i finsihed my drink and then I looked inside because I was going too eat the ice and there was actual brown chunks all over the ice and around the rim and on top of the lid I couldn't see if bc it was dark and then I felt something wasn't right so I turned on my phone flashlight and seen it I was in awe and literally started gagging **(DO NOT EAT HERE IT IS TERRIBLE)** terrible customer service as well!!!!! read more

This location is not operated properly. My friends and I placed 3 regular combo orders. All took almost 15-20 minutes. They came out staggered and I was able to finish my meal before the last of the 3 even received his. If I wanted to wait for a sit down meal I would have went to a higher quality restaurant. Fast food should at least be in the ballpark. The drive though was even backed up. The simply forgot one of them that was waiting for food. There are more than enough staff. This is just poor management or lack of effort. Sorry, I love Jacks. Just not this one. Hope management can fix this. read more

This place is just ridiculous. I cannot remember the last time they got an order right. Seriously.... either get something completely different from what you order or don't get your whole order. Today will be the last time we ever give Jacks in Hanceville our service. We used to eat there regularly, but the past five years we've not due to poor customer service. The 10-12 times we have gotten food there in the past 3 years our order is NEVER right! Last time we ordered a large fry, and when we got home and opened the bag there were literally 11 fries in the large container. This time they left out an entire order of fries and four honey mustards that we paid for and we were even told by the guy at the window they were in the bag. After going in to complain, there was a dark haired guy who got smart with me and wouldn't take responsibility for the order not being correct. Finally a little lady stepped up and took the blame, saying it was her fault and she was sorry. I thanked her for that. Every family I know of that goes to this location says their orders are never right either. It's not difficult to read a screen, bag an order correctly, and hand it out! I did it for years! Hire competent people, train them, and discipline/fire the ones who screw up! It's that simple! Oh, this was my salad... whole tomatoes, warm lettuce, two tiny pieces of nasty bacon, and a hunk of chicken (not cut), and NO cheese!!! read more

I came to jacks to order a couple of salads. At first all seemed well. i got to the area to pay for my food in drive thru I was told the total. As i was paying, I simply asked How are you doing today? Not to engage in full conversation just to be polite. The result i got was the cahier giving me the stank eye look and treated me as if i were stupid. I don't appreciate being treated like that. To keep from saying anything else I kept my mouth shit the rest of the time. The one who treated me like this was wearing a sweatshirt that said West point warriors. it was a female. In todays world kindness goes a long way. Most when treated bad will deny it. it happened. it almost felt like being treated as a second class citizen. read more

The manager Sonja Thorton was very rude to me, she said "it is ridiculous to pay for a $7.00 meal with a $100.00 bill" I told her that is all I have and she said she may have to give me change in $1 bills. Found a dead fly in a chicken basket. When i went back in to show them the dead fly they really didn't seem to care at all.

So, I usually enjoy going to this Jack's! They're really quick... well, relatively quick but it gets quite busy at times and I completely understand that there are stressed out people that work there. BUT, It's not the service that has me leaving this 1 star review. I unfortunately was eating at Jack's inside (since their lobby is open), and I saw a boy (teenager) who worked there, wearing a red bandana type mask and he rushed to the bathroom with gloves on and returned with the same gloves on, proceeded to go to the back without washing his hands and then proceeded to touch food rather than change his gloves. The brown headed bigger manager is rude and has always been rude and I don't see that changing. She has been there for a long time, and has always been extremely, EXTREMELY bossy and rude. It's unfortunate that this is happening at such a good business with lots of sweet teenagers that work there but, unfortunately, unless corporate fixes this problem I will not return. read more

The lady at the drive through was so rude it was unbelievable. I get working fast food sucks but you're serving people and there's no need for a bad attitude. Atleast put a smile on your face and be nice to customers. She was so monotone and i sat in the drive through for a good 20 minutes and there was only 3 cars in front of me. She handed me my cups with soda all over them without wiping them off. She didn't give me the sauce i asked for and my card was handed back to me with ketchup all over it.. First time having Jack's, first time even hearing of Jack's and it was very good. Stopped while on the road for vacation and we were very pleasantly surprised. A very nice alternative to McDonald's. read more
