprofessional staff I have ever come across in my entire life. The second you arrive to check in, you are greeted with very nasty attitudes from the reception area. I guess these women think that because they're at work someone won't return the gesture, WRONG! The girl that took my x-rays also gave me unnecessary attitude and everyone here seems bothered when you ask a question and are more interested in conversing about what happened over the weekend or what's going on on Instagram. After my filling was done I had to make another appointment for another filling as they only do one per session or whatever. As I was trying to book my next appointment at the appointment window, this guy came up to it and started complaining about how long he has been waiting and how he needed to get his teeth cleaned because he had to be somewhere. I thought the lady making my appointment was ushering him to one of the rooms to have him wait for the next available dentist but instead she went in to do it herself. She didn't tell me "hold on let me take care of this" or "give me a sec" or even bother to finish up with me first, which she clearly should have done, considering the fact that I was already done!!! About 5 minutes passed before I realized what was going on and I asked the receptionist that was clearly doing nothing but texting on her phone, if she could finish with me. Instead of booking my appointment and giving me a copy of my x-rays (which were already printed out and just needed to be handed over to me) she went over to see what the blond lady was doing, and then seemed upset she had to put up with me for 2 minutes. Really?! I wish I could exaggerate more about how the staff here treat their patients because even the dentist was giving me attitude and I felt so bad. Are you having a bad day?! Guess what? Get the fuck over it and do your job. The customer service field is not for every one, so maybe reconsider your career path. I will be going back to finish my filling sessions only because if I switch dentists now, I will need to pay out of pocket for new x-rays and I can't do that right now. But come September when it's time for my next cleaning, I am DEFINITELY hauling ass somewhere very far from here. read more

Customer service is just horrible in this place. Waiting time is absolutely ridiculous and they work as slow as turtles. What really got me irritated is that they book like the whole community on the same day without caring if they overbooked or not, i guess they just one to get your money.. This place out right turned me off. First off....I personally consider a dentist office a doctor's office. That being said, NO employee should be in there without a scrub on. Secondly, the hygiene factor here seems way off. First red flag, the cleaning lady was taking care of the bathrooms. I looked on her bucket and she had a Lysol scrubbing bubbles can or household bathroom cleaner. No bleach. No ammonia. No even a toilet cleaner. A bathroom aerosol spray that I use to clean my shower with. That was strike one. Secondly, once in the actual room...I just so happen to glance down and see the infamous roach bait sitting patiently in the open awaiting a guest. I was DISGUSTED. At this point my exam began. The lady who cleaned my teeth seemed nice enough. However, the dentist who gave me my check up.....I'll hold back my personal thoughts. He walks in looking completely uninterested in anything involving teeth let alone having to deal with a human being period. Hygiene flag two...he puts his gloves on and proceeds to touch equipment, and the keyboard if the computer and everything else in the office before touching my mouth. I wanted to run. Fast. Without looking back. Ever. He started to speak to me about wisdom teeth and although I know he was talking to me, him rolling his eyes around and just slurring his words made it extremely difficult to even understand what he said. When I began to explain to him that my wisdom teeth were ready to come out he simply rolled his eyes half way and started fidgeting like I was holding up his time. Just rude and impatient. All in all, I will not be returning to this office. Ever. Not even if this place was in my building and I had a toothache of the century. Ain't happening. Oh yeah, while waiting to be seen, about 3 guys walked right up the stairs and straight through the waiting room into the back.
