My Tesla Y was in a minor fender-bender that required work on the front driver's side panel which had been scratched and dented. Our local Tesla dealer does not have a body shop, but my point person there recommended two shops in the area that their customers have dealt with in the past and had positive experience with: World Class Collision/Jack's Body Works was one of the two. Our Tesla contact explained that of the two recommended shops, Jack's was the higher end one dealing with luxury, classic and very expensive vehicles and that as a result, they might be very busy and the repair job might take longer. Reading reviews on Yelp, we decided to go with Jack's even if it meant a longer repair time. They had a business card for Jack's at Tesla and I called the person whose name appeared on the card: Alin. Alin took the call right away, explained how the process would work and told me to bring the car in. Alin took care of us immediately and patiently answered all of my many questions. Alin was a pleasure to deal with - he made the entire process easy and as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. The repair took a little over a week with Alin keeping me apprised of the progress throughout with texts, photos and phone calls. Even though my Tesla was definitely on the lower end of the many, many expensive cars I saw at Jack's, I was never made to feel any less important. The car was returned to me looking brand new - polished and washed - you'd never know there had been an accident. It is always nice when I am able to highly recommend a business based on my very positive experience with them - and this is definitely one of those times. This place overquotes like crazy. They looked at my Mercedes and said "15k" without even looking into it or taking it apart. Then, I went to another nearby highly rated auto shop who actually assessed it and they said 3k at MOST. Jacks trying to charge 10X the amount with zero due diligence. I am now convinced they totaled out a previous car we had that wasn't actually totaled. Another shop told me people who want to total out their cars go here because thats how much they overcharge. In hindsight, I would have never brought my car here because of their insane bogus prices.​ read more

I crashed my car and was getting the run around with an auto body shop as well as my insurance company. There was a language barrier so it was hard for me to understand fully the damage to my car. Jacks body works, more specifically a woman named Elena (sorry if I spelled that wrong) offered to go over and take a look at my car during her lunch break! I am not even a customer with them yet and was still offered this service. I will definitely be taking all my cars here in the future, it's so hard to find customer service as amazing as this place. I ran over something in my Tesla and it got stuck in my undercarriage. I panicked and Googled someplace close to my home and found Jack's!! When I called they said they were closing in 10 minutes, but they said they would stay and wait for me to arrive! When I got there, they went under my car, took out the thing I ran over then they told me to come back the following day and they repaired it for a fair price and their customer service was exceptional! I've been to Jacks numerous times (unfortunately lol) and have always had a great experience. David is the best service advisor, he is easy to work with and always responds right away. Most recently I had them add a tow hitch to my new Audi and Jack took on the project himself. He found a hitch he already owned and modified it which saved me a ton of money compared to ordering it direct from Audi. He even stayed late to finish the job and wash the car himself the day before Thanksgiving. Their customer service is above and beyond. First off, this place is real classy and very professional. The location and showroom is impeccable. That's why we picked them. That's the good. Now comes the bad and the ugly...they took almost 4 months to repair the bumper on my car. Are you kidding me?!? FOUR MONTHS for a bumper?!? Lol. They really milked the insurance for their money's worth here. Gordon Gecko did say greed is good. They stored my car for four months at their lot. Please help me explain as to why it takes 4 months to repair a bumper...definitely over promised and under delivered. Plenty of excuses and ridiculous stories. Did some DIY work to my BMW which didn't end up well! I googled a BMW approved bodyshop and Jack's Body Works was the only one in the desert. I went there and was met by Steve. My partner got rear ended wit our Mercedes GL-450 back in 2016 while waiting in the Costco gas station line by an older genial man. Our landscape contractor Greg was raving about this place and said we should have this establishment fix it, so we did. They had it fixed in a couple of days. When the car was ready they called to let us know the vehicle was ready for pick up. When we drove up to the building, we noticed our Mercedes was parked out front, so we went over and took a look at the repair. While looking over our vehicle, and man came out all rude and all asking us what we were doing. When we informed him we owned the Mercedes he became a little nicer Umm, regarding the repair work to our black Mercedes. There's quite a bit of dust particles in the finish and a slight paint run in one area. I told my partner Mark that he should take it back to them to have it corrected. He didn't want too,, so now when I go to wax our black SUV all I see is this shotty work they did Isn't there any good body shop anymore??!!!!!! read more

