The sleeping arrangements were exceptional. With five incredibly soft, comfortable beds--each paired with its own private full bathroom--everyone in our group had their own space and privacy. Being someone who enjoys a nice hot shower, this was a huge disappointment, couldn't even wash my hair, worst than the beach water salty. Unableto use the bathtub with jets, due lack of how water. Called and they said they would fix it but did not. Went a week with lukewarm eggs. Milk, meat, etc. Proptert details said they had iron and board but they did not. Also stated that all unites had microwaves but ours did not. So the food we cooked we had to reheat in the over. Pots and pans were disgusting, sheets had stains on them. The freezer had the owners facial products in the ice box (SKIN ROLER DEVICE).... Disgusting. We had to take 5 minute showers because the hot water would go out quickly. First 2 nights I tool cold showers. The propert listing shows a beautiful, open utility closet with a stacked washer and dryer set. We got there and the owners stuff was stacked to the top of the closet and the door was closed with a lock on it but they forgot to lock it. We could not even open the washer and dryer to use them because there was so much stuff.​​ the listing clearly stated WASHER. When addressing this with the property owner she did nothing to fix the refrigerator issue. She stated the washer and dryer were not for guest use. After leaving a review in Vrbo, they gave us a 1 star rating as guests lol. All we asked for them to fix thru our entire stay was the refrigerator. Did not complain at all, not, once about anything else. DONT STAY THERE. It was a complete bomb. 2700 bucks for a week with lukewarm food, lack of warm water, and no access to the washer that they clearly advertise.

We arrived at night with our car, there was a snow storm and hardly anything to see. We could not find the place easily. The complex is so large and we finally found a lobby and check in but there we were told there was another one. It was a quest. We ended up finding it. Then through the storm dragged our luggage looking for the right condo : another quest. When we found it, relief was great! It was spacious and cosy. Privacy for our group was perfect as you are isolated from other condos. Beautiful view. Balcony but it was snowed in. We found the pool and jacuzzi, these are amazing facilities that come with the place! We used kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It was an apartment for 6 but thanks to the large sofas in the living room and 2 extra mattresses, we managed to fit with 9. You need a car for groceries and going to the ski resorts.

After being in the mountains skiing all day, we came back and she made accusations insinuating that we had been littering because there was trash by one of our cars. Seeing how we've been in the mountains all day that is 100% not possible. She continued to say she "saw us" which is a crazy accusation unless she saw us in the mountains magically throwing trash into the parking lot. It's very disappointing seeing how the faculty treat guest.

PROS It was perfect size for our family of 16. Loved the big dinning room table Loved the location Booking was pretty easy. Plenty of parking for 4 jeeps and trucks. Wi-Fi worked great. Hot tub was great. CONS the fans didn't work on those warm evenings The broken fans were left on the property so of course we tried those as well. Take them away if they are broken. Dishes were dirty. Pots and pans were very dirty. There was food left in the pantry from before. There is only one key. Which was fine for us because we did things together. Maybe not for the next family. Dishwasher at times wouldn't work. Could use a extra refrigerator in the garage. Back yard could use a bit of weed whacking.

During the months of April and May we became uncertain if we would actually be able to go on our trip. Five Diamond Lodging stayed in touch with us throughout this time and answered all questions we had. They were very understanding of the situation and repeatedly offered to refund monies if we had to cancel. Thankfully, we were told just days before the trip that things were opened and we would be able to make the trip after all! In the end, we had a fantastic time and would 100% use 5 Diamond Lodging for any reservations we make in the future!!