I cannot stress enough how I'm impressed I am with this shop and my point of contact Alin. I honestly hope that I get into another accident so I can use them again (kidding of course, but you get the idea haha!). The communication was flawless and they worked with the insurance company to get my Lambo fixed the right way with the right parts (IE insisting that new parts were used rather than repairing damaged parts -- which is the correct way to do things on an exotic car, yet insurance companies don't always agree). The body work looks fantastic as well and it's like it never happened. Lastly, they are closed on Saturday and Alin personally met me to pick up my car on a Saturday to accommodate my work schedule during the week. 5 star body shop! read more

Before committing to having my vehicle repaired by them, my contact person Steve was helpful; however throughout the process, he ultimately over-promised, under-delivered and he was rather condescending. My vehicle was in their possession for almost a month for minimal repairs. When I received the call to pick it up, there were things that still needed their attention. Good news: The actual work on the car was perfect. So the mechanics and the people that repair the car know what they're doing and do a good job. Bad news: I was told to bring the car in on a certain day and then they told me they could not take the car until two weeks later. When the car was completed no one called to tell me, or give me any update on when the car would be fixed. The rental company called me to tell me I had to return their rental car when I called Jack's they said the insurance company owed $80 I called Geico our insurance and she was very helpful and told me no other money was owed and then I could pick up the car. There's a lot of miscommunication unfortunately. The girl at the front desk was very unhelpful. I will not be returning to this body shop and will not recommend. read more

Having taken our old Corvette there for some work and painting, we knew this place was the best in the valley! Our love of our life, a 1974 Cadillac Eldorado, purchased new in Tacoma, Washington, needed the bumper inserts replaced and painted and let me say it was done to absolute perfection! Chuck was a lifesaver. I can't thank him enough. It's obvious he knows what he is doing. You can just tell he's been in this business a very long time and is a real pro. He took care of everything, from managing a difficult insurance company for me, to making sure Enterprise took very good care of me, and all of the other important details in between that can be such a hassle for the customer. He took a complicated insurance situation and made the entire experience easy and stress free. He was professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, kept me informed and was just a super nice guy all around. I was so impressed with him. (Can you tell?) :) Brandy, in the office, was extremely helpful as well, especially when the insurance company failed to send the payment on time and then when they did finally send it they sent it to the wrong address. Rafa did an outstanding, high quality repair of the car and I really couldn't believe it was the same car when I picked it up. It was like having a brand new car again, outside AND inside. The car looked perfect. I was actually planning on selling it immediately after it was repaired but it looked so great I decided to keep it. Jack and his brother were also professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and very easy to do business with. Will definitely be going back there if/when I need another repair, I wouldn't dream of trusting any other body shop with my baby now. Did I mention I live in Los Angeles? My toddler took a rock to "draw" on the car ‍ and I was recommended here by Ozzy's mechanic shop. I called ahead and was referred to come in to have it looked at, and when u got here I was super intimidated by the amount of high end luxury vehicles being worked on, I immediately thought I couldn't afford to come here. Alan looked at the car and said give him a few minutes with the car to see what he needs to do, after about an hour and a half he had me look at it and the scratches were totally gone. And I was only charged about $40!!!! I'm out of work because Covid and have to save every penny to make sure it all stretches for when this pandemic is over. Jack has the BEST team in the business. I had my new Chevy HD2500 about 2 weeks before it got a huge deep scratch all the way down the passenger side. Even though it was outside of my insurance's preferred repair shop, I knew where to go as I have dealt with Jack previously. They do NOT disappoint. Got my truck back today and it looks better than the day I bought it. I also had Nate, his freelance window tinting guy who works out of the shop, tint some windows....FIRST RATE. I got the truck back cleaner inside and out then when I dropped it off. Communication was constant and they worked with my insurance company in a timely manner. KEEP your Expensive Autos Away!!!!!! Brought my Mercedes in for damage to one black chrome rim I damaged hitting a curb. Jack personally told me he fixes them all the time. When I went to pick up the car ALL four rims were damaged. How that's possible? Who knows. After Jack tried to repair all four.....Jack tried to tell me I brought them in that way. Said he takes pictures of all the cars he brings in but FORGOT to take pictures of my Mercedes. Unreal. I now have four black chrome rims with scratches in all of them. He has personally done top notch Show Cars. He even takes it upon himself to personally do work to make sure the fit & finish is perfect.
